AMAZING from start to finish. The representative that I spoke with, Tiffany, worked us into their schedule on a very short notice. Communication was prompt and friendly. The gentlemen that came to help us move were Adam and Carlo, and they were so kind and professional. They worked quickly but were also very gentle with our belongings. Even though we hired these guys for only the bulky/heavy items, we had tons of spare room in the moving truck. To which they asked if we had absolutely anything else they could help us load up since they were there to help anyways. They went above and beyond our expectations while creating casual conversation with us during the move. They provided a more than reasonable quote and the finalized price was even better. So much so, that they left and I wished I had tipped them more. Their execution was effortless and we will definitely be using Undergrads again in the future.

Ben and Derrick were such a help to us yesterday! We really appreciated their timeliness, positive attitudes and willingness to go with the flow of how we wanted things done. They also made a point to be conscious of not damaging our furniture and running things by us when they were unsure of where we wanted things. Thanks guys!! Undergrads was also very flexible with us as we did book this only 24 hours before our move! I would say the only thing that seemed to be an issue was that it may not have been communicated to them exactly what we were moving and the sizes of things. We had provided this info when we got our quote since we have large furniture but I don’t know that the info was passed along to them as they seemed surprised. This was something we wanted the movers coming to be aware of since we were walking all furniture and boxes a building over and not loading into a vehicle right out front.

I needed help for a family member’s move on short notice. After being told by six well-known companies that they weren’t available for weeks or months, I came across Undergrad Movers. They were readily available by phone and arranged for me to have two movers within days. I was especially impressed with how extremely well the business operates. They emailed me a succinct and straight-forward contract. They called several times to confirm and then to update me on arrangements for the move. Kyle and Hector arrived early and completed the move out and the move-in under two hours. They were organized, careful and responsive to all requests. This was by far my least expensive and smoothest experience with movers.

Jesse and Will were arguing with each other about who was doing more work, they were on their phones a lot, they dumped a dolly of antique furniture over onto the sidewalk and damaged the wood of the antique sewing machine. They also seemed out out when I asked them to put things in certain places. I tipped them and put a smiley face on the app because it’s pretty intimidating to have the guy hand me his phone and ask me for a tip and a smile face rating right there in front of them. There should be other options for tip besides 20, 25 and 30%. I’m glad to have my things in my house but not happy that things were damaged or their attitudes.

We had a great experience with Undergrads Moving! Dylan and Clay loaded us in Charlotte, NC, and Robert and Clay unloaded us in Columbia, SC. For both loading and unloading, the movers were professional, quick, and respectful of our furniture. We were very appreciative of how they gently set down our furniture, and were very careful at doors to avoid scratching and hitting walls. The movers set up our bed frames, shifted furniture around for us a few times, and we’re just overall gentleman. We had some heavy and odd shaped furniture, but they handled it like champs. Thanks, Undergrads! Will definitely use them again for our next move.

Thomas and Kell did a great job helping my mom and I move my stuff into my new apartment. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because one of the original movers did not show up, so Thomas had to call Kell last minute to help out. We weren’t able to really start moving everything in until about an hour into our scheduled move-in time. However, Thomas and Kell were very professional and delivered high quality service. Jesse Royal, Robert Runnion, and Zach Pennington were fabulous. They were prompt, professional, and a pleasure to be around, The job consisted of moving a large antique 6.5 ft armoire from one home to another then up stairs with a landing in the middle. It was very difficult and required them to work together as a great team strategizing on ways to make it work. They came through like champs! I highly recommend them for your move.

I had a great experience using Undergrads to move some larger items into our moving truck. Our movers, Devin and Harris, showed up a few minutes early, were professional and hard-working, and even finished ahead of schedule! They were careful with our furniture and did an excellent job. The entire process was efficient and painless, and I would definitely use Undergrads again for future moves.

Caleb Henderson, Hector Marban, Evan Hahl, and Max James were so awesome with my move. They hustled to get my items loaded and unloaded. Very professional. Showed up a few minutes ahead of time to have a walk through of the items that they were going to be moving. I was VERY impressed with them and will definitely use this company if I have to move again in the future!!

From the start the folks on then phone were very helpful and flexible. Davis and Jessie were awesome. So personable and helpful. They asked where we wanted things put. They were very careful with items. They were on time and finished in the time frame they had quoted. So glad their service was recommended to us. We will call them next year for our move out.

We were moving between storage units and were very pleased with Undergrad Movers. Spencer, Caleb & Zach were very polite and did a great job. They were very accepting of our requests to keep certain boxes towards the front of the unit and helped us organize the unit to best suit our needs. I submitted my quote request late on a holiday Sunday and Undergrads Moving promptly got back to me confirming my reservation for the next Sunday, also checking in the day prior to verify the move. David and Davon made quick work of unloading a 15' UHaul and getting a washer, dryer, and loveseat into a 2nd floor apartment for a USCG PPM.

My brother suggested I use them after he had such a great experience with this company. My movers were Noah and Jack. They were on time. Dressed appropriately. Well mannered and kind. It was very to set up and schedule an appointment. The movers, Holden Sakofsky and Caden Thompson arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. They were very polite and got right to work and did everything that was needed. I would highly recommend this service to others.
