Listen Ulta, there is no way on earth that people will stop diving and I know that you train your employees to believe it's disgusting and require them to destroy the items you can't sell to ensure that nobody will ever enjoy it or get cooties. I'm here to tell you that times are tough and when there are hot tools that a person would never be able to purchase at $100-$500, then replacing the cord is no big whoop and now a needy person can utilize and enjoy something luxurious and save it from going into the landfill. I found a massive amount of fabric advertising posters one day and they could've been donated to a dog shelter by Ulta. The mindless waste is gross. To all of the divers that make a mess, stop it. You're ruining it for everyone including you. And if you see someone in there that got there before you did, wait your turn. It's called manners- some of us were raised with them and to those that weren't- you're a bummer for the good people to have to deal with and people hate you. Ulta, please stop destroying items so that poor people can enjoy them. It's making no positive difference on either side. You ought to post a sign that if no messes are made, you will stop destroying your returns. You will have much more success with your salons if your staff is 100% practicing full service and if you don't know what that is, ask Bumble. It works big time..Weekly one on ones do as well...Rethinking culture is a must from time to time.....

I was just unpacking my bag of goodies from Ulta and I started to smile. My adventure was epic. What I really wanted was a haircut, but what I got was so much more. Felicia, the shift manager, greeted me at the door. She asked if I had any questions. Boy, I had questions. My eyebrows turned grey and I look old. When I don’t use mascara, it looks like I don’t have eyelashes. Do I line the inside or outside of the eye? She paused and said “I know you. You’re the lady who wants a haircut.” They tried very hard to fit me in her schedule but there just wasn’t enough time. Felicia escorted me through her store carefully addressing each of my questions. She stepped away for a moment. I was looking for the price of an item when Dom the charming security officer offered to help. He had a sparkle in his eye, a dance to his step and a great smile. He said hello to everyone who walked in. He’d open the door when he could. He has a keen eye. So shoplifters beware. Then Jayli come in to wax and tent my eyebrows. She was professional and bright. She has plans to run her own place one day. I know she’ll make it. I hope to be one of her clients. At the end of it all Felicia asked me if they could serve as my home store. I told her that from now on, no matter where I am in the world her Ulta would be my home... store. Thank you for such a great time. I wasn’t shopping, I was having an experience.

I swear you can't just look at stuff with out feeling like you're being watched dam. I was being followed drew out the whole store the first time I came to this store the security there only followed for a few mins that was it. But this time I went with my brother to try find a Perfume for my mom for mother's day. But this time the whole time we were being watched the whole time. Dam even my brother noticed he said he never wanted to ever return to that store. I honestly I felt the same way. I been to other Ultas with my boyfriend they never once made us feel this way. It's a real Shame cause I really like this store since it's near my work I was going to be going very often but now I don't think I will be. I noticed they only did it to us the most also not just security but the ladies there to that work there. Instead of asking me if we need something just watched us as if we were going to take stuff the whole time made us feel so uncomfortable. I should have just left not bought anything but I still bought the 2 perfumes and few other stuff. But I won't return there anymore. Really sad all around. I'm sure we aren't the first or last ones that have been made feel this way before. They really need to do things different there.

I went through cancer last year and my hair is growing back and I am in an awkward phase and it's growing in grey- I booked with Jasmine and she's amazing. Great personality (had me laughing and was a great conversationalist), she also knows her stuff and really educated me on the process and did a great job and I am so pleased with how my hair color looks. The cut not so much but it has ZERO to do with Jasmine- it's at the awkward growing out phase and it would take a magician to improve it BUT a lot of the goofiness (yeah- random cowlicks and stuff lol) has been lessened thanks to her cleaning it up! I will be be rescheduling wiht her again when it's time! I won't shop at this location due to the terrible floor service and the constant alarms going off in the fragrance section. Two years ago- I got a balayage and was told one price and when I checked out- it was $100 more and was ripped off.

As a man going into this particular ulta, it was literally physically impossible to get help from any of the many employees. I went in to get some things for my wife and everytime I tried approaching an employee to ask for help they would walk away fast,other would start immediately having a conversation with another employee and ignore me, or run and ask another customer if they needed help. When I finally found what i was looking for, for my wife and paid I told the cashier up front it was impossible to find help and she ignored that part, also mentioned it to her because the product she wanted wasn't the right color so I needed someone to see if there's any in one of the drawers. She check,they were out. Again, as a man going into this store the customer service was non existent. I'll go out my way to the Norterra location where they actually help everyone.

If the goal is to push the customers out of the store they are doing a good job. As soon as you walk in you’re followed by security. I came in with my family to find eye lashes. I didn’t feel comfortable moving from the different brand kiosk to look at the eyelashes. Literally a man following and starring you down as you shop. My husband was ready to hand him his credit card so we could shop in peace. Can’t you all get security camera and a security desk like a normal store? It’s a makeup store not a jail house. Update- I returned to the store a month ago and had a completely different experience! The security stayed at the front of the store watching the door. My family and I were able to shop in peace. Also, the great staff pointed me to some awesome discounted products. Very happy with how the store was operating and look forward to our next visit.

