Ulta Beauty that was a great place to shop for Black Friday and is always a great place for my wife to shop they have many different lines of beauty products from high-end mid-grade low and they have something for everybody different choices of everything from eyeliners blushes mascaras makeups it's no good different types of colognes and perfumes all kinds of body sculpting products and all different products for beautifying a man or woman this place has a great atmosphere the people there working or very friendly and knowledgeable if you need to figure out how to step your game up I would suggest you go see Ulta they even have a few Hello Kitty products this place is the bomb it even had a salon they were cutting are doing makeup checking in on everybody two people were so friendly and attentive it was ridiculous I suggest this place for a great time as well as knowledgeable to help you outi my wife loves the Too Faced I would recommend this place to anybody that's looking for an easy inexpensive to expensive gift for wife girlfriend sanchita friend whatever that may be like and follow me for more reviews

10/10/23 Ordered two small items for pickup. Went into the store at 2:50 to pick them up. Two employees - Gentleman in an orange silk looking Polo and a woman wearing all white - just chillin and talking. They DO notice me waiting by the pick up area. They do nothing. Meanwhile the woman working the register is working her butt off handling 3 people in line plus my pickup. What kind of leadership just watches their employees struggle without stepping in to help? Especially when I’ve already paid for my items. Leadership should always be there to lend a helping hand for their employees, not watch them suffer. The woman who helped me with my pickup was nice. She noticed me, and even acknowledged me when I was waiting. Why not make her the team lead/manager. Just irks me. The leadership didn’t even step in to help with the guests waiting in line to check out. Nor did they even ask what I needed help with when I entered. Update: Thanks for getting back to me. It’s appreciated. Raised the rating.

Miss Kitty at Ulta Brookhollow is my girl!! Her expertise and ingenuity shine through her work and she Works Magic!!! I have been going to Miss Kitty for about 9 months after a recommendation from my work leader, and she has transformed me. Her work is top notch, she is always on top of her skills and learning more challenging herself. She is quick to answer questions and has a listening ear. I’m pretty simple and get either haircuts or glaze depending on visit, but from talking with her, her passion for hair SHINES! Her personality is contagious and her love of learning about others but doesn’t make you feel pressured. She has become one of my favorite people and affected my self esteem and my heart in a special way. GO SEE MISS KITTY! You will Not be disappointed!!

WORST ULTA LOCATION EVER KIEV WORST MANAGER EVER KIEV needs to be TRAINED on Customer Service and how to talk to customers , she also needs to learn how to DEESCALATE a situation instead of her being rude with customers. Worst experience I have ever had at a ulta locations , BAD LEADERSHIP, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE , BAD STORE and so unorganized with the customer pick up area Will never be shopping at this store again Corporate needs to take a look at this location management staff If she has personal problems she needs to leave those problems at home and not take it out on customers If you can stay away from this location

I came in today to get matched with a new foundation, and ran into Robin I Estée Lauder. Let me tell you guys, NEVER have I felt so heard, and confident when picking out my make up. She was amazing, was so knowledgeable about everything I had questions on, she was super honest about what I needed, and gave me tips on application process. Normally I feel like most employees kind of run from you, Robin ran to me. Grateful for employees like her that make going shopping easy, fun, and leave you glowing with positivity.

Do not go to this location. One of the managers cops called on me and would not tell me why. She told me to leave and would not explain why. I asked her several times why she asked me to leave and she would not answer me. She then proceeded to call the cops on me. When the cops finally came, she admitted she thought I was stealing ,but she checked the cameras and saw I wasn't. Why would someone ask me leave leave without checking the cameras first!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had at an Ulta!

The store is clean and has a lot of variety. I do wish an employee had been walking around helping shoppers because I wasted quite a bit of time trying to find a specific section, and the item I needed was not in stock. I did find 2 of the three items I needed, so it wasn't a total waste. I didn't think they were overpriced, at least for the items I purchased. It was the same price on Amazon, but I was able to get it immediately, which is always nice.

A few months back, I lost my make-up bag and stopped by to get a few essentials. The store was clearly in the middle of a rush with very little employees around. No matter, Paris did an excellent job juggling several customers at one and not only recommended great affordable products but matched me to a wonderful foundation.

This was my first time at this location. I came for highlights to cover my gray hair. My stylist Rachel was amazing! She was super sweet, fun, professional and knowledgeable. She seemed to actually care about the integrity of my hair versus other stylist I've been to. Cant wait to come back for a haircut!

They need better security. I bought products from them and when I got back home, I opened the box to see that they were EMPTY!!! Either have better security, or have it standard that customers can open packages prior to buying it so they aren’t just buying cardboard.
