"BEWARE! In this USPS office they are some thieves, it is a group that steals packages, and you need to make a police report to STOP these dishonest USPS employees, they only scan the packages as: "your item was delivered in or at your mailbox "time and date" BUT when you open the PO BOX you find nothing"
The only good thing about this place is the location. The service is terrible for the most part, only one person in that entire post office is actually kind and answers your questions without making you feel inept. The rest of them treat it as if they have a personal vendetta against you. I have unfortunately gone to this post office for years and I have only had one or two good experiences. I recently sent two large packages, one which they refused to give me a receipt for because they literally did not feel like firing up a computer for me and told me to "take a picture with my phone". The next time I dropped off a package it was pouring rain and I did my best to protect the package and got one drop on the scanning bar code but it was completely legible and the elder Caucasian woman at the front desk went on a rant about how I got it wet and that it wasn't scanning and that she didn't wan't to type the number in.This went on for a good two minutes while she flailed the scanner around missing the bar code each time, after she decided to hold the scanning gun still it took the bar code and she complained a bit more about how difficult I had made the process since I let the bar code get wet. I asked her how she supposed I keep it dry in pouring rain and all she did was hand me my receipt and when I said have a nice day she glared at me as if i had no right to be there making her life "difficult". I understand this post office is in a really diverse neighborhood and it can be trying at times to ones nerves having to deal with all the cultures and barriers but guess what?I have to do the same thing at my job and in life in general. If you choose a job that is federally important and deals with constant communication maybe you should choose another job if you are going to treat people worse than rodents if they make your life "difficult" by asking for a receipt. Make sure you document everything you take or deliver, always get a receipt in order to document you were there and they received it or they will deny ever having attended you or received your package if something goes wrong.
12/13/2017 i had the worst experience customer service wise speaking, at this location.the staff members are very impolite in many ways, so i was there along with my mother helping her to shipped out a priority mail small flat box to AZ, when i was ready to handed out to the clerk i noticed there was a gap on both end sides of the box, i asked the clerk in a well mannered way for some kind of tape to close the box, i had an impression she was going to help me out placing the tape on the opening of the box, well i was very wrong about it, in a very discourteous way she reply back here's the tape you do it, honestly i did get very upset and told her i paid for a service, im expecting for you to do it. then she stare back at me in a sicken way, saying better hurry up you're holding up the line, she did not even let me finished what i was going to say..it is extremely improper conduct on her behalf, after this unpleasant encounter an asian descent male staff member got implicated in the situation, shouting out loud move along!! you are holding up the line.. i asked him can i borrow a pair of scissors? i cant cut the tape sir? then he reply back to me in a highly uncooperative mannered way screaming NO! i was like jesus christ what is wrong with him, i told him dude there is no need for you to yell OK. then he threaten me to call the cops, then he brought a floor supervisor still he was talking loudly back to me and making all sorts of hand gestures infront of customers, supervisor never told him to quiet down that was very bad on his side.. this guy was making a bid deal out of nothing, the fact is he's extremely rude and has a resentment feeling towards hispanic folks.. in my book that is called bigotry, there is no room for people like him behind a customer service booth. i will never go back to that place again!
This place is a joke. Went here to get my daughter her passport. Her learner's permit was expired so I went to the government website to check what other identification was acceptable before we showed up to her passport appointment I brought all the necessary documents along with what the government website listed as acceptable alternate proof of identification. They discouraged us to submit our paperwork and said that it wouldn't be accepted. They said they would be more than happy to take my application money, but it wasn't going to work. Instead, they sent us on a wild goose chase to the dps office down the street to get a Texas Id card and said that they would submit the paperwork when we came back with it. I showed them the website and they still said that it wouldn't work. They prided themselves as being certified and experts at passports. I went down the street to another passport place and submitted the same paperwork we had brought to this post office. This person knew what he was doing. 2 weeks later, my daughter received her passport in the mail. This office is certified alright. They're a bunch of certifiable (what's the word for a group of people who don't know what they're doing?.. starts with an "i".. anyways, it'll come to me). If you need to submit a passport application that's idiot proof then come here. Otherwise, go somewhere else. You'll be glad you did.
