Ive been standing in line for more than 15 minutes after being next. The lady just decided to go to the back without word to anyone in line and we have yet to see her. Please do not have packages sent here. She finally came back after 20 mins in the back only to tell me that they dont accept or deliver packages. Wasted my time

If I could leave no stars I would. How do they close at 5 but goes to lunch at 2:40 and says won’t be back till 4. Takes over an hour lunch and comes back right before closing time. Despicable location to say the least. At this point the US gov is just paying someone to be on their phone.

The lady mistreated me and my 5 year all daughter and she even close the door on our faces when I asked her for the USPS address she was referring me to. Not even 30 seconds after I arrived I had the door slapped to us! Very rude. I am so sad my little daughter had to experience that!
