"Haven’t received the grocery store sell papers and probably two months saw the mailman yesterday which was Tuesday the day the sale papers usually come sitting down at the end of the street went down to ask him about it and he said he had to sell papers in the truck with him but didn’t have time to deliver them evidently he was either taking them back to the station or throwing them away probably throwing them away considering Nobody in the neighborhood has received them either in about two months went to discuss it with the station manager at the location and there’s nobody available to talk with me no supervisors at all typical government ran business at its best"

I have always had a great experience at this post office for over a year, until last week. It was my first time with one of the clerks (Sierra) who almost refused to mail my certified letter, until her boss got involved. She gave me an extremely hard time because it had no stamps. I explained I always pay $4.33 twice a week to mail this type of letter and that cost is printed and stickered onto the envelope. I’ve gone in there numerous times and never had an issue with anyone besides her. She was adamant I need to not only have the certified green slip on the envelope but ALSO I need to put postage stamps too and until I put stamps she won’t accept it. Until her boss advised her to accept the $4.33 and process the letter (something her boss and all the other clerks have done for me numerous times at that exact location) Now I go back again to mail the same type of letter and the first thing out of Sierra’s mouth is attitude about the way I handed her the letter and proceeds to refuse to service me at all, mind you I’ve literally done nothing besides try to send a letter.. and when her boss interferes to handle my assistance, Sierra proceeds to tell me she will not be servicing me again. This is all because SHE refused to mail a regular sized letter for $4.33 certified without a stamp, when it isn’t even necessary to place a postage stamp when you pay $4.33 for a regular side letter! Severely disappointed people think they can refuse service at a post office when the customer is a regular and my company keeps their POBox there. Sad a post office clerk settled on refusing to clerk for a paying customer.
Not sure what all the one star reviews are about but I love this post office. There is rarely a line and it's a hidden gem. Everyone has always been very nice to me. I do walk up to the counter with a big smile and I ask them how they're doing and try to make conversation so perhaps, that is helpful. Being nice to people who are helping you is always a good thing to do. I recently mailed a few small 6x9 pink packages and I forgot to put an address label on one of them and deposited it in the outside mailbox. The package had no to or from address on it and it was completely blank. Someone at the post office saw it, saw my other packages, got my address from it and mailed the package back to me. This took some effort and I very much appreciated whomever did this as I sell on Etsy and a customer was waiting for this package. They went above and beyond when I'm sure others would have just discarded the package or do whatever they do with unmarked packages.
Go anywhere but here! Worst customer service there is and they are rude. Had a fire at my apartment complex and the mail room burnt down. It's in the process of being rebuilt but in the mean time us residents have to go to this Post office to pic up our mail. Today I went and the 1st gentlemen seemed a little annoyed with me once I told him why I was there. Told me to wait in the mail box area it would take a few minutes to get my mail. Well over 30 minuets later nothing. I went back to the counter and the 2nd gentlemen that I talked to didn't want to help me either. I explains that I've been waiting for over 30 minutes but he acted like he didn't care. Did offer to see if someone was looking for my mail or not. Needless to say, I ended up leaving and still don't have my mail. WOW is all I have to say. If I could give a 0 I would.
Haven’t received the grocery store sell papers and probably two months saw the mailman yesterday which was Tuesday the day the sale papers usually come sitting down at the end of the street went down to ask him about it and he said he had to sell papers in the truck with him but didn’t have time to deliver them evidently he was either taking them back to the station or throwing them away probably throwing them away considering Nobody in the neighborhood has received them either in about two months went to discuss it with the station manager at the location and there’s nobody available to talk with me no supervisors at all typical government ran business at its best
Trash service. Won’t answer simple questions. Please get more informed employees in front of customers. The gentleman that was supposed to help me did anything but. I asked multiple times about making sure the address he input into the system was specific to the port and person (I was shipping to a ship, and there was no name or identifier on the label he created). I wrote my own and asked if my label would be enough to get it to the person. He said they consider all labels. What kind of response is that?! Find another USPS to visit. Don’t go to this one.
Ran in right as they were closing for the day (a Friday). There was a relatively long, slow moving line. Ugh. But then someone came out from the back and said they would take credit card transactions for simple purchases. I'd grabbed a Priority Mail box on my way in and had finished packing/addressing/sealing it while I was standing in line. I was the second credit card customer and was out the door in only a few minutes. Half the cost of UPS/FedEx and on my way home in a jiffy. Priority Mail includes tracking and insurance. Will use again.
All you need to know- bring your own tape/or/marker or have your stuffed packaged already. Associate was not attentive towards me. I asked for strip of tape and she told me I have to buy the tape. So I bought the dang $3.49 tape. Other USPS location tapes it for me with no charge. Another customer came in with boxes and she automatically asked her if she needed tape. She gave her tape- FREE OF CHARGE! Slap to the face. I do not know if it is “preference” seemed like it to me at the moment.
We cannot seem to get our mail picked up from our office. I have asked the mail lady to make sure she stops in our office to pick it up. That did not work. I tried calling the Northaven & Royal Lane location and they answered and hung up. I called again and the phone just rings. I am only doing this review because I cannot seem to get in contact with an actual person at the post office whom I can address my concern and request to.