This post office is a joke. Went in there to get some help after a post man put my packages in the wrong mail box, lady behind the desk tells me there is nothing they can do for me and I would have to speak to a supervisor. Guess what? When I asked where is the supervisor she stated not here?? Then I ask her if she can get in contact with the Currier to see if he can explain why he told me I had a lot of mail but when I checked only 2 pieces of mail were there. Tracking number says out for delivery so I know he put it in the wrong box. Will never see my expensive items bought from Ebay because of his mistake. Top it all of Paypal wont reimburse me because it says delivered. Why the lady behind the desk did not even bother to ask me for a tracking number or what my street address was so she could look up the Currier name and try to give him a call. Worst post office ever. Made a complaint to the toll free number now to postal inspector will handle it. Its no wonder USPS is tanking and becoming a thing of the past... Oh and they never answer the phone too. Seen that response here from 4 years ago same thing not answering the phone.
BEWARE! In this USPS office they are some thieves, it is a group that steals packages, and you need to make a police report to STOP these dishonest USPS employees, they only scan the packages as: "your item was delivered in or at your mailbox "time and date" BUT when you open the PO BOX you find nothing. The Hispanic community is the target and the most affected. BEWARE! Never leave packages with prepaid postage in this office without having been scanned or received at the counter, employees in this post office have a history of "missing" or stolen packages. Many parcels that are not scanned at the counter never reach the regional distribution centers because in this post office there is a suspicious activity. If you have lost packages or the tracking number of your parcel never was updated it is necessary you report it to HPD to stop the actions of those dishonest USPS employees overall the actions of those ones that are "missing or stolen" parcels from the blue collection box located at the USPS parking lot.
This is most horrible customer service in Houston USPS . Not only our mail constantly lost or delayed , but they treat people like we are charity chasers . Very condescending, rude and unprofessional. There is one person there (gray hair lady in her 50th , I think her name Sydney) she is so rude I usual let people to go in front of me in line not to deal with her . Today she was the only one there, and sure enough she manage to humiliate me again . All I asked was an acceptance scan for prepaid mail !!! Apparently I was in the wrong place ,"you need to go to the window , not counter " and a lot of eyes rolling and ect ... In every other post office you can get your mail scan at the counter , this is what they are for, plus only yesterday I got my mail scan at the counter with no problems at the same place .... I complained to the manager few times, no use , he is as rude as she is ...
The employees are very rude. Don’t bring your children here because they have no patience at all. They took both photos wrong and now I have to do it again. The gentleman that worked there could’ve retaken the photos to make sure they were good. He was like the photo is okay and sent in the application. Even the woman that works there was rude to everyone trying to get their passport photo taken. She even took the photos wrong. She was totally not in the mood. And didn’t want to retake it. So the gentleman had to do it. Not only that but the same gentleman had me translate to a lady because she was asking for some information and he didn’t want to help her. He was frustrated too. He was saying ask her (which is me ) she knows Spanish she can tell what you need to do. Now I don’t mind helping, but the way he said it was totally rude. I give this place 0 stars.
I go to this post office all the time more than once my letters have been returned to me. I took my time to Walk into the post office because I knew that my letter might not have enough for postage so I walked up to the clerk she was of Middle Eastern dissent. And I ask her can you make sure that my letter has enough for postage because I don’t want it to be returned to me it’s very important I need to make a payment she weighs it and assures me yes it has enough postage she stamps it and she drops it with the other mail. Two days later I receive my letter back at my home with the giant sticker across saying not enough postage I am beyond done with that post office warning if you want your mail delivered and it’s important go to FedEx go to UPS !
I have had bad experiences with this USPS I called a week ahead and filled out a form on line to have my mail held they told me it would be both day I spoke with them. I told them it was very important I was out of town and had packages coming in that week. they still send my packages to an address where I told them I woud not be on top of that while on the phone with them they were asking me personal question like why I needed it held. I asked if they could pick up the packages they mistakenly delivered and they said no. I felt they where being very unprofessional and laughing while I m on the phone trying to handle business with them, I would not recommend this facility and think they need to hire more qualified staff.
Service: faster than usual for a USPS location. I walked in to drop off a package @ 4 pm. I dropped off a package and was on my way in less than 5 minutes. In and out in less than 5 minutes is quite exceptional for a USPS location. (5 out of 5 stars) Customer Service: the postal worker was very nice and was very fast. I was in a hurry and forget to ask for a prepaid postage drop off receipt. She offered it. To me this is exceptional when compared to a USPS location. (4.5 out of 5 stars) Ease of access: the parking lot is somewhat complicated and difficult to go through. There's also sketchy people in the parking lot sometimes. ( 3 out of 5 stars).