This store helped me place a place an order online to be shipped to my house. I was charged twice for this order. I called the customer service line and the representative, MJ, was not helpful. She said that I was charged twice to make sure my money would be there. The first charge went through days ago. The second pending charge went through today. MJ said these are pending charges. However, I have been charged twice. I need a refund for the second charge. The customer service representative didn't listen to me. She kept explaining how placing an order on the ulta website works. I repeatedly told her I understood this and did not need her to explain again. I will be contacting the BB regarding the charge that has been withdrawan from my account twice and the customer service I received.

Just wondering why every time I come here its extremely hard to find someone for help. Today was yet again another day.. I walked in and it was not busy at all and despite that no one on the floor to assist in finding something. The only worker was the cashier and she couldn't leave the register. She supposedly called someone for help and person never arrived. She ended up just telling me where to go.. found it after a while of looking..I needed something else but left without buying cause i couldnt find it and no one availble to help..I do recall seeing a worker on her phone quickly walking the floor though. Maybe she was off..don't think I'll be coming back..

Professional, yet friendly and extremely knowledgeable sales team. Jaycee was phenomenal with guiding me through a skin care line that released new products & as it is a rather go high-end line, she made a couple suggestions for 2 basic products used in my daily routine that have same quality & results but saved me significant $$ while being confident that I would get results that I was looking for. My skin looks & feels great, the manager is sharp & accommodating and the energy in the Bethany Home location is warm, positive and professional - considerably better than the other locations I've frequented. It is now where I will always go for my products!

Purchase new Foundation and Foundation Brush. The young lady who waited on me was very patient and helpful. The young lady at the register ask me if I found everything okay and I told her no because I couldn't find a foundation brush and she stopped everything as one of the sales people if they could look for a brush in the back and the salesperson found the brush that I really really wanted I wish I could remember her name I wish I could remember all the ladies who waited on me because they were so patient and kind and this is at Ulta on 19th avenue thank you so much ladies.

Usually this ulta is on the friendly side when getting products. I advise being careful when getting your hair done here.Took my daughter to get her hair done at the Ulta hair salon. She left very uncomfortable after the stylist left her hair with two very different colors. She went in wanting to get her roots done and extensions. However she left wanting her hair to be one single color.she nolonger wanted extensions after the stylist charged her for a service she did not want and products she did not ask for that were an additional cost.

Terrible customer service. The male employee with the make-up on is very disrespectful for no reason. Picks and choose who he wants to help. Told manager about his customer service & and the manager, Judy, was unapologetic. I can see why some of her employees think it’s okay to treat customers like that. I would understand if he was a mannequin but clearly he gets paid to walk around & “look pretty” train your employee’s on customer service, Judy! Then again, you need some training, yourself!

Asked to have my face matched with a foundation per usual.. to my surprise though was when the woman took out a brush from a Fanny pack and continued to rub it on the tester and then on my face, over and over again. Broke out in 24 hours. The makeup was ONLY put on my chin. So disgusted, makes me never want to come back to ulta again! Laziness and inconsideration to the customers spending hard earned money on “recommended products” being rubbed on everyone’s face.

I don't always feel the most comfortable going into stores like this I just don't want to be judged! The second we walked in was greeted by amazing staff, JUDIE is amazing funny and knowledgeable. She helped me find a whole new beauty routine shared some laughs and while I was still looking there wasn't a corner I turned that there wasn't a wonderful person asking if you needed help! You all were great thank you for the best experience!

Malloree was one of the best brow ladies at the brow bar that I’ve ever gone to! I’m a natural redhead and I find that no one is able to truly match my color perfectly, but she did exactly that! Not only that, she was very sweet and so easy to get along with! If you’re a blonde or redhead, I highly recommend you see her because she knows what’s she’s doing and your brows are in good hands! I give her work 5 stars all around

My daughter and I went there for the first time and Bri helped us ALOT. She is so nice, helpful, knowledge and best of all listens and speaks directly to the Customer. My daughter wanted to try makeup for the first time and she has eczema so Bri really did not only a color match but made us feel good about the products she suggested. As far as friendly customer service goes, one person only seemed to be happy to help, the rest, not so much.. Didn't make my daughter nor I feel welcome. Just a stiff vibe in there. Also rang me up for a higher price than the product was so now I gotta go back to get a refund. I hope no kid feels like an inconvenience to help like my daughter did. It was her 13th birthday, she shouldn't have felt that way.

LaRae has provided me with the BEST perm I have ever received in MY LIFE. Same with the hair cuts I have received from her. I can brag that I have the best looking haircuts despite having thin hair. She is very low-key and easy to work with. She is skilled and quick (when she needs to be) and pays attention to detail. She is lovely to talk to and look forward to my appointments with her. Terrible service, the salon here is a joke. stuck up employees who refuse to help, they'll overcharge you for services you never recieved. And then refuse to refund you after multiple people promised you could get a refund. The stylist Clarissa, the salon manager (did not get her name) and the GM Judy are all liars and thieves. I wouldn't recommend the salon in here to my worst enemy.

The service was very impressive. I didn’t know the name of the product I wanted because I hadn’t bought it in several years. I described the bottle and what the shampoo was good for it and on the first guess the woman knew exactly which product I wanted out of a wall full of shampoos. And everyone in that store that I met as far as employees were absolutely courteous.

Tons of employees working mean nothing if they just stand around talking, watching the line grow. Also absolutely reaked of perfume the moment you step in, which gives me bad headaches.. also your website wouldn't work for orders. Last thing I wanted to do was go here for more than 2 minutes.
