"Always friendly and helpful"
"I almost got played"
"This place doesn't even print shipping labels for you"
"This is a decent USPS location! The staff here are nice and the service is relatively efficient"
"I've been out of town for 3 weeks"
Always friendly and helpful. I recently accidentally mailed over a dozen letters without stamps (outside in the blue box), and I'll have to remember the employee's name next time, because she came out and opened the box for me to get them out, so I didn't have to wait for them to be sent back to the return address. So nice!
I almost got played. All I wanted to send out was a 3 stickers, yet they made me purchase a bubble package envelope instead of the normal letter envelope, I didn’t need that. They made me upgrade to the $2 envelope for no reason. Fine, the total came out to over $9 from there … No. No.. Absolutely not. I walked right out.
This place doesn't even print shipping labels for you. I waited in line for 20 minutes just to get told that they don't print labels. How does a place that ships mail not have the ability to print shipping labels?? On top of that they never have more than 1 person at the desk which makes service take forever.
This is a decent USPS location! The staff here are nice and the service is relatively efficient. I used this location quite frequently while living in Tampa, would recommend. However, prepare to wait if there's a line, service can be a bit slow at times (which is why I'm rating 4/5 stars).
I've been out of town for 3 weeks. Came to get in my PO Box & its now closed at 9am on a Sunday for safety. This location pitched a big fit about me having a "Permanent addres in Tampa" to rent a box, now they can't even keep the doors open so I can pick up my taxes.
This location must be the armpit of the postal service. The lobby is kept locked denying access to inside boxes well into the morning. Parking lot is small, spaces not mark, filthy and customer service isn't friendly. This place deserves less than a 1 Star rating.
Colored woman greying hair unless needs to retire. Twice I've had to go around her to get my packages sent to Germany. Box size of ur hand with bit of candy 4 wife and she couldn't even get that right. Called 17 times at 1030 weekday to get info never an answer.
Small parking lot available, staff were friendly and very fast. I bought a shipping label, filled it out and mailed my Christmas package and was in and out within 5-10 minutes. Convenient location for me living downtown. Will return for future shipping needs!
After doing business with this location for many years now, spending over $10,000 a year for postage. I was refused service with a horrible attitude due to the volume of packages that I ship on a daily basis. I DO NOT recommend this location!
Laura was the most helpful Post Office employee I have ever come across in my life. Absolutely amazing! I went in to renew a bulk mail permit, but wasn't sure of the type. To ensure we didn't make an error on the renewal she called another
If you don’t like your job find another one love. So I came to return a package and immediately the employee told me my return slip was too small and it wouldn’t scan (I’ve don’t this before it’s not). He then proceeded to say “see” (as if
Trying to track a package and can't get anyone to help. They gave me a number to that doesn't do anything but beep. Tried calling this number and no one answers. Tried calling the other Gov't supported USPS offices and no one answers. Are
Scam artists, charged $30 to ship a package and said it would be there on the 28th, didn't show up so had to pay $30 more to intercept which they never did even though they had no problem taking the money. Then attempted to redirect since
Post office never fails to deliver.....always find lazy, unhelpful, useless employees collecting a check. God forbid an employee helps out a paying customer. Is it that much to ask for a piece of tape to attach a shipping label. Are you
The employees at the desk here are the rudest, most unhelpful people I have ever encountered. As a regular customer here, they have always been unfriendly, and unwilling to do their jobs professionally. I’ve been asked to wait several
USPS has horrible customer service. Don't ever try calling them. I can not easily get out and to reach someone is near impossible. They are behind the times. No wonder they are going out of business. I would pay more for FedEX or UPS
I have been calling for 3 days now..no answer. Reading the reviews I can see that I am not the only one that has had issue with this. There no interested in providing good customer services. Really wish Amazon would use someone else.
Very unprofessional staff! Every single employee that works on this location is very rude, starting with the lead/supervisor(I believe her name is Steffanie). I have watched them screaming at customers, lost packages(according to my
Laura is GREAT! She is always smiling and happy. She doesn't hesitate to help out customers and isn't snarky or rude. The other postal workers are nice too. I've never had a complaint about any of them, but Laura is #1.
I've been here twice during the weekdays. Yesterday the worker showed me that it cost less to ship priority flat rate than to buy a box and ship ground. Saved me $10 thanks
Best customer service at the post office that I have ever had. Allways great service, very helpful. I go to this location at least one a week. Have never had poor service.
They had good service, until they lost my package. Then told me to go to the Main office, and they couldn't find it either. Didnt even receive my $50 insurance money back!
Orel and Erick are always pleasant, personable and professional and very apologetic on the rare occasion that there is a wait. Parking is limited during busy times.
Stephanie at the counter was perhaps the nicest and best employee I have ever encountered at the Post Office, let alone any government office. So great and caring!
Never use usps, no one send my mail , it has stayed in the post office more than half month, no one answer the phone! So terrible! Why can't we give a zero star?
Limited parking, but the service was quite nice. The employees there have always been friendly to me and the limited edition stamp selection was whimsical!
Staff is always friendly and service is always great.. Well trained staff and above all friendly... My packages are never damaged and well taken care of
I never leave reviews I need high management to recognize they have some really great employee's at this branch.
Keenia is great! Super cool, down to earth, and extremely courteous and professional!