Mrs Kim and Sierra are wonderful. They all do their level best to help speed the line up. This can be a busy location depending when you go. Their job isn’t easy but rude folks come in and treat them like machines. They’re people with their own lives and families. They always have a smile ready no matter how hectic the workload. I take my hat off to them for handling themselves with class and efficiency.
I go to this please at least once a week, Sergio is always in a bad mood, he projects his bad energy to everyone around him, I see him being very rude to customers like if we work there, like if we know what we’re supposed to do, were there to get a service and he acts like we’re supposed to know everything in regards to shipping services. The two African-American ladies always give an excellent service
I've had a few poor USPS experiences, but this one has been the worst. The young black lady is as arrogant as they come. They treat you as if you are pressuring them to complete the task. If you have a concern, you'll almost certainly be told to Google it. I realize I shouldn't expect USPS to have any values or provide decent customer service, but at the very least, I expect common courtesy and respect
I was coming to this office to post my tax return. It was 2.30 pm when I arrived and there were just 2 more clients apart from myself. And 2-3 representatives ready to help. I’ve been given a general advice on what type of letter is the best for my purposes and quickly served. Very good service, will definitely come again!
I am so thankful that this location stayed open 8 minutes after closing so I could ship my package to my husband deployed overseas. Ron was so polite, patient and gracious to take care of my transaction and get my package shipped. I'm so excited I could get this out the same day. Will definitely come here again!
Fragile sticker is seen as a challenge to damage packages instead of a guideline. I've watched them throw stuff across the dock. They don't even try to hide it from the customer. "Guaranteed" Federal positions should be eliminated. Continued employment should be based on performance, not "protected" positions.
This place is a joke! They have this girl with paint red hair very un respectful with cero customer services. The services is the slowest services ever. What happens with the qualifications for this government positions? This services are worst and worst instead be better. Hopefully they can fix this!
We go without mail service sometimes for two - three days in a row. This has been happening for months. When it shows up its very late in the day. Different carriers, they told me that its to big of a delivery area, no one wants it. I have tried calling the station, they never pick up the phone!
A perfect example of government's failure to offer a quality service. We receive mail for a variety of different addresses and our own mail is often delivered in a damaged state. I wish it was there was an alternative choice for sending and receiving mail.
our postal carrier refuses to deliver our parcels. sometimes he'll leave our parcels on the ground outside our gate so transients or weather can compromise our packages all the postal carrier has to do is pull up to our gate for entry, poor service.
These guys are great! I came in today with a ton of packages and they handled them all very quickly, and pulled people out of the back to keep the line down. Everyone working was nice and friendly, while still working efficiently.
Went in to drop off mail that previous tenants had in the mail box, also changed my address and picked up a Express mail package. Very nice and awesome workers I encountered. 100 times better than my old local post office!
Worse experience ever!!! Called for a whole week to see where my package was at and i was always put on hold or toldbto call later because they were busy the dang day they actually answer my package was sent back!!!!!
They often times do not pick up mail or for that matter leave the mail. I have called on many occasions and have had unfriendly customer service. This is a business , that need the mail checked every day !
All the time I come to this post office, always the same problem, only 1 cashier working and where are the other 4 workers ?? So what do we pay for ?? For a better service or for this ??
I was shocked when I went to leave a review at the low rating of this location. They rarely have a wait and the staff is always so pleasant. Shoutout to Kim for helping me today. …
We go days without receiving mail, have packages delivered to our neighbors, insured packages requiring signatures just left at the door. When we do get mail is if often after 7pm!
Horrible atención una mujer ni si quiera me reviso mi paquete solo dijo tíralo allí en ese cajón, solo quería más información sobre mi envío y ella volteaba la mirada a su cell
Jason was so very pleasant and helpful and professional. In fact I don't think I've ever been in a post office where someone was ever as nice as he was. Thank you Jason!
This place is a joke. Specially the skinny girl with glasses is even worse. Don’t ever expect anything from this place. This place stinks really bad as well.
They do not scan packages that are dropped off. After 3 days being dropped off, the 7 packages dropped off still have not been scanned. I hate this place.
I stopped by this morning to mail 60 letters, and the gentleman who helped me was very kind and even offered to help stamp my letters with me.
I never seen so cool people in USPS.. so fun to be here shipping ur packages without any Hassel. These guys are so helpful ,fun and cheerful.
Very fast, and very helpful. At times like this when customers need the postal service more than ever, this location delivered. …
Rude, aggressive, mad and very hostile workers. No help, run around. Everyone thinks they are boss. Wish there was no star option.
Our mail service is so sporadic that it may as well be free. My nieghbors get my mail or we just don't get it at all. What a JOKE!
rude people works here! I tried to drop my package at 4:45 and they say do not accept drop off after 4:30. Insane
I noticed that our mail is not being delivered on Friday's alot of times...has anyone else experienced this?

They lock the doors after hours so you can’t drop off packages or check mail boxes
My customer service rep. Chandler always provides me with impeccable service.
This location does not have after hours self service like the listing says
Afternoon line was minimal. Staff answered my questions and were friendly.
For seller do not drop your package there without receipt they steal it
It’s like they tried to hire the slowest possible people to work here.
Horribly really rud bad service end don't help absolutely not stars
