Waited 5 minutes to get served by a little indian man whom i ordered a frape which the adds are plastered all over in and out of the shop. The attendant asked me four times what it was then said ohhhh sorry yhe frape machine or the coffee machine is not working HE HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AGAIN !

For a service station that is supposed to be open 24/7 they are closed regularly. Tonight, at 11pm, I attempted to enter the store however was told by the staff they were closed. This is the third time this has occurred in the last month. I think I’ll just return to Shell / Coles Express who actually open the hours they promote.

Awful service, was told there would be a 5 minute wait whilst they did an audit and then found it would be 20. Doing an audit in rush hour was ridiculous but misinformation and the rudeness of the attendant was the worst. When I questioned why they didn’t warn anyone was told the intercom wasn’t working.

I went over there customer service wasn’t good there was an Indian girl didn’t behave well no hi , hello she just scanned my products and I did payment even she didn’t say thanks but I read a name badge to complain about that she’s name is nerice please teach your worker about customer service thanks

I was told I had to give my licence and credit card to the attendants before I filled up my car tonight. I understand leaving my credit card just in case I did a runner but not my licence aswell. It left a terrible feeling in my gut tonight as they now have ALL my details!! Not happy!!!!!!

Been coming here for more than a year now. Nerice, who serves me mostly is really courteous and knows what she’s doing. Very happy with their service. Highly recommend them!

The guys who work on 5:55pm , so rude, he just making a rules , event the rules no on the gas station what the an rude person event , the cannot prove je right..

Staff always on the phone to friends or running another company. The cookies are good but alot of food is slightly over priced even for a servo.

Good petrol station with competitive prices. The pump takes a while to fill up but is a small detail. Helpful staff!
