Great pizza, rude service. I was at the location making my choices for my 3 slices. As I was speaking the lady abruptly cuts me off bc there were pizza coming out of the oven for delivery orders. No problem you're busy i get and so I quietly wait until she packs 5-6 pizzas cuts them all up. When she finally gets to me I tell her I would like xyz. I was having second thoughts and wanted to think for a few more seconds but the lady tells me to hurry up. Fine, I made my selection she tries to put all three slices on a single plate. She obviously had to stack them as the plate was mot big enough. I had asked her to put it in a box for me as I intended to walk back to my office accross the street. She ignores me. I then ask for garlic sauce and she abruptly sprays them on top of the stacked slices of pizza. Obviously i would have prefferred that they be spread out so i get equal coverage. After asking for a box for a second time, she roughly throws the plate inside a paper bag and tosses it to me. Again great pizza, but rude service wont be coming back to this location if I ever have to order for my office and will recommend others to do the same.

Unique Pizza. We stopped by for a pre- movie dinner nosh. This location is a modern update to their early first location at Broadway and Commercial. Bar style seating & tables at the front window. Clean and well lit. Very limited number of seats within to facilitate an eat and run turn over. They have enlarged and refined their pizza choices over the years. Huge variety of pizza choices baked onsite available for selection and reheating. Crispy, super light crust, most with a tomato base depending on the toppings. No soggy bottoms or heavy carb over loads here. A complete list of their pizzas are described on the board above their baked pizzas. There is one to suit every palate whether you a meat eater, vegetation or vegan. Starting at $12 you can order a custom 5 topping small pizza. They offer 2 different types of dipping sauce that you can decorate your slice with. Lots of take out pick ups during our visit as well as a revolving number of walk in customers. Efficient service at the order counter. They have a sandwich board outside to promote their 2 piece pie and soft drink for under $7.

Ordered and paid online. I ordered for 6h15pm so it would be ready after my commute from work. When I got there, I realized they had a pick up deal 7.99 for small pizza and a pop. I got a small pizza and paid full price which is quite a bit more than the deal. When I ask the girl, she didn't seem to know what I was talking about. I kept repeating and asking her what was the pickup deal mentioned on the sign. I had to go outside and repeat her exactly what it said. She was clueless.. She went and got one guy that said that because I ordered online and paid they cannot help me. Really??? And he said next time just call us and we can give you the deal. So you can't order online but you can call Really annoyed. This deal wasn't mention on their website... Also I got there at 6h10pm and the pizza was sitting there and from the taste and warmth of it, it was sitting there for a while They obviously prepared it right away and it sat there for 40min. Will not order there again.

Not friendly for delivery drivers and they are more likely to give you bad feedback on your delivery platform. Don’t suggest to select this one when you are delivering foods! And the following is to the owner of this restaurant: I saw your reply. First of all, I have to say that as a delivery driver it is necessary to follow the delivery’s roles otherwise we won’t start to do this job! Your point was warmer bag. If you can see your camera, I think you are know that I was wearing a black bag. The reason of negative feedback is because I asked for a small bag to put the drink. The staff may think it is not necessary for the customer so she gave the negative feedback. If I just got pizza and leaved, she won’t give that negative feedback, , clear? More important, on the delivery platform, the staff gave the negative feedback and reason was no delivery bag. Please make sure don’t let your staff to be a liar!

1 star cause there’s a middle-aged, brunette woman (I think she’s the manager/owner) whenever I go to that place to buy some pizza, she’s constantly yelling, screaming at her employees. She’s making her employees down, sad so she’s affecting their performances and scaring everyone. Even my little girl got scared of her. I don’t know how those employees still working with her. I don’t know any turkish words but I have a turkish friend and one time I asked her what’s her problem and he translated to me what she’s yelling for and I couldn’t believe my ears. I didn’t know there’s mobbing in Canada ever. She’s insulting them, saying bad words, swearing non-stop! Please madam, if you’re not capable of working, if you can’t handle managing people, please stop, go stay in your home. You’re making everyone uncomfortable. Pizza’s are great there but just because of her, I stopped going there.

I came here as a courier driver, didn't bring my bag and apologize for it that I will bring it next time, my bodies are in sore because of work & told them it was my birthday even. They didn't give me the order even after I bring my bag and told me am I going to cry if they don't give me the order. I told them let's not to do it please, I am alone in this country and I am suffering with depression. They told me to leave the restaurant! Is it justified to you from any side? There was two man I remember both them had beard in it and the picture showing the female stuff who started this conflict with a delivery driver who works for them. They showed no respect to people and literally harassed me in the restaurant. I had my worst birthday in my life because of them. They ruin my day!

