I was visiting friends and my car was making a terrible sound. I didn't want to risk driving half way across the country without getting it checked. These guys were able to see my car, diagnose the issue, order and change the part (and also spotted dodgy disk breaks which they showed me and I agreed with) and did everything in just over a day! Excellent service, excellent communication. They never went forward without clearing the cost with me first and offered me budget offers as well. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much

I have checked their reviews before I went to the garage. Found only couple of them who say they messed their car up after the repair. Exactly same thing happened to me. They damaged my car and when I brought it back to them. They refused to check and instead gave me different places to go to for different repairs. They gave me car “fully fixed and ready to drive” was originally dangerous to drive. Took it to different mechanic who explained to me what they have done to my car. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE ELSE.

Honestly cannot recommend United Automotive highly enough. We believed the clutch on our car went and not only did the owner discuss what the issues might be, but also sent us the number for a recovery service plus was able to fit us in just before the bank holiday weekend. Despite a little hiccup with the part, I was kept up to date, potential costs were discussed upfront and the whole team worked so hard to get our car sorted as soon as possible. Brilliant, highly recommend for service, communication and cost. Thank you again!

I use this garage for everything I need for my car. I just recently had an injection problem sorted and wasn't disappointed with the service. Amazing discounts for NHS workers, the staff are friendly and really helpful when I went to pick my car up I remembered another small problem with a heat shield under the car and they fixed it at no extra charge. I can honestly say the staff and owner are honest and friendly. I will continue to take my and my wife's car for anything that it might need to keep them on the road

Had my car’s MOT and service here just best services they are providing around here with good staff. If you have any doubts about your car just give them a call the person who takes the call is Abba he gonna tell you the best way possible for your services which you need. Normally they are busy but the suggestion is to call them before you come. Overall very good

Abbas is great. You just drop the car, tell him the problem, send him your reg number. He then calls you with diagnosis and the cost. He calls back when the car is ready! Simple and very efficient. His repairs are excellent and prices great. Can't recommend him enough . Give it a go, you will not regret it.