This Postal Service sucks. I was suppose to receive my paycheck since last week at my place of business, and here it is mid-week into the second-and I still haven't received my mail addressed to me. No-one answers the office when I call. This has become an ongoing problem for the past 6 months. Now I will have to forward all my mail to a different address, and setup my paycheck on Direct Deposit to ensure that I'm getting my mail and money on-time. I see why postal services are going out-of-business. I really hope the managers and carriers improve how they do business soon. I will not trust using services at this location ever again!!!
Location closest to work, it does the job. I prefer the USPS locations with self-service kiosks in case I can't get around to one during normal business hours. This one has a kiosk. Ran out today (6/29/17) and it wasn't busy at all, and I had to actually talk to a rep at the counter too. No line. This location is clean as well, no half used boxes all over the place, packing materials left everywhere or trash overflowing like I've encountered at other locations - this one is great! Just no packing tape. So if you happen to need a Priority box, you'll have to bring your own, or get there when the supplies counter is open to buy some.
Actually more like NO STARS. First off, the guy that was attending to us left to help someone else while we didn't understand what he was saying then came back to us once he helped them. Then they gave us the wrong mail keys and when I went to return them for the correct keys they told me I have to wait until Monday for the guy to change the lock. I DONT need my lock changed. I paid the 25$ i expect to have my mail key. Point. Blank. Period. I don't understand why it was so hard for them to understand. They were rude, unattentive and very unorganized. I suggest you go to a different postal office if you expect good service.
I’m not sure who the hiring manager is for this staff but this place is rated below zero! If you don’t like your job then quit or retire! Stop making it hard for paying customers to handle business by your crappy attitude Cindy! I’m not sure what this ladies attitude was about but I simply asked her a question about purchasing stamps and she looked at me as if I was asking her to endorse her life savings over! And as a customer I should not hear her discussing another coworker! Not professional. I get more professionalism from the greeters and Walmart! I will take my business elsewhere
Worse people there, I got my package delivery “today “ according to them and to the tracking number but never received anything. I went to this location on Long Point to talk to a person from the post office but instead her argument was that there’s always new people delivering the mail and therefore this happens all the time. I was surprise that in other words it’s ok for them to put our mail in somebody else due to new people. She was very rude, unhelpful and didn’t care at all. This is not the first time that this mistakes happen to me with USPS, worse delivery option.
DONT GO HERE TO RENEW PASSPORT. I went to renew my passport and got there at 3:30, went in, got in line and waited only for the old asian guy to tell me that In order to renew my passport I needed to make an appointment. I said what? Appointment. I know for a fact that you dont need an appointment you know why? At the emnora post office they took me in without all that bs. At emnora all you have to do is fill out the application, take the picture, turn in passport and pay, that's it. Heres a big FU for you old folk at long point post office. Lazy people
Over a course of a month, I had called three times about a package that was supposedly delivered. Each time I was told "the package should have been delivered, we will double check and call you back" and every time I received no follow up call. After a month of calling, they finally told me "sorry, it has been over a month and the number is no longer in our system, we cannot do anything for you" even though I was the one who kept contacting them and no one called with a status update like they promised. My package is still missing.
We went in there for our passport appoint and we were twenty five minutes early we had to fill out an application and wait when the manager comes out yelling at the employees to stop talking and get to work and he threatened to cancell our appointment the people behind the desk were very nice and pleasant I felt welcome by them but NOT by the manager and I know it was the manager because his picture was on the wall saying he was the manager I did not have good customer service by the manager but by the employees
Mailed a flat rate envelope since the 23 of October, tracking number said they left a notice on the 26th, today is the 9 of November, they never left a notice.my relative said they gone 5 times to try and pick it up.... they can't find it.... worst postal service no wonder they're losing business now my personal information is somewhere on I don't know who's hands. I call they're local post office to speak to a post master!!! denied to do it... #postmasterdoyourjob usps.... get your $)$# together..
