An absolute hidden gem! I have been to this location easily 100+ times in the past two years and there has never been a time where I didn't leave thinking about a piece I had seen. The women's selection is always packed full of contemporary and high end brands. There are always constantly new pieces being brought in almost daily which makes it a new experience each time you go. Everything starts between 60-70% off retail so everything is a great deal. I'd say 95% of the pieces they get in come with full tags and in perfect condition. Any piece that has a flaw is blatantly marked and will start additionally marked down which is nice if you have the skills to fix any of the flaws. Never had a problem with parking as the front is usually open and there is a larger lot in the back. Definitely suggest checking it out if you've never been. Why by a 80$ dress shirt from a large department store when you can support a small business and get a 300$ one for 50$?

Well well i was searching for this Limited Edition Dsquared2 fighter hooded down jacket in size 46 and it was impossible to find this jacket but i never gave up and Boy!! Was i lucky, i found this last Jacket size 46 on UAL and this fantastic lady by the name of Cassie Rose really helped me true and i even got some discount for a jacket with a value of $1.600,- Dollars and i paid $405 including shipping cost.. and she really helped me true and a very fast respond also.. so listen up guys off the department of UAL you better promote Cassie Rose as the CEO ASAP!! So Shout out to Cassie Rose the one person that never gave up on me and even finger crossed for me that i would receive this jacket because it was a pain in the *piep*

I get a lot of compliments on my clothes. Truth is, I have, literally, the best and most interesting wardrobe ever, and it's all thanks to UAL. This place is INCREDIBLE in value, quality, style, and variety, literally my favorite store on the planet. I have since moved out of Nashville and miss it dearly (although have been doing occasional internet shopping) but will return ASAP. Worth the trip.

UAL is my absolute favorite store. The selections are amazing and constantly changing as they get new merchandise. One can find amazing clothing, shoes, accessories, home furnishings……everything! And the fabulous people working there are always helpful and greet you with a smile. I normally shop at this location, but all the stores are amazing!

One of favorite Nashville shops for clothing. I never know what I’ll find there. Designer brands heavily discounted. Good unknown brands priced well. Great jewelry and shoes as well as some home interiors. Staff is always helpful as well! The West End Ave location is my favorite and the 21st ave location is a stones throw away as well!

Fantastic selection of new and remnant merchandise, at the full range of price points and personal taste. I snatched some Italian Coco Belle leather lace-up gladiator sandals for $6, original retail $139, only available used online in $40 range. My new favorite boutique!!!

Being high fashion, options for sizes past US Ladies 12 are not likely to be found. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was unstuffy and approachable. The prices were deeply discounted from the original list (which are high end). And some downright bargains!

Nice thrift shop. Clothes in good condition and stocked more like a department store. Items found where they say they are. Keep in mind..you may want to bring your own shopping bag, as they do not bag with plastic bags and purchase of one they sell is $2.50.

Always an adventure here. Some finds make it worth the challenge. The staff have always been helpful and understanding. Trying on lots of items and leaving with only one is perfectly ok.

They have excellent items at a very solid price and the employees are extremely helpful. My pregnant fiancee found some articles of clothing she can use during and after birth.

A diamond in the rough! You can find outrageously priced designer clothes at crazy discounts. I love this place so much and all the money I saved on unique clothing.
