Went to fill fuel & check air at pie face/united gas station on camp road in Broadmeadows. I am very regular customer there. There was a 4 x 4 Ford UTE with no one in the car parked in the air & water parking spot. I went into the shop and asked the guy at the counter (Kulpash) who’s car it was and he told me it was his. I told him I wanted to fill air in my tyres and he said he was filling air in his tyres, clearly he wasn’t. He then told me to park my car in the exit drive way and fill air. To add to it he ignored me while I was trying to talk to him by talking to his colleague in his local language telugu (Indian language). Bewildered at his arrogant response, I left disappointed at his exceptional customer service. Clearly he didn’t care and may have been related to the principal franchise. His UTE tray had boxes of chocolates that are usually stocked in the shop. United please train your franchises to treat their customers properly. I hope this feedback makes its way to him. Well done Kulpash or whatever his name is…

Worst experience ever. They could not complete a basic transaction for 3 pies, a donut and a drink. I went with a friend and because they had two people serving us for the 1 order, they acted like dumb and dumber. Forgeting what pies we asked for despite pointing directly at them, getting the amount wrong on screen, pressing wrong buttons, could not figure out 2 in one bag and 1 in another. When they fluffed around we got so confused as to what was in what bag and asked him to write which one was vegetarian. Anyway he got that wrong and turns out after all that they put 3 of the same pies in instead of the 3 we picked! We realised once we left they charged for an extra donut and extra drink and i couldn't eat anything because they picked random meat pies!!! We laughed at the stupidity but were so annoyed. We didn't go back. We tell everyone we know about the slow comedians. The long line up of customers at the time were just as dumbfounded as us.

Person I talked to "parwirth" or something was very racist. I wanted to fill up both my gas and petrol as prices were cheap. As i tried to fill up, i see other cars such as taxis and vans filling up without pre-paid. So i assume it included me. As i walked up to him, asked him if the pumps werent working, he told me i had to pre-pay and it should work, and u can pay the extra or he will refund the excess. As i pre-paid some money for my petrols, it wasnt that enough. Getting fustraded as he targetted me only having to pre pay, he constantly making me walk up and down. And also seeing other people not having to prepay as i see them paying infront of me after getting their petrol which was worth over $100 esch cars. Which got me even angrier as they didnt even speak in english!! Would not even rate this a 1 even! Would not even come to any other united ever again.

Maybe not the last 6 weeks as I was on leave (I work across the road) but I always poured here. Following a taxi in tonight, I was asked to pre-pay while the taxi driver wasn't asked. Queried it and the response was that he was trained not to ask taxi drivers. So unless I change my career to a taxi driver, I guess I'm discriminated against. I work with 1300 other people on site, looks like I'll send an email around tomorrow morning... Keep catering to taxi drivers guys, it should be across the board and not based on a person's job. Check your camera's, I was actually a regular here.

Very poor service by one staff. He asked for a paper cup back after I bought a coffee from the machine but it was too hot so I got it a second cup. They didn't have any servettes. He made a face, turned around and walk away. If he argued with me I would just left that cup of coffee at the register and just paid for my fuel and walked out. They can't expect customers to carry hot drinks with just paper cups. It's not safe.The other staff was nice.

Look, I find a good pie difficult to find. Sometimes I just want a pie I can trust. So, for me, that's a mince and cheese pie face pie. These guys are the closest to us, so we head here. Less option at night but if you get in at the right time the deal with a drink and donut (or piece of fruit) at $8 is pretty good value. Not cheap, and depending on staff on at the time maybe not easy, so lost a star there. Otherwise, pie me Pie Face.

There was an indian guy he was very rude and abusive as well . We filled petrol from platform 1 and it was $60.80 and he was arguing on you filled from platform 2 it was $84 we took a photo of the amount which was $60 he pushed our phone and was abusing . This is the suggestion to all the people around camp road never go there for service. Worst customer service

These guys are cheap but being asked to prepay before filling up in the evening makes me feel like a criminal. What I’ve started doing is prepaying $30 then putting in $28 and demanding a refund. Staff get flustered and it’s funny af. One time a clerk there had to ring his manager to get approval to refund my $2 so for the amusement factor I give them an extra star

United Petroleum, which is situated in most suburbs around Melbourne, are veryi good. Great pricingforboth petroleum products and the snacks that are found inside make this a must do. I always buy fuel for my Jeep here as its so much cheaper. I have a card, which you get for free, that entitles me to a 4c/l discount. I recommend this place to everyone.

When we went to pay for petrol, the attendant rang up an extra $50+ for stuff we never purchased. Did not realise till I checked my bank account later and had to drive all the way back to get my money returned. Buying anything from them is a risk. Beware.

Bought 2 pies ,,both cold and uneatable.they reheated them and pies hot on the outside but cold on the inside..cashier makes it my fault saying i said pies are hot,,in which they are but only on the outside.inside cold...with customers in

DONT BOTHER. Doesn’t even deserve 1star .. Firstly Pies R COLD ! Nothings hot. You pay 1st then he puts in NUKA. and couldn’t even get that right. I paid $9 for an eye fillet pie and ended up squeezing the filling out as it was Cold

Don’t even deserve 1 star gave us uncooked pies and when i came back with uncooked ones he doesn’t even have any pie left and the guy over there said i can’t do anything for u and told me I am not cooking new ones for u specially.

Absolutely poor customer service. No respect. They have a guy in there who is speaking nonesense behind microphone when they are checking the meters. 10 minutes waste of time when they check meters.

As soon as I finish work I know I'm going to drive past it and I always go there to fill up. It's always the cheapest or second cheapest petrol station from all the ones I pass to and from work

Brought 3 x steak and mushroom pies cost $6 each no steak in pie and the mushrooms where champignons which have no taste very disappointing will never try one of there products again
