Participation trophy ... that's what my 1 star is and I'm saddened that I have to give them that because 1 star is too generous. I've been under the "care" of this office for over a year and they have yet to succeed at anything. I've only been out of town twice and I've put my mail on hold both times. Can you guess what happened both times? Well it certainly wasn't put on hold! Even when calling to remind them about the hold, they continued delivering it! **Another issue is that they constantly throw packages at our doorstep no matter how many times we complain. We have a door camera so we can see the lady walk up the stairs and stop before reaching the top to throw packages the remaining distance! ***There is also a constant problem with putting mail in our mailbox. We empty our mailbox often yet there are times when it is crammed with oversized polymailers, making it very difficult to pull them through the mailbox door due to the lip that the door sits in. We also receive cardboard document mailers for business and it should go without saying that these should not be bent. Most of them even have labels saying "Do Not Bend" but they are often rolled up and put in mailbox when they are not thrown at our doorstep. ****Those are all issues of the branch managing your mail and when you complain about it, it's always a carrier's fault because they are new or it's not their normal route but that's not the issue. There is a sever breakdown in the management or training but probably both. ***** Visiting this location isn't much better. They have very sporadic office hours. I stopped going to the office a long time ago and I recommend avoiding any method of utilizing this branch if at all possible.

I got an email on Monday that a package was delivered in or at my mailbox at 6PM. I checked and hadn't received any mail. The next day I called the post office which took about an hour to finally get through to someone. The lady said the mailman most likely dropped it in the wrong mailbox and that he would check in the neighbors mailboxes that day. Nothing. I checked with the neighbors on both sides of me, because we get each other's mail all the time. We always just walk it over to each other...but they hadn't gotten my package. So I called again the next day. Again, it took an hour to get through to someone. This time it was a man and he gave me the exact same story. New mailman, most likely dropped it in the wrong mailbox. He would check. Again nothing. I call again on Thursday, same guy, same wait time, exact same story. This time I asked...ok, if you can't find my package then what? What do we do from here? He said I could file a claim. So Thursday goes by and still no package. So today, Friday, I go online to try to file a claim and it turns out I can't because I didn't have insurance on my $77.00 package. I'm just really disappointed. I'm disappointed in our postal service and also with whichever neighbor was not kind enough to return my package.

This is the most horrible service from a post office ever! They lost two of my packages claiming they were delivered and tracking showing this also but also claiming both packages from different places and different dates did not have the street name on it. Something fishy Is for sure going on here to have both packages one being from Australia and one being from US both from companies I’ve bought from for years and would never leave off the street name. Both packages contained expensive girls clothes and sounds to me like someone wanted to keep it for themselves and marked it delivered and made up a story of no street name. Nothing can be done for me getting my money back or my daughters clothes so angry is an understatement at this point!

I have been using this post office since 2015 and have been consistently impressed. This post office is like one you'd expect in a small town. They know you when you arrive...They take time to be helpful and accurate... They actually act like they care that your mail is handled correctly. They'll suggest how to do things most cost effectively. Their patience with customers is without end. If you are from another country or have difficulty discerning the best services and prices, they will treat you with respect and help you understand what works best for you. This branch should teach classes on customer service. I'm not exaggerating! And our mail carrier.... she exceeds our expectations all the time! We feel really blessed to have her.

Is $50 back but the other part $55 is hopless glad that it was not more this location needs a make over bad

Over the past few months our delivery carrier has not been picking up outgoing mail which is in a box directly above the 4 mail boxes on the wall. I know there is a rule where if there is no mail to be delivered they do not have to pick up outgoing but this has not been the case. The last time my mail sat for 2 days of delivery before I finally took it to another post office. Additionally no one will answer the phone at the local post office and of course going through the nationwide call center is like walking through a maze. And they wonder why more people do business online than through them!!!

Ordered from amazon and it said out for delivery one morning and I was home all day and was confused when I didn't get anything in the mail or have anyone knock on the door. Later that day I check the status only to see that it was delivered and "ready for pickup". I've had usps leave stuff on my door before so there's no reason they didn't get out their stupid car, walk to the door, leave the package there if it didn't fit in the mailbox and walk back to the car. Now I have to track down where my package is because they didn't leave a note that they tried delivering anything

I have 2 packages that were misplaced into another persons maail and smart watch is one of the things in the package i called the manager at this address and all she would do and say was it was probably misplaced and was very very rude, didnt seem to care at all about the fact that her employee messed up. All she said was ita a feudal affence to keep someonw elses mail...no one is gonna care about that. I asked what is going to be done about this she said she had to go and hung up the phone. She was very unprofessional and very rude ab9ut the hole thing.

The USPS driver that delivers to our condo may be thinking about too many other things than actually delivering the mail. When packages say delivered, they are not. Waiting on a package to be delivered today and it says the package was delivered in our mailbox. I go to get it and it's not there. So, he has either placed it in another box or put it in one of the larger boxes but no key was left in our box. If it was placed in somebody else's box, I just the odds are slim I'll actually get it. It's becoming a habit with this post office and this driver.

  • Marc

Terrible customer service. They do not care about you, they never answer the phone, and take their sweet precious time doing everything, and would rather sit and munch on chips and tell you they're 'working on it' while you stand there. This branch claims to "deliver" packages (they just put the orange slip saying you missed it in your mailbox, couldn't be delivered because you need to sign when they made absolutely no attempt to come to the door) - I have a ring camera and they never came to the door once.

