DON'T SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FALSELY ACCUSED OF SHOPLIFTING! Do yourself a favor and don't shop here if treating people with respect means anything to you. Please do yourself a favor and if you are a good honest person just trying to buy yourself some beauty products with your hard earned money, don't. This place just FALSELY accused me and my boyfriend of shoplifting. I guess it was because we were in sunglasses or maybe because during the winter I put my hands in my nice soft sherpa jacket pockets. Nonetheless, I've never stolen anything in my life. Yet, they claimed they had footage of me shoplifting and that we needed to leave the store. This is a place I have been dropping around $40-$80/day between in store (and other Ultas which never had an issue with me) and online pick ups. All of which there is video evidence of us paying for. Yet, they claimed they had evidence of me stealing the "the last couple times." I've never stolen anything in my life and the fact that a company I throw so much money at has the nerve. Everyone else treats me so nicely as the good and honest person I am. This place has no room in their heart to even try to realize that they are wrong. When I talked to the head manager, it was clear that she had no idea what was going on. She kept saying I was accusing her because apparently no one told her that they already made false accusations. She acted like she was doing me a favor saying that she would go check the footage when in reality, common sense states that is something they should check before they accuse someone and threaten to call the cops. I used to love Ulta but how could I now that they accused me of doing something like that? All I can say is, apparently if you don't look like you're an elite and you like sunglasses and hoodies, you're not safe from the discrimination. Discrimination against whatever you want is terribly wrong. And the funny part is that I was putting all the items back which is why she claimed they could not find them. That must mean I stole them right? She literally said because they couldn't find them that meant I stole them. I was looking at shades of blush etc. and putting them all back in their place while I was deciding what to buy TO BE NICE AND HELPFUL TO THEM. I also put the blushes in the right tester spots because they were all out of wack. Did it to be nice while I was looking at the colors. Funny how when you do the right thing you're accused of stealing. Isn't that what shopping is for? Looking to see what will look good on you? They best believe that I won't let people get treated unfairly like this and I will be suing them if I get the chance. Not to mention, no more Ulta and I will be contacting their higher ups. Clearly they treat their customers like garbage in this store and then gaslight you for trying to speak up for yourself. What a shame. Security, employees, management, you should be ashamed of yourself.

The employees are inconsistent with the greetings when a customer enters the store. I wasn’t greeted but others were. I went in to purchase the clinic tinted moisturizer for summer. While there I asked if the store carried a facemask comparable to lushes BB seaweed ($14). I wish shown a $40 product. When I asked about less expensive options I was shown a $19 product and lastly the least expensive options. Naturally, I didn’t buy any of them. The tinted moisturizer was a perfect match for my complexion and the price point reasonable. As I walked towards the cashiers a female employee literally ran to her post near the front door when she saw me. She walked away while I paid, and as I exited store, she told me to “have a nice day.“ I turned and confronted her asking if she was watching me earlier to which she adamantly denied. I won’t be returning. Next time I’ll simply use Amazon.

It was my first time today ever being there. I was looking for PARTICULAR products and I wanted to stay in a price range. . . This lady asked if I needed help… Yes … but takes me to a whole different section suggesting something else that was $50+ per bottle. Then when she seen I was interested she walked away leaving me to be lost in the store. I’m not your come up for a quick commission LOL. That was weird behavior. The lady with blonde hair was VERY kind to help me. What I was looking for was sold out but suggested something in the same price range but 5 stars for her. But overall it was lame and unprofessional.

Ok so I wanna start by saying that I love Ulta. However, it has been 3 consistent times I've gone in there and purchased the required merchandise and was told that they do NOT have the free gift bag that comes with purchase. I can't tell you how disappointing this is. It consistently happens to me. I have a teenage daughter that thinks Ulta is the best place to shop for makeup but the experience disappoints EVERY time. It's truly sad that something so little can ruin an experience. We will be going to the newly opened Sephora inside of Khols from now on. They have not let us down so far.

The moment I walked in I was greeted and welcomed. I was looking for a few specific items and the employees were attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store was fully stocked and I found everything I wanted and a little more. There was a line but it went quickly and the cashier apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience. The cashier was efficient, happy and friendly. They made me feel like I was their favorite customer and I will definitely go back

Went in today for brow pencils. And I was greeted right away by Priscilla! She asked how was my day going and if she could help me find what I needed? I said absolutely you can and my day is going great! She walked me right over to the brow pencils I was looking for! Then walked me over to the counter and checked me out! Priscilla was very friendly, nice and helpful! Keep doing a great job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went for a bang trim, but ended up getting an color retouch, and a haircut. My hair was uneven from a different salon. Jasmine, had the time to do my hair for me. She gave me the most beautiful color, and my haircut is even better than the picture I showed her! I appreciate how kind she is and my hair is perfect!

Izzy color matched me and she was absolutely amazing!!! She gave me the best make up advice. I heard her help other clients I don't think I ever had such better service. I'm so glad she was the one to help me.