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The older lady(gray hair) behind the desk is VERY RUDE!! She screams at the customers if they don't speak well english and it's so unprofessional, everyone in line always stares at her and her customers even her co-workers just on the way she speaks to them. If you drop a pen god forbid everyone just stares at you as if you have dropped a ruby. Every time I go here I always pray to get another person besides her. It's seriously that bad.
i have been having a problem with this location on getting my packages delver i have had to leave work to go talk to a Supervisor about my package I was told that it could not be delivered BC the post lady couldn't walk up one flight of stairs that's her job to delver the mail and packages SO HERE I AM DEALING WITH THE SAME SITUATION ON A DIFFERENT PACKAGE { Mind you the first package problem was about 2 mos. ago } there is a problem here !!!!!!! :{
horrible service went there to get me and my sons passport and they told me the camera didnt work. I had to go to walgreens and yet when i came back they were taking someones passport photo then i had to translate for a man because they didnt understand them. To top it off the man was screaming at them as if they were slow nobody deserves to be treated that way because they dont understand a language horrible service.
I wish there is something below one star or below zero, and I wish someone who in charge can see this review, simply they don’t care about their customers and they don’t respect other people time specially when it’s come to ring the bell, hope the US Post Office which I completely respect gives some training for how to deal with people in a professional way. But again it just a review in Google who’s gonna care!!?.
The staff who was helping me was extreme rude. She screamed at my face while I was trying to show her the shipping rate I found through my phone. She acted like she doesn't understand me. And when I walked away to check the shipping box, she went on helping the next customer and she was whispering with her. So I guess, she doesn't have hearing Problem. Why the post office service has to be so aweful!??
Terrible. I do not receive mail half of the time from the courier who sits outside on the phone until the office is closed. The courier delivers mail to the wrong suites every day and we have to go around sorting it out. Tried to complain to the manager but you cannot actually ever speak to one...Even when they request you to call back at a specific time, I have done so and been unable to.
The staff members at this location are extremely helpful and kind. I had to send a time sensitive document on a Friday and pulled in as they were closing up around 5 pm...... however Denese let me in and quickly processed my shipping information even though I showed up last minute. I am very grateful for the staff that are dedicated to their work at this location. Im a happy customer.
This is pertaining to the mail delivery to my residence that picks up from 77055. We used to have great mail persons. Now, seems like there is a new one every week. I’m lucky if I get mail three days a week. Especially, any packages that I’m tracking and says “Out for Delivery’. Even small parcels that will fit in the mailbox will be later tagged as ‘Undeliverable’. So frustrating.
OVERCROWDED. Even The self-service line is always long and have to wait 30 mins. They need at least 2 more kiosks! The ladies in front with about 20 envelopes just witching about how they been standing waiting. They won’t let someone behind them quickly mail a single package. How is this US Government owned but an embarrassment in service to the public?? Bad business!
The reason for 1 star is 2 weeks ago we went to drop off fliers for our business and the results were they didn’t do the job and they costed 20 cents per flyer and they gave one person 7 fliers in thier one mailbox and the rest they must’ve thrown away since no one has called from that area and i called to tell them what happened and they didn’t give me back my money
Probably the worst post office in the city. 1 employee working the counter going into the holiday season. Slow service. NO bilingual employees (this area is heavily Hispanic demographic - I am fluent in English so this doesn’t affect me personally - but this consistently makes it so much harder to assist other customers & slows down the line tremendously)
I came here to send off my passport renewal. Their staff was extremely nice and helpful. The attendant was able to catch a zip code error I had made on the form. They are also well supplied for any shipping needs. It was also well staffed and was able to get through the line ridiculously fast. I will definitely come back for any of shipping needs!
Horrible customer service. Employees talk to customers with a bad attitude. They are not friendly, they do not greet you when you walk in. Lazy, I had to point out a customer where the passport forms were at. Is not our fault you have to work on a Saturday! USPS should hire friendlier staff and people that actually say Good morning at least.
Employees pay no attention to customers instructions. I was there to ship a large envelope and specifically said to clerk that u wanted a service with tracking number, but she didn't do it . Now, I have no way to track my delivery, most USPS are very inefficient, careless and inefficient, too bad we have to use their service, we are screwed!
The counter staff at this location are helpful and polite, sometimes under trying circumstances, with a clientele that is very ethnically and culturally diverse. The only problem that I have run into is that lines are frequently very long. I think this location merits expansion, or the opening of an additional, satellite location.
Mailboxes (where I live) we’re broken into. I usually go in the afternoon and I have received good service. The lady in the mail room comes out to see if anyone is just picking up mail. The only problem I have is that I saw employees walking around without a mask. There is a sign at the entrance that masks are required.
