The best hospital for me I would say. I delivered my little baby girl here and trust me the services they rendered in this pandemic was praiseworthy. The doctors are so humble and polite that I honestly enjoyed my c-section. Although I was in the OT but the aura and atmosphere they created in the theatre was so friendly. I kept on enjoying my c-section. They motivated me when I was about to loose hope. Where you will find a doctor who pats you like your mother and motivates you to overcome the thirst and instills courage in you to think about the beautiful result of the operation.. All this happened in the OT. We sang, we chanted mantra together and then I heard the sweet voice of my little princess. Now tell me tell you all about the friendly services they offer. They have well maintained private wards and general wards as well. The staff is well trained , polite and humble. They are available 24×7. As it was my first baby, I wasn't aware about the pain but the nurses were so humble, they checked on me whole night, asking for the difficultirs, giving medicines, helping me sleep. Last but not the least Dr.Priyanka and Dr.R.P.Singh are the version of God on Earth for me. I went to the hospital straight away for the delivery as I was visiting another doctor from last 9months but unfortunately she was tested COVID positive. And my last ultrasound showed that my baby has a cord round neck and the situation was turning worse for me. It was then I heard about the hospital and the doctors. They are a blessing in disguise to me. Thank you so much for all the services that you have rendered. I will be obliged for the rest of my life.

I would definitely give a 5 star rating to this Hospital as I wad blessed with a baby girl here. The best part is that the Doctors and nurses here are so supportive and understanding which I doubt anyone is going to find anywhere else in today's time. Dr. R. P. Singh and Dr. Priyanka Pandey who were the part of the team who did C-Section of my wife are very down to earth knowledgeable and experienced. I am totally satisfied with their services. I will highly recommend this Hospital to anyone especially because of their staff and hygiene since they have very clean atmosphere all around. Kudos to Usha Hospital's team
