Worst customer service I've ever had and I've lived in many different cities, including the "rude" ones in NY and NJ. The lady that works there is rude no matter how polite and patient you are, and almost purposefully unhelpful. I understand that the job must be thankless sometimes, but please have some pride in your work.
This post office has lost/ misdelivered 5 packages/ envelopes in under one year..including my tax returns. And everytime they say, were sorry..nothing we can do about it. Did nit even reimburse me when I paid for insurance. Avoid this location and if you live in ST Johns see about having your mail delivered way else.
We don't get our mail regularly we have received bills weeks after they are due and at least once a week they give us our neighbors mail. If we get a package it's not just inside of our storm door it's just left out in the rain and when you try to call to talk to the post master you get hung up on.
Doesn't honor a change of address, sending packages to old addresses and then taking a week to respond! Meanwhile your package is lost and stolen with no compensation from USPS. Also, despite having a local phone number this post office does not answer it.
I was very displeased that the older, bearded postal employee that was loudly voicing his political views to an obviously uncomfortable-but-too-polite-to-say-anything customer. It is extremely unprofessional for a government employee to do this.
USPS is obviously underfunded and consistently understaffed here in St Johns, but after they lost my father's birth certificate which I sent Priority Mail, and witnessing the absolute lack of process and collaboration between St Johns where
I have never in my life encountered such a HORRIBLE post office experience that is ongoing. Recently, I was missing ALL of my weekly magazines, 4 of them are supposed to be delivered on Friday, but for a few years it's hit and miss, maybe I
Post office failed to scan package dropped off at their package chute inside the front door. Package is now lost. I have no record of it going out and USPS online says the tracking number is not valid. If you use Click n Ship, make sure you
This post office is completely useless. 6 times in the last year the carrier has left messages in the mailbox saying that we were not home for a delivery. All 6 times I was seated 3 feet from our door. Not once did he come to the door. They
This post office is the exact reason I don't support tax supported government controlled mail. I run my own business so I need stuff delivered on time. Have had several problems with stuff showing up a week later or not at all. Lately, all
Love my local USPS! I go in often to ship packages and pick up stamps, everyone is always so friendly and helpful - even when the line gets a little long. Had a friend in town that needed to ship a baby shower gift that got left behind and
I love this post office for the simple fact that they care about their customers. I needed a package delivered on a certain day and they were about to close and the drivers were already gone, but the man on the phone (i really wish i could
DO NOT USE THE BLUE MAILBOX BEHIND THE POST OFFICE FOR MAIL DROP OFF! I left a return in the mailbox and it got stolen, I lost $100 on that return. Post office is essentially useless and no help. I called for 45 minutes they don’t answer,
It always takes 45 minutes to go into the post office to mail something because there is 1 person working the counter and 4 others standing around talking. And now I have not had mail service at my house for 2 days. I put 2 letters in the
I dread coming here any time I know I’m going to have to deal with one of the employees. With the exception of the man who’s worked here several years, everyone has been awful and rude. Today (Saturday) I rang the service bell to let them
I visit this post office frequently, and in my experience, the employees are very nice- sometimes it is busy, or understaffed, but no one has ever been rude. On one specific occasion, I was waiting on a delivery that had been lost in the
Jesus Christ, USPS! Somebody needs to change something about these generally unhappy employees! One of their workers is so rude that she told me I could not come in with an international shipment short before they close. This is nit tje
A bunch of fun people to deal with when I have to go into the post office. I do watch customers having tantrums because they can't just have the mail apprear where they want it and have to pay for 2 day delivery and get mad that up to
Interesting... the reviews for this post office range from 1 star to 5 stars. I have been here several times and can agree with both divergent reviews. As with all post offices, it depends on the time of day you get there and their
I sent out 4 different envelopes on a Monday morning August 22nd. One of the envelopes was sent certified and that is the only one I know of so far that has reached its destination. It is now September 7th and one of them I sent to
Another "lost" package. This is the 6th package St John's USPS has lost in the last 6 months. They claim they have delivered my packages to another customer and just hoping that the other customer will return them. Their internal
If the DMV is your type of place, then St. Johns USPS is the store for you. Horrible customer service & they never answer their phone. It's worth the gas & drive time to go to the Kenton Post Office. REally.
Even when busy, this post office offers friendly and quick services. I’ve witnessed impatient and rude customers occasionally at this branch, but the staff is always patient and professional.
Carrier leaves packages in plain sight by a busy road. Last package was stolen with in two hours and cost me $200. This is a continuing problem. Also carrier is leaving mail in wrong boxes.
I find this location to be pretty straight forward, and as for my mail carrier- he seems to be consistent and considerate to hiding packages or leaving them with a known trusted neighbor..
Packages tend to come late. I'm still waiting on a package that's a week late. They won't email me back and definitely won't pick up the phone, I've tried many times. No reliable
This post office has been on a steady decline for awhile. Lobby rarely open when it's supposed to. Packages rarely scanned in. Pandemic no longer an excuse IMO.
The staff here went above and beyond to help me fix an error on a package the other day. And they did it patiently and enthusiastically. So grateful!
Great customer service. Mail carriers at times will leave mail in old mailboxes instead of new mailbox stand, but could be new carrier. Otherwise
Lines don't take as long as you'd expect, and the staff are amazing. I've never had one issue in many years of going. Thanks postal workers!
By far the most helpful usps post office I have been to yet. Many thanks to Daniel who accepted my package although I was late by a minute.
I use this post-office often and have never had any issues. The lines seldom take long, and the staff are efficient and friendly.
My favorite post office! Sometimes there’s a little bit of a line, but the postal workers there are great and knowledgable!
True the people who work inside this location are great, that cannot be said for the people who deliver to Sauvie Island!
It took a little while to find my item and I am extremely impressed with their thorough safety check for potential fraud.
The employees of the St Johns USPS are amazing! I get amazing customer service everytime I walk in there.
Update holiday hours on the website. It claimed being open new years day, absolutely wasn't.
I love my St John’s USPS! Patience and timing is necessary in any post office.
I like this post office. The people working here are friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff and quick service.