Really shady places...we ordered a pick up and wanted to pay inside! They charged us the wrong price although we showed them our email receipt. They didn’t help at all and didn’t want to give us our pizzas we paid for. All they could do it talk in Turkish and talk bad about us! I am turkish myself and will be avoiding this place...the pizza was cold after explaining that we got charged too much. And their vegan cheese isn’t tasty either! Go to the pizza castle...there you get good service and high quality pizzas! If you can’t teach your staff that it’s rude not to speak a different language than English in front of customers...then maybe you should have opened up your store in Turkey and not in Canada...Vancouver! Ah yeah and I’m talking about the Broadway City Hall location!

They always serve you right. As you know, Uncle Fatih’s Pizza is known for their variety. You might think that there should be better ones as they have so many, but you will be wronged. Their tastes are all great, and they differ with your preference. At least for this location, I loved every pizza I ordered from them. If you want great pizza with less, come here for sure.

I have been going to this location pretty much since it opened, before that the one at broadway and commercial. They are usually pretty good. HOWEVER, 2nd to last time I went there I ordered a pizza and brought it home to find the next day in the leftovers that there was a long hair baked into the pizza. Today, I went back to the restaurant, told the nice lady behind the counter about it, she left for a few seconds but did not come back and say or do anything about it, and then in the final few bites of my 2nd slice I found another hair. I love you guys, but, it's not me, it's you.

Extremely bad customer service. The sales woman was literally shouting and seemed annoyed for no reason. I understand due to covid restrictions we have screens and listening can be a challenge but it no way explains why would you make faces and shout. I myself is a customer service representative, so at least you can politely ask the customer to speak loudly or repeat their order. This branch has a lot of vegen options, she was also least helpful in recommending as well. There was no que behind me too. The pizza was also not properly warm and fresh. Very very disappointed.

I am an Uncle Fatih's pizza lover going way, way back. However my experience with this location was disappointing to say the least. We had ordered 2 pizzas for delivery on Tuesday night. They took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive and we are literally a 5 minute drive away! Had I known it was going to be so snail slow we could have gone over and picked up. Didn't pizza places used to say delivery in 30 minutes or it's free?? Has the Skip the Dishes culture changed that? Also, they didn't put any sesame on the crust- those are what makes Uncle Fatih's pizza special!

Love the pizza here, ingredients feel quite fresh and love the seaseme seeds on top of their pizzas. The dough is not the usual pizza dough, in the sense that it's not at all like an Italian pizza AND it's not like a North American pizza, but feels more like fine bread, not greasy at all. It's overall quite a unique experience and a pleasant one at that. We have been going through everything down their menu since January, about half way now, and everything has been great so far.

sesame seeds on most of the pizza made it inedible. put it on your menu so people don't waste their money and end up hungry. crust only...pfft. and on skip and delivery apps.. pizza ingredients do not inlcude sesame seeds. we found no mention of it. (or we would have asked that you spare them) update after owner response Half the pizza covered with sesame seeds is not just the crust and with IBD was inedible. By the time we waited for your delivery, everything else had closed.

The crew members are rude. They don’t know the way to talk. The store closes at 2am and their pizzas at the closing time have hard crust and not so fresh. I just visited the store at 1:40am on June 13, 2020 and asked for a deal but the girl asked me to come at 2am because she said they give the pizza to homeless people. But the girl who was working last Saturday gave me a deal as she know nobody wants to pay full price for the pizza which doesn’t have full quality.

This is a pretty solid pizza place. For the great affordable price I was very happy with the quality! We ordered online 2 medium pizzas (was on special), and it arrived 15 minutes faster than expected! We've been looking for a good pizza place in the area and some are good but this one was fast and affordable with decent quality and a nice thick crust. The toppings are pretty generous too. I think next time I will add a little extra mozzarella to my pie though!

Ordered two pizzas for delivery from here plus some sauces. Both pizzas (garlic chicken and pepperoni) were thin crust and tasted great. Tasty dips that we used for the crust. Overall the delivery process was smooth but I wish there was live tracking available and the pizzas were lukewarm when they were delivered. Easy, quick option for pizza and good for groups.