I filed a claim for a missing package this morning and not long after, I got a call from Ms Johnson from this office. She kindly gave me the information where the package is actually delivered and why it is delivered the wrong location. Thanks to her, I found the package from our neighbor. Thank you!
My mail carrier is on a regular basic delivering other people mail to my mailbox every day. Mostly a Chinese name. I'm constantly having to bring mail back to return to sender. I'm really trying to see if I'm being targeted with some type of subliminal message. I need this to stop seriously.
Some hag named Cindy keeps yelling at everyone that doesnt immediately know how to fill everything out. Just listened to her have about 0.35 seconds worth of patience with a non English speaker trying to renew her passport. Shame on USPS for allowing someone like this to work the front desk
This is the second time in a week I get a "Sorry we missed you!" notice that they couldn't deliver my package. I made sure to be home all day with the blinds and windows open, and neither time did this mail man come by to drop off my package. I'm tired of this foolisheness. The USPS lies.
Person who works in Customer Pickup is terrible. Takes forever to answer the bell, and talks like she owns the whole business. She refused to give package to someone that ring the bell more than once, and it is really amazing how nobody can do anything about it in the management.
If you have to do anything out of the ordinary talk to Denise. Denise is amazing and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. On the flip side avoid Latoya like the plague. Horrible person. Just straight up rude and ignorant. She doesn't want to help anyone. She should be fired.
If you need to get things done in a efficient way, please come to this location. By far the best USPS facilities I have ever been. Made 3 pm appointment to get my passport done, arrived at 2:45, no need to wait, Cindy took care me right away. Guess what ? 2:55! All done!
The guys closing 1/14/23 were super helpful, fast and were super nice to us. We had a rough morning trying to ship this package and drove all around the place. The ladies at the last location we tried were so rude and didn’t try to help us at all. So Thank you so much!
I gave 2 stars to this location only because of the customer service that I received from this girl today her name is Ebony. She was very rude and had a very bad attitude besides yelling to every customer that she could. She has no manners and lack of professionalism.
The staff at this location are always kind and super helpful, which is a lot more than I can say for a few other locations I've been to. I've since moved away from this location but still take the extra time to drive here because it's always a good experience.
Helpful staff with positive attitude, kind people that are looking to help you. I think the people here make a difference, because in the end, the products are the same everywhere else. I drive an extra couple of miles to come here just for this reason.
Whoever handles my delivery route is lazy, the manager for our property doesn't actually work on the property and the deliverer put my package in the manager's office, I actually did not get my delivery for 4 weeks after it was stated it was delivered.
Dense was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Great job three passports 3 different situations and detailed efforts insuring all the I'd dotted and t's crossed saved us valuable time from having to resubmit after having them returned. Thank you!
I just needed to drop off a package I already had a shipping label for and it was super easy. Right inside the door there’s a pull-down door for packages. Avoided the lines and was on my way. Since I was in a rush, I couldn’t have been happier! …
The Chinese man SONNY at the front desk is very rude and speak in a lousy tone to people he must not work on customer service. The worst service and the worst office in the whole city. Unwillingness to help, bad attitudes. Who do I report this to?
I am so sick of this post office misplacing my mail in packages and other tenants mailboxes. For at least four times my mail was either put in the wrong mailbox, or the key to my package put in someone else’s mailbox. Unfortunately I do not
As soon as we entered this building we heard staff members yelling at customers. We had an appointment at 2:45 and there was a young woman who had an appointment at 2:30. We were asked to wait in a particular area by the entrance and then a
The 2 ladies, one that was handling the main line, the other that was handling the self service on Thursday 4/14/22 at 4:30pm were amazing. The place was packed as it is tax season and they were getting people moving. I just needed postage
The USPS office in my neighborhood is small with limited parking. This USPS office on Long Point is spacious. The building is relatively new. I like the layout of the lobby. The concrete parking lot has plenty of spaces with easy access.
The best post office I’ve been to in Houston. Well staffed, well stocked with flat rate boxes, and the self service machine has only been out of order once in the past 9 years that it’s been my local post office.
