Very friendly guys but extremely overpriced - make sure you shop around. I took my car for a roadworthy ready for sale and was provided with a list of items requiring repair before the roadworthy certificate could be issued. It seemed expensive so I asked if I could get the repairs done elsewhere, which they agreed to (provided they were completed within a week - which they were and true to their word they checked the car over again on a second visit and issued the roadworthy certificate at no extra cost). I managed to get all items repaired for almost 40% cheaper just down the road.

What a great find. Found them to be super friendly, understanding and helpful. I had the luck of having 3 bolts sheering off my caravan wheel and the wheel coming off and being totally destroyed. I had very little help from trailer place in Hoppers Crossing and their lack to try and assist in any way. I called Ultra Tune in Port Melbourne and explained my situation. They said i could come around and let me use their equipment to modify some bolts to just get my caravan home. Without their help my holiday would have ruined. Once again thankyou very much

The team at Ultra Tune Port Melbourne were fantastic. They were very accommodating even though I arrived 40 minutes later that agreed. They completed a detailed overview of the vehicle and fixed everything needing attention. They also called me to doscuss the discolouration of the headlights and the cost to polish them to make them roadworthy/legal again. All in all I was very happy with the quality service provided, the professionalism, and the communication during the booking/service/pick-up. Thank you Ultra Tune

Would not recommend. I was quoted $600 for a standard service, and then told I needed new brake pads and a few other things fixed, totalling over $1000. I decided not to go ahead, to which I was advised I needed to as my car was deemed unsafe to drive. 2 weeks later I took my car to another mechanic in Port Melbourne where I was charged at a total of $370 for the service, and told I didn’t need anything additional done and my car was perfectly safe. It’s a shame that places like Auto Tune take advantage of people.

I got my Nissan Dualis checked by them a week ago before buying it. I payed them 120$ to get told there’s nothing wrong with the car. A week after I took the car to my usual technician to find out there is an oil leak that was hard to miss! I saw it myself, there was even glue applied around a valve! I rang them today to inquire about it and all they have to say is “ it must have been washed” “ there wasn’t a leak there before” not even an apology!!

Absolutely disgusting service. Called up to ask for a quote and was told $800-900 for a 150k service. Went great that's a good price. Then on the day of the service they tried to claim that the price was 1500 and that there were all these other "defects" that needed to be fixed. I cancelled the service and collected my car. Will never use them or any other Ultra Tune again, absolutely unethical in the way they do business.

DO NOT use ultra tune port melbourne. Asked for a general service did not check tyres (all 4 tyres extremely low pressure) did not fill coolant at all, some how covered the left hand side of my car and bonnet with spots of grease (had washed it that morning) charged me $600 and would not negotiate when I returned to discuss the problems. Do yourself a favour and find another mechanic.

Do not recommend. I took my car for a 90,000km service and was quoted $1700 due to the car apparently not “being safe to drive”. I took it to another mechanic who spot checked all UltraTune’s recommendations, none of which needed to be fixed. This place will choose anything that could possibly be wrong with the car and manipulate you into getting it replaced. Go elsewhere.

We had someone hit our car yesterday and dislodge the exhaust.. we were concerned it would drop and be dangerous. My husband dropped in to ask the question and the guy didn’t get off his chair just kept saying he was too busy. We only wanted him to look at it .. not fix it.. too busy too busy was his mantra. Would not recommend these people at all!!

Quoted $2600 for a roadworthy. Loads of strange and bizarre line items on the estimate, including over $1000 for tyres that were almost brand new. I don't know a lot about cars but I am certinaly not a moron. Took it to another mechanic who completed the RWC with a couple of Minor fixes for a couple of hundred dollars.

Collin seams nice and honest he quoted a good price, the day of the service the Indian sales / mechanic quoted me almost 3 times the price. It's funny how prices suddenly change over night. Feels like he will say any price just to see how much cash he can get . Talk to Collin and get the right price

We were stuck in a tricky situation. Our car was deemed unsafe to drive due to loss of brakes. We live regionally and my partner works in Port Melbourne. We had our car towed to Port Melbourne Ultratune, they fixed our brakes the same day at a very reasonable price. Very happy with the service.

Very happy with the service I received from the team in ultra tune port Melbourne. I had a service done for my car, after the service, one of the lights came on. Not sure is why but they really took care of it and didn’t charge any extra for extra work. I will recommend them

I did my RWC for my Porsche today and it was quick and easy , the front of house staff was great I forgot his name , but he looked after me . No extra cost , they did not make up any issues that I need to get fix , good and honest . Will go back again

Regular 12 month service. They identified the cabin filter needed to be replaced and they called me before they went ahead and spent my money. I believe is the proper way to do service. I really appreciate it.

This Ultra Tune Port Melbourne service center was much better than the Ultra Tune Kings Way that I used previously. The staff here were friendly, polite and more trustworthy than Ultra Tune Kings Way.

Don't go there, spent 200o to get brakes fixed. They used second rate break pads. Took it back 3 times brakes still squeak.
