Today I when to this post office and a lady very agressive, lazy and unprofessional refused to process y shipment in her regular work schedule because I told her that she needs to be profesional with customers. Please avoid this person and this post office...That is why it clearly has the worse reviews.

This post office just got a pair of new employees and they are the rudest, most unhelpful staff I have ever met. They created this new rule regarding IDs that has never been implemented before and when I asked for an explanation, they simply say “it doesn’t matter. next”. Simply inexusable behavior.
