Dec 2020 - Another really positive experience with this business. These guys are just really reasonable and fair. They're also nice, and very helpful in terms of getting things sorted and giving me advice about my car. Adam is sadly around less now, but Josh is great and really easy to deal with. I've had good experiences with this business each time. 2019 - I just had the best experience with Adam, so had to leave a review! After being ripped off by another mechanic, and with my car still experiencing problems, I brought it here. Adam worked out what was wrong with my car very quickly and fixed it instantly. On top of this, he took the time to talk me through both the problem and his solution because I wanted to understand more, which is something I really appreciated! He was friendly, efficient and has definitely won a long term customer in me. Thanks Adam!!

Ultratune Kingsway has the best, honest and super capable team. Clear communication and amazing customer service. They always make time for the customer. I took my car with a horrible oil leak, the air conditioner was not working and the car was not driving well. Due to all the issues, rather than simply a call to tell you all things are wrong, they took the time to show me what it was needed to be done. They truly did the best for me to get affordable parts and a plan to make the labour time effective. My car, that I bought early 2012, now drives again so well and all is all functional. Thank you again for doing such an amazing job!!

Attention- DO NOT go to this place. My car came out worse, booked a service at 150km, they called me immediately trying to quote me for over $1000 charge, then I refused going back to pick up the car immediately, was told the service was done but NOT really, cooler not filled, brush water not filled, now the most terrible thing is my car is making huge noise while I was waiting for the traffic light, I swear this was not the case before cause I drive my car everyday and there is no way it’s making this huge noise before, I’m going to report them to the authorities, DO NOT go there, they are doggie business!!!!

ATT WOMEN: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Have been nothing but disappointed by the customer service and negligent behaviour of staff here, particularly from the manager ‘Mano’. My car has come out a lot worse since going in there… unexplained faults. Please report to the ACCC if you have any concerns and add to the already existing case load of complaints. Update: a piece of paper was found rolled up behind my glove box in an air vent causing the issue of heating loss after their service. Mano told me I needed a new thermostat and quoted $700-$800.

Considering the Groupon voucher, service value is good for the given price. However, the surcharge when choose synthetic oil is significantly higher than other service centre I knew. Also did not have much knowledge about specific car, such as fuel filter location and how to change it. Non accurate suggestion about battery needs replacement while the indicator on battery shows need charging but not the replacing indicator. Recommend if you just need normal service or easy repair, but don't expect they know details about your specific model.

Awesome service friendly staff. Had my oil filter changed to K&N HP-1008 Oil Filter costs 53$ for the item. However this oil filter only costs 25 $AUD. Other than this everything else’s excellent. Very kind and helpful. As someone who knows nothing about cars I didn't feel at all like they tried to rip me off or sell me things I didn't need. In fact they did my service and said the car was fine and didn't need anything. My sister also gets her car serviced here (she's the one who recommended I go there). They also make a video as they do the inspection so you can see exactly what they have done/inspected. I would highly recommend the guys to anyone.

Michael is very ethical and professional. Finding an honest upfront mechanic is very hard these days. Appreciating this level of service that is hard to find nowadays. I booked 2 weeks in advance to have my car serviced. I arrived early in the morning to have someone tell me that I did not have a booking and it was never made. He was extremely rude, absolutely disgusting behaviour as I didn’t even get an apology or any empathy for their mistake! I was told to leave and that they were booked out after I had made a call to confirm the booking prior. Will NEVER be back.

My car is a Mercedes R280 which not a common vehicle in Australia. The work involved resolving air conditioning problems including replacing the compressor - a challenge on this car without doubt. I was very impressed with the work which was great and the price was much more reasonable than at a specialist Mercedes repairer. They showed me the old worn out parts they replaced

Brought all the car I owned to this shop. I couldnt recommend more. They are very professional and detail about everytbing. Would ask permission in advance regarding the job including with the fee. Also, it is very close to Melbourne CBD which make it much easier to access. My brake bulb was broken and they fix it without any fee. Lovely! Will come back here again.

Best place to drop your car for service. Adam is very helpful and recommends the right thing to do for your car. They also take care of the car very nicely and always deliver the best. So happy with their service. I am using these guys fro the last 2 years and was never disappointed with the service. Hands down I always recommend this place for your car service.

These guys are a scam. Took my car in for a service. They seemed to be nice, did a good job, gave me a small discount (apparently), told me I needed to replace my brake pads as they were less than two weeks from wearing completely. Turns out they were only halfway through their service life. Avoid these guys if at all possible

Adam is friendly, upfront and honest! Work shop is super clean and the business is really well presented. He pushed through some work for me on a busy day, with high quality workmanship and a fast turn around time, i couldn't be happier. Excellent service, good, honest, knowledgeable people. They fit us in last minute to check an issue we had before a long drive even though we weren’t regular customers. Turned out to be nothing so he didn’t charge us for checking with the computer. Pity they’re not in Canberra or we would have been changing mechanics.

We weren't sure what was wrong with our car some concerning noises it ended up being quickly diagnosed as tyres needing urgent attention. Problem was rectified fixed very quickly and efficiently I was back on road in no time. Service from Michael was 5 star friendly helpful and quick to action

Charged hundreds to replace a a 3 month old drive belt due to non existent cracks even wanted to change less than 1 month old brake fluid due to moisture. I made them test the moisture in front of me and there was none. These guys are crooks of the highest order. Stay far far away.
