Today is my sisters birthday and because of this lock down I was unable to be present with her. It was Unicare Pharmacy that came to my rescue. It packed some essential medications along with all the chips, cookies, shakes, drinks and chocolate and some daily essentials like cream and lip gloss and face washes and delivered it to my sister. They truely cooperated with me and did the delivery on time 12 am. I m really greatful to them for their service because of which I was able ri be with her and my sister was not lonely on her birthday in this tough corona lockdown times. GREAT SERVICE and SUPER VARITY.

Horrible staff itne zada batmiiz staff hai ki kya hi bolu... They literally treath people dhamki dete hai ki dawa nhi laenge... Ajj mangao saaman tho agle janam me aaye admi dard se mar q na jaye... Accident hua tha sirf 1 tube lane se mana kar diya.. Kuch bhi chiz mangao sbse badha size denge chahe dawa ho ya kuch bhi bs inka bill cutna chaiye.... Dawa mangao tho samne se ok puchna padhta hai ki bhai lalare ho phir bhi nhi aata saaman... Matlab had hai esa medical vho bhi lokhandwala me khula hai like socho... Aur staff ke nakre bolta hai lena hai ki nhi extremely disappointed

Extremely prompt response with good responsibility. I phoned to the shop and asked about a rare medicine which is very tough to available, Manash staff of this medical shop pick up the phone and with very much polite manner he responded. I highly recommend every person to visit this shop while they need any medicine particularly which is rare to available. This shop is 24 hours open which is highly appreciable. God bless them.

Extremely rude uninfomed staff or owners.Most medicines are not available,they say they will deliver it but you have to follow up many times.Dont waste your time with them. No manners or etiquette to talk on the phone or be customer facing. 2 women employees/owners are useless and all they do is scream at the boys who work there.Very very bad experience

Jab ye grocery sorry (medical) shop open hui thi tab ye log within 10 to 15 minutes mein delevry karte the Aur jab bhi order place karo toh ye kehte hai ki 1 hr. se 1 n half hour lagenge delevry ko lena ho toh lo warna "We Unicare dnt care about customers" Aur aaj ye log, inka staff itna rude ho chuka hai ki they don't care about customers

Very rude staff, the Pharmacy gives more priority to customers buying general products. Looks like just for a 24x7 license they have opened a pharmacy for name sake. And the TAT to service home delivery is absolutely out of hand, don't try calling them if your order is below INR 500

It's been more than 50 mins still my order hasn't been delivered and I just stay across the road. Worst person attending customer phone calls. They have no respect for customers very disrespectful staff. Disappointed.

I just forgot my stuff i guess i don't know maybe okay so when i try to call them it said invalid number 1 star for that because its been like 3 months and they didn't update their contact.