This is my favorite pizza place. I'm greatful for vegan cheese, as an option for lactose intolerant, such as myself and for vegans, as well. The service is great, as always. Prices are fair, I love their special offers. I got two large pizzas for under $30. Paid parking only. Wheelchair accessible.

... moral of this review ... ALWAYS check your to go box. I only had 5 of 6 pieces I paid for... I didn't go far but had to walk back a block ... Was it done intentionally ... Perhaps ... Can we ever prove to go orders are missing items ... Intentionally ... Not really I doubt if I got her to court she would break like Jack ... TRUTH is that I love pizza and Fatihs is some of the best ... Missing to go items I can't handle !!!

I have eaten at Uncle Fatih's a lot over the years, yet I have never ordered a full pizza from them. That says a lot. This is a place where you can grab a slice, load up on garlic sauce, and fill that pit in your stomach. It's fine, but it's not good enough for a full pizza. It's a bit bland, but inoffensive enough to warrant more than one slice. They have a two piece and pop deal which is usually a given in a per slice place.

We have been regular customers for 7 years. Our kid’s favourite pizza has been Beef and Blue Cheese ever since they were one years old. Uncle Fatihs is consistently good across the three different locations we have ordered from. All the different pizzas we have tried are all very good.

Garlic Lovers is one of our favorites.

Location seems new, it’s clean. Music is almost too loud but tolerable. Pricing is suitable for the neighbourhood. The pizza wasent too oily, always a good thing. Good selection of pizzas. The staff are nice , quick and to the point. The pizza tasted kind of blank. It’s good but I won’t remember the taste in a couple of Hours. Nothing too special. If you like Consistency with medeoker pizza, this place will make your happy.

Ordered 2 pizzas for takeout, the Italian sausage mushroom and the garlic chicken. The Italian sausage was decent. Here is a picture of the garlic chicken. It was incredibly dry, barely any cheese, with barely any toppings. Really disappointed and would hope that this isn't something that happens frequently. Would not recommend. Service was friendly and quicck.

Oh wow the pizza. I am absolutely astounded with the service and quality of the ingredients. I love the warm and friendly atmosphere, helpful staff and great pizza selection. The variety they carry allows customers come back everyday and try something new. Out of all the locations this is the best one. The cashier with the glasses is just awesome helped me through the whole process. Definitely will be back.

The prices of their single slice are exceeding. my opinion. Sadly second slice followed their exemple. For a garnished pizza slice which are not with their deal. One is better to purchase a whole pizza which would come a lot cheaper. Again these two company will not beat pizza hut or seven eleven for their deals. The price of single slice has gone from 1.75 plus taxes to 3.35 plus aprrox!!!!.

If you care about accuracy and timing of your order this place is going to make you frustrated. I thought I should give it a second chance tonight on Christmas Eve and got very frustrated at the end .. People who ordered after me got their pizza before I did. I also paid for extra cheese which they simply forgot to add after waiting 20 minutes.. I will never ever go back to this place.

Had some sushi across the street and stopped by for a slice. As a kid I used to go to the OG commercial and Broadway location. The blue cheese still tastes similar, just less meat. Drown your slice in the garlic sauce and you’ll be happy.

Accidentally ordered pizza for my company to Commercial instead of Cambie. They resolved it on the phone, and made my pizzas at Cambie within 10 minutes even though I was the one in the wrong. Great customer service, and super friendly staff. I recommend the beef & blue cheese or the potato pizza.

This is the network of pizza stores. For me this is the best pizza in Metro Vancouver: very crusty dough, fresh toppings and good deals all year around. My family's favourite pizza is "Ground beef and blue cheese" and "Butter chicken"! Each store has their own delivery within area and also they wark with delivery services like UberEats, SkirTheDisjes and Doordash.

Needed a place to satisfy my hunger a quick grab and go before going to work, bus is only across the street very convenient for me. service is good,place is neat and clean ,price is reasonable. Place is very accommodating welcoming and staff is clean and very tidy good service.

I have been ordering pizza for delivery from Uncle Fatih's for months and it has been consistently delicious. Today they had made a mistake with my order but they handled it very professionally by apologizing for the mistake and getting the correct pizza delivered to me quickly. The fixed pizza was delicious and I'll be ordering again! 5/5 :)

When it comes to by-the-slice this is my go-to pizza place. With a few convenient locations, one at Cambie and 8th and the other near the stadium Skytrain, I'm never too far away from this place. I like old school pepperoni and also Hawaiian. Yes, pineapple does belong on pizza; this is actually quite a polarizing topic, alas enjoy!

