I have just experienced the WORST customer service from NARI! He was serving me and forgot to add a sausage roll to my order for my child because he got distracted and midway through me talking to him, he ignored me and started to serve another customer! That is just plain rude....when a customer is talking nicely to you NARI, dont ignore them and move onto another customer! The lady attendant then had to continue my order! After i told him that his customer service was unacceptable, he then said he wasnt the one serving me, it was the lady! He is so obviously flustered, forgetful and rude he can't even remember what rudeness he just displayed, hence refused to accept his mistake and refused to apologise. I would never be so rude as to ignore a customer and their child, which is why i am so disgusted that he could do that to me. I will be making a formal complaint. NO MOTHER OR CHILD should be treated like this!

The Air pump is not working , and has been like that for about 2 weeks. I went and complained to the manager and the manager informed me that someone has damaged the hose. I informed him that the hose has multiple areas taped over and it need to be fixed. I was advised that the part has been ordered. It shouldn't take over 2 weeks for the issue to be fixed. These type of issues need to be fixed ASAP as customer rely on service stations for not only fuel but other necessary needs. Not a happy customer !!

This petrol station the most rude un respectful people working there. I get the bloody nose and I said can I use the bathroom they said no I said is there any water tap around the petrol station they said no you should go to McDonald’s and don’t drop the blood of your nose around the petrol station am I in Australia I’m dreaming?

The worst ever petrol station I've ever had in my life. I was just asking kindly for a help finding a cord of a charger the indian male staff and he is really really really rude never come back again. He done twice not just once but for sure we will never come back again and I will tell my friends his and attitude. So so so very rude.

They didn’t open on time today, it’s 6am opening I waited 10 mins still not open, left dropped my partner to work 6:35am and still not open a lot of people have waited and left, not good at all, very disappointing.

I read over 60 disappointed low reviews on this place I am busting very badly to use the bathroom and I was horribly rejected. Nothing will change I've read all of the replies back to the comments. Sad

I only gave one start to comment the staff are so rude the girl that serviced me had no customer service at all really rude just busy chatting to the other Punjab guy both rude never come here again

One of the young staff was very rude to me and my friend we were looking for a drink to buy and he started yelling at us to hurry up in a loud voice worst petrol station I ever experienced

This fuel station was very nice and clean all the time and customers service was very good and I frequently see the guy name NARI was very friendly and welcomes with warm smile

Operator Reddy lost key to the toilets. I’m not going back to any of United petrols after this I can also tell you that reviews about the store are fake.

On average is cheaper for unleaded 91 than all surrounding petrol stations for a five suburb radius. Definitely my preferred fill up point.
