The price, cars, and service is something you cant get anywhere. None as good as them! I fully recommend them! I was in another country when i suddenly saw myself with the key of my rented car but without the remote of my car which gets the motor on... United worked on my case FOR HOURS On their busiest day of the year (the Thursday when people go up to the Catskills for the Summer season), and after working hard but couldn't bring down a company for no money in the world to make a new key, THEY FOUND SOMEONE WHO WENT TO THAT COUNTRY A FEW HOURS LATER and sent with him the second key which was by the rental. One word, AMAZING! WOW! Heard also from others about their good service they got at United.

I rented a vehicle from United, and there were mechanical problems 300 miles away from Brooklyn. This crew stood behind their vehcile all the way, and went to the mat to ensure minimum impact on my trip! They also took financial responsibility and made sure I did not pay for the down time!

I’ve rented at United a great deal of times, each and every time i’ve gotten the upmost respect from there reps was in and out in no time and received A brand new vehicle with minimal mileage clean and smelled like paradise for an invincible price.