Ordered Uncle Fatih's pizza last night at around 12 am. It was a medium chicken bbq pizza. The pizza turned out surprisingly well. Was made fresh, was tasty and nothing was apparently wrong. The next morning I ate the rest of it, and it tasted like great next day pizza. Overall I was satisfied with the experience. Thank you.

I ordered food at 9pm and received at 11pm. On top of it I received wrong order and they don't even know what they sent. Im not sure if it was halal or not. They have really pathetic service. The person I spoke to said she is manager.

My brother ordered pizza through Uber eats last night. It tasted absolutely disgusting. Dough wasn't fresh, too much sauce(which was salty) and hardly any cheese on the whole pizza. Undeniably the worst pizza I had for an outrageous price. Definitely worth avoiding.

This place is very convenient when you are craving a bite late in the night. The pizzas are fine and they have several meat and vegetarian options on the counter. Service is generally fine, but they seem to change constantly the clerk. They also have multiple deals when you order a whole pizza.

Fantastic. Pizza wasn't greasy, the bottom had the right amount of crisp and the way the toppings were sliced made a difference in every bite. I also enjoyed how there was a good ratio of topping and dough. I definitely know my go to pizza place next time I'm in for a late night pizza slice.

I've only tried it once here. The pizza here is thin crust (iirc). Not my preference but if it's yours then probably it's good enough for you. They have those combination styled pizzas. I just think you could get more variety elsewhere. Nothing here better or worse than a fresh slice.

As pizza by the slice goes it's a 4/5. The price is completely offside. They set their price at each location based on demographic in the area and clearly there's a big lunch crowd that they feel they can take advantage of. Way better options within walking distance for the price.

Best Uncle Faith location, fast service and the pizza tasted very fresh was extremely happy with my experience.

Probably one of the best fast food chain pizza spots in town. It's the sesame seeds on the crust that make it for me. Have an hankering for fast food pizza? Uncle Fatih's the spot to go - their Garlic Lover, Tomato and Feta, Greek are some of the better recommended ones.

Always a great experience, fresh ingredients pizza, and good quality food. Friendly environment, friendly staff. The only thing is the lack of washroom, I want with my 3 year old daughter and we needed to go to another place for that. Other than that, highly recommended.

wow! these guys are my favorite. their pizza is so good, high quality food and the service to match. obviously the pizza is not gourmet but its very affordable and much better than megabite or freshslice. everytime i go in, it's smiles and helpful, happy people.

We just came back from having a very disappointing cold slice of pizza each. That was AFTER we asked for it to be heated up. Also, the pizza (vegetarian with artichokes) was tasteless. We expect better from this chain. We did not ask for our money back.

Worst experience with front end staff.. there are two girls.one of them claim manager there.. bought slice for my daughter and I asked Font end staff to make it half because my kids can't hold full slice. Font staff make face and speak

Went in to grab 2 XL pizzas in slices (16). Even an hour or so prior to closing there's so much variety which makes it easy to pick up quite a bit of pizza if you're on a time crunch. Also the garlic dipping sauce here is amazing

I can't get enough of this place. Tons of selection, crispy crust, loaded with toppings, and super fair pricing. Hard to beat. I stopped ordering Dominos about a year ago, and never looked back. Go, eat this pizza, enough life!

It's close to my work and has become a lunch stop at least once a week. Most importantly, the pizza consistently tastes great. On the downside, their prices are rising faster than inflation. Still ok value for a tasty lunch.

Purchased yesterday on too good to go, upon pickup they gave me a 6inch case filled with only 5 pieces, compared with another pick at a different Uncle Faiths with 14 inches case and 7-8 pieces. This experience sucks.

No other pizza joint does it like Uncle Fatih's. The toppings are plentiful and perfectly distributed, and the dough is delicious, filling, and not greasy. Friendly staff and consistent quality add to the fair price.

I eat there, and have been back many times. I get 2 pieces of pizza, and they usually have a good selection available. Lots of shopping places around there, so good for a quick pizza slice and continue shopping

One of the few Uncle Fatih's and totally worth it. This one is just off Cambie, right where you need it, and has a reasonable amount of seating. Only one low table, so expect to sit on bar stools if you're staying.