Bought a label online and was Instructed to go to store and show QR code to an associate. associate kept claiming that does not work but he eventually tried anyways. Turns out it did work. Horrible service.
worse experience 1st time, very rude Hispanic staff maria. may be racist..i will also try to complain in helpline.. pathetic service.. not working to resolve problem or even not willing to understand
So glad, This is my closest post office . My go to for my online store shipments. All the employees there are fast and helpful and most importantly nice people. Always clean!! Five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had an appointment at 9am and we arrived in time, and they said that the clerk gets here at 9:45 or 10 am. I am like What the heck. My husband has to go to work and it's such an inconvenience.
Not sure why Asian guy is still working there he is not helpful and has horrible attitude try to avoid him if you’re doing something other than sending regular mail. Horrible costumer service
Shout out to Edward, who went to the back to get me 2 boxes for the really awkward things I had to ship. I don't know what I would have done otherwise and I really appreciated his kindness.
I think this location just takes your mail and throws it in a furnace in the back somewhere. Do not take your mail here if you actually want it to arrive at its destination.
Yes I would like to say this Post office really took care of mix up my mail and insured it to be safe due to multiple break ins with the mailboxes. Thank You Guys
Ebony is extremely lacking in customer service and actual training as she doesn't seem to know how to do her job properly and neither does the manager Mr Mitchell
Worse USPS office ever visited. No staff care about the people waiting in line. Waited in line for more than one hour, and finally leaved without been served.
I had the most rudest post office worker today! I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but I will not be using the post office to send my packages again!
Absolutely the worst!!! Completely lost my expensive package and they have no idea where or what happened to it. Do not recommend at all to anyone
Carmel and James don’t know what a photocopy means. Carmel asked “do you have your ID and photo” not birth certificate learn how to do your job!
Yesterday we went to order our passport. The woman helping us was so helpful, positive and warm! So pleased to have such a pleasant experience!
Friendly treatment I recommend that some employees speak Spanish, the offices are located in an area with a large Spanish-speaking population.
The most friendliest customer service I have ever experienced in a post office!!! Went to apply for a passport and was in and out in NO time.
One bad worker to ruin the entire Post Office. The older female employee is just not helpful at all. Do Not get her to help you if possible.
Cleaner and newer than most. Of course, there is always a line and you know what to expect as far as service. Not the employees fault though
Service representatives always are kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Easy in & out even during peak hours. The only USPS location I go to.
I haven't recieve my mail going on 2 weeks by the time i get out of work youll are close i just need my mail i do get important mail....
They lost my packages twice, tracking says delivered in mailbox but nothing was delivered in my mailbox, so frustrated with this office.
Imagine a mailbox that won't open but instead yells at you with an uppity attitude. Drop your packages off literally anywhere else.
Called this location to schedule a passport meeting 50+ times over a 2 day period still no answer! Im fed up, going somewhere else.
Rude ppl especially Pam wanted to get my passport but because she wanted to go home she refuse to do passport my appt was at 3:45
This is probably the best cleanest post office I’ve been to every time I come in I’m greeted Workers here are nice and work fast
The mail carriers are stealing from my family. They are not delivering our packages that are being said to have been delivered.
THEY NEVER NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! THEY JUST ANSWERED FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER! AND AFTER MANY MANY REPEATED CALLS THIS MORNING!
Always rude ..always short on staff ..always ..the Asian man is a nightmare to deal with ..always snapping and screaming
I was greeted by two kind employees who assisted me immediately. I was in and out within five minutes. Highly recommend.
the mail carriers that deliver to me are always great, especially my regular. they also move my packages out quickly
Great staff, clean well stocked. self-service area well stocked. Big car park. A good choice for easy in and out .
Exceptional service for a USPS. Lots of dedicated people hussling in there around 4:30 on this Tuesday afternoon.
I've bee here twice and won't ever come back. The Asian looking man doesn't help at all and he is very rude.
the worst attention that can exist, they do their job poorly and do not leave the correspondence correctly
This post office is filthy dirty in every way. Many other complaints but wouldn’t know where to start.
An African-American guy up front was very rude. He also looked like he didn't want to work there.
This is the best kept secret of USPS. fantastic service and people. Keep up the great work!!
Typical government employees Slow service, bad attitude when customers require forms.
Rude, incompetent staff. Not a surprise but enough so to prompt leaving a review.
The customer service was amazing and she told me ways i could save on shipping!
This is the worst post office in the country. And, their phone number doesn't.
The line moved quickly and the service was excellent! Best post office around.
The day I went to the post office the lady was really great to us in and out.
Best office in spring Branch Area. Compare to the another one in Emnora.
