This location is great and super convenient. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I wish the hours at this location were longer and/or that they would add a package drop off kiosk because I often am not able to go during the short open hours (currently 10 am-1pm). If my package is larger than 4x4 it doesn't fit in the drop chute. I think that would increase the business here as well.

I, like someone else thought this Post Office is closed. I just found out two weeks ago that it is still open. This Post Office has modified hours. It is open Monday - Friday from 10:00am-1:00pm. The postal worker I met was very kind and helpful. It is located on Pierce St. off Grayson. Very convenient for those who live near Government Hill and IH 35 near Ft. Sam.

Wow.. Never had such rude service from as post office. I understand I was the last customer for the day in your slow office..the least the gentleman could do was be polite. Slamming things.. speaking rudely is just not great customer service. Sad

Very short hours like 11-1 Monday through Friday but you won't see a wait. I have never seen more than 1 other customer there when I went. This is always on the list to be shutdown at some point they will close it permanently.

Mailed out 2 large envelopes, ETA was 3 days, 6 days have passed and no delivery. This has happened at "this" post ofc several times in the past. The other p.o. never fail.

I was told my package was there the lady didnt even look up the only thing she did is gave me an address and phone number to call which was a fake it had an error

Worst post office. They don't open at time posted on door. 3rd time been here and office hours posted for Monday is 10am-1pm. It's 1145 and it's closed.

Location is closed until further notice. Sign on door about building maintenance. July 23rd. Post office boxes are still there.

My wife goes mail packages weekly. Service is fast and quick with friendly customer service.