37217 GLENGARY EZELL PIKE OFFICE SUCKS!!Mail was wet but had not rained in a week so OBVIOUSLY the carrier spilled his drink on the mail!! I should be on the USPS PAYROLL for all the mail I deliver to my neighbors since their mails in my box and mine in theirs!!! Packages said to be placed on our porch never were delivered....sinceless Horrible delivery in Nashboro Woods golf community!! For what they're paid you would think they could care!!!

Just a shout out to Nate, who so kindly brought my package personally. I have had issues with the regular postal carrier(who is lazy) on several occasions. She says that she has attempted delivery, but this is not the case. I work from home, 5 ft from my front door, and I have a dog that would definitely notify me if anyone knocked. Nate has gone above and beyond his duties and I so appreciate him!!

I have had a case # for almost 2 weeks now on a 'lost package' here. I have not heard from anyone, and the only time I got through they told me 'they didn't want to check on it because they didn't want to confuse the person that helped me before'...which was no one, because no one is doing anything about my lost package. edit: one week later, another lost package. this is getting ridiculous.

I love this post office but recent experience has disappointed me immensely. Live animal package arrived there and had inadvertent wrong phone number. When called, they got disconnected message. Okay. Live animals are going to die anyway if contact isn't made. Postman comes here everyday. Why not try to deliver instead of just letting them die on the back dock. I don't get it.

Avoid Sunday deliveries if you use Amazon Prime.. twice now they have failed to deliver for a service we pay extra for...first time package was placed on wrong truck. This time stating we are a business and we're closed when we are a private residence and we were home all day..just awful and unreliable. Complained to Amazon Prime...will be complaining to them.

  • Melvin Splash

Really?.. Package out for delivery, I'm home all day with my very loud dogs waiting for my package, Status update: notice left... except there was no notice left and my dogs never barked. so without a notice, how am I supposed to receive my package?..P.s the mail DID come that day with the exception of said package and no notice has been found. thanks usps.

  • Corinda Edgen

I received a notice in my box that I had a package. Two days later I went to the Post Office and they could not find my package. A couple of days later I asked my carrier about it and she took my notice with her and said she would find it. Several days later I asked my carrier about it and she informed me they returned it. What the heck

It's Saturday 04/23/22 time is 10:17am and I'm in a long line of people waiting for the post office that is suppose to open at 10am not sure what the hold up is. But just be sure that if you do come to this post office site be prepared to wait pass the posted time they are suppose to open at least 20 to 30mins past 10am on a Saturday

  • Rob Gerling

Needs new management. Incoming packages get lost and say they are delivered. I drop outgoing packages off well before 5pm cutoff and they still sit there till next day without getting scanned. There is also smelly homeless people sleeping in the lobby. I hate to be mean but this is probably the worst post office I have ever had.

  • Dale Parker

Twice in a row now tracking information on my packages has indicated it arrived at and left this post office for delivery, one of those times it said it was delivered and I have yet to receive these packages. Don't use USPS and especially not this branch for anything. Apparently they like to keep peoples parcels for themselves.

  • Jennifer Mkoma

TERRIBBLE! They don't help solve anything. They lie to get you out of the office when there is a problem so they don't have to deal with you. They lost my package and I had to go up there 5 times just for them to say "yeah its lost". they kept running me around with different answers.

  • Jo Mateos

We have communicated with the mailwoman several times that the former tenant doesn’t live at our address anymore and we constantly get her mail. We even left notes on the mail that the former tenant moved and also provided the new apt number where the tenant lives. Very distasteful.

  • Truong Nguyen

At least 2time they put mails of other address in my mailbox and 1 time they put my mail in my neighbor mailbox in October woods Dr. And I lost my important, priority mail which they said with the sender they delivered to me but I didn’t receive, didn’t sign anything.

  • Deborah Kilgore

Nancy was very pleasant and extremely helpful when I called looking for a package that was supposed to have been delivered to my work, but we were already closed for the day. The only reason for 4 starts and not 5 was the wait time for someone to answer the phone.

  • Kris N

I ordered a package and missed the first delivery. So, I scheduled a redelivery for the next day, but they didn't redeliver for another 2 days, so of course iissed that delivery. The man in the office was very rude about this. Awful service

  • Melvin Castro

Haven’t had any issues with sending or receiving packages. Have mailed sensitive documents on express shipping and they always arrive on time and safely. It’s also a plus that it’s a mile down the road so can always stop by quickly

  • Betty Price

Be prepared to step over a homeless person sitting by the front door and walk through his human excrement. The post master’s response to this situation is to spray air freshener and wave her hands.

  • Gina Holt

Just called because mail to our business has not arrived. Very sweet lady explained a carrier was having to do two routes and is calling carrier to be sure our mail is delivered before we close.

  • Lesly Fraley

The work hours are great, but the employees, not so much. The supervisor is extremely rude (especially around close time). If you as for anyone's help or advice, you will get treated poorly.

  • Bethany Soper

Literally never open when they say they will be. I get they’re short staffed but I’ve even gone during their modified hours and still closed. Zero consistency to when they’re open or not.

  • Angela C Eagan

Nicest little post office still open! Employees are the nicest and always willing help. They always do their best to save you time and money when they can. It's a pleasure to go there.

  • Sarah Haas

Very few employees and a long line in late afternoon. To be expected. However a second person did step into the lobby to answer any questions which was very helpful.

  • Liv

Older blonde lady working on February 15 2:50pm felt very lowkey racist and overall high key rude toward a Mexican woman. Left because of her and won’t return.

  • Meebond

"Held at post office at customer request." ... I didn't request it, and they didn't notify me it was being held til after 5PM - Their closing time.
