so i paid $80 to have my car cleaned inside and out and have it waxed. the guy who's doing my car was too busy talking to someone across the road which caused the other driver getting into an accident!!!! he barely cleaned of the wax from my car till i got back to my hotel and noticed how badly he did his job right and inside of my car was still dusty even the dashboard! unsure why i even paid $80 for a serviced not even close to a clean car! they were rushing !! legit just in a hurry .. no attention to details! not only me asked this guy to clean off what has been missed a fair few i noticed telling their staff they left some marks........ i could have cleaned my car off myself! and not spending $80 for a low service.....

They do a decent cleaning job, but they're not the most honest bunch. After my first car wash, I noticed roughly $10 in change/loose coins had been taken from the car, and had to ask them to give it back. After my 2nd wash, I noticed later that my card was charged $65 for a medium car size clean, when it should have been $60 for a small car. They also passed on the $0.72 card transaction fee to me. My car is a Kia Picanto. There is literally no disputing the small size of this car. It's even in the name. If you need your car cleaned in a pinch, then sure, use this business. But I don't think this casual dishonesty should be rewarded.

I have read the reviews and you may have a good reputation for cleaning cars but you are very unprofessional when it comes to replying to potential clients, I have emailed for a quote on the 18th Feb 2020, left a voice message on the 19th Feb 2020 and again this morning 20th Feb 2020 and still no response has been made not even a courtesy email stating we will get back to you by a certain date. I'm not sure how you have stayed in business if you don't respond back to people.

Been to this car was many times and always left happy with the service. I had my car washed couple of weeks ago and the the boys really worked hard to take all the stains off. My car looked like brand new car. After 2 days i spilled little chocolate crumbs and took it back to clean it myself but boys offered to do it for no extra charge. I am so happy with the customer service provided by Nisal. God bless this guys. Keep up the hard work. I will definitely keep coming back.

Definitely one of the better car washes in Sydney but not perfect as there were some water marks and streaks left on the body work. Interior vacuum was impressive though. Originally full of dog hair but looked like a brand new showroom car afterwards. Rims were fully cleaned from its original dusty black state. Overall easy drop-off and pickup experience. Would definitely recommend!

I asked for an interior vacuum and clean only- it was hard to see how it looked while I was there as there wasn't much light in the carpark. However now I'm home I can see there's still sand on the seats and a lot of dog hair on the back of the front seats and on the shelf over the hatch. I'm disappointed considering all the good reviews.

I’m very fussy about my cars, and have tried lots of car wash places with mixed results. These guys do a great job, we’ve never had an issue (they even managed to wash my MG B without its roof and kept the interior dry) and they don’t try to upsell you to an overpriced service when you’re just after a quick wash.

I asked for a wash and at $50 expected to see a clean car. I was mistaken. One side of the car there are dirt marks all over it. Not to mention the the scratch marks for what every they used to wash the car with up the other side. Now I need to deal with getting g this fixed. Not a happy shopper.

Got a wash and polish. Explained that my wasn’t shiny anymore after I wash it. Explained that things like rain will wear away the shine. 45 min job. Done quickly and saw all my rubbish was bagged up. My car would have been a nightmare for them! Definitely recommend them.

Just had my car cleaned after lockdown & it looks fantastic. They always do an extremely thorough clean. Other car washes I have used in the area always try & charge you extra to the advertised prices. These guys are transparent & do an amazing job. Highly recommend.

The staffs are friendly, worth of money as i am really satisfied with the work. Going to come again. Tips: send your car early in the morning so it wouldn't take more time to complete/finish.

I travel all the time and with a hairy labrador .. After using UCQ my car unrecognizable....$120 abd it looks like new and not a grain of sand or dog hair in sight ..Recommend.

I have used this company before and the detail in the work was good. This time upgraded the service to include clay bar and polish. The workmanship is second rate at best.

Not very good washing, missed some obvious white spots (sunscreen, which are really easy to clean) inside and outside of the car. Car boot was also not vacuumed.

They always do a great job, but this time I paid the extra $40 for the Clay bar treatment and Polishing and honestly can't see any difference is result
