I have a feeling they cheated me by charging INR 3000 for a pedicure ( more than double of the max priced one from their menu ) which is not even listed in the menu saying it’s something new and not added to the list yet . Somehow it’s not convincing . Seriously for the salon it is , INR 3000 is outrageous for their service The massage was good , but the nail job was below avg and the nail polish collection was poor . Never going again and don’t recommend . The management should look into it

A wonderful experience in unique elegance salon Gachibowli Systematic way of handling clients, Painless treatment, neat and good equipment is used friendly with a smile. I had been visiting this place from past 4-5 months this place. The guy named Sharukh is my regular hair stylist, and he listens to you, understands latest designs well. Especially, he doesn't need much instructions and always pleasant with smile. I tried services like hair spa, head massage, shaving / trimming and hair cut. A couple of time tried De-Tan. I am repetitive customer till I stay in this area

I got my eyebrows shaping done, she did it with atmost protection and charged 50/- which I thought is nominal. Editing after getting other services: Got my hair cut (wash + layer cut) done and I like it. Friendly staff. Edit May2023- The staff is changed and quite professional and friendly too. Got wax and facial done by Anu, she did it her best way. I loved the service as wax was quick and less painful.

My go to salon! I took their services regularly, and I have always been happy when I leave the salon. The prices are great , and I have always been satisfied with the service. I asked for curled blow dry of hair. The professional took 1 hr and did pencil drop. He kept trying to do curls but couldn't. I finally asked him and then he agreed that he does not know how to do it he should have told me at the starting when I asked for the service. This is cheating. Really disappointed. Very unprofessional.

Facial was really comfortable and soothing. I was serviced by Ms. MEGHANA in a really professional way and recommend go ahead for another service too but waxing was really worse, my hand is almost burned everywhere with black patches after 2 days,my skin is almost peeled. Do not suggest waxing at all.

I have visited this place with my wife today. Ambiance was good. They have all services. I get my hair and beard done with facial. I felt good. I recieved my services from Sohail. Do ask for him if you visit. Ask for packages, they don't compromise even if they offer discounted products.

We went for haircut and only one staff on Mondays . Asked them to do a shoulder length hair cut and the cut was made too small . No experience on how to cut hairs . Sped the hair cut . Be cautious to visit not recommended where you have Habib and other good saloons near by .

Worst Salon. The place is very dirty and stinks. The tray is full of honey spils and hair. Water clogged in wash basins. The staff tries to understand but they inexperienced. There were more than 5 people chilling around but I had to make my own bill.. Very bad experience.

Such a waste of time. Haircut prices have been 240 to 800 ruppes. Sometime youl get a barber who doesn't know anything and will cut however. Out of the 7-8 times i visited here i only had a pleasant hair cut twice.

I love the haircut and the warm welcoming staff there. Sidhanth was my hairstylist and he did it well. Also the discount in the bill was light on my pocket. Overall am a very happy customer and will comeback soon.

Had the worst experience at this salon. Had to wait 45mins to get a haircut. There was only 1 barber available in the salon. If you go to such a place, you at least expect better service than this.

Barber was not that experienced. I asked him to keep the side hair in slope but he couldnt do it properly. Also, my wife had come for getting hair done but there was no one available.
