"They need a whole new system it shouldn't be that many ppl waiting for packages they need to leave the packages for the truck to deliver instead of the walking carrier they only put that stupid notice in the box why let them carry them if they aren't able to deliver them properly just always annoyed as specially this time of year"
"Needlessly to say this is a very important post office for the community and I hope they get enough resources to keep it open"

"This place is so unprofessional, they’re so rude, it’s so dirty"
I been going to this particular Post Office now over 15 years and I must honestly say this is the worst ever. I had a Severe Stroke over Thirteen years now, I’ve been to multiple Post Offices and this is brutal kind of treatment ever. The Post Master, The Manager, The Post Delivery for pickup and Service employees are all terrible.
They need a whole new system it shouldn't be that many ppl waiting for packages they need to leave the packages for the truck to deliver instead of the walking carrier they only put that stupid notice in the box why let them carry them if they aren't able to deliver them properly just always annoyed as specially this time of year
Needlessly to say this is a very important post office for the community and I hope they get enough resources to keep it open. They were doing a decent job most of the time I needed to use their service. However, it shocked and disheartened me a little this Saturday when I found myself met a closed door during the open hours.
This branch needs to be shutdown. I've had nearly $500 worth of packages going missing. When I made a report the report was denied literally minutes after filling it online. Post master general doesn't even help with this post office. It got so bad I had to start using a friend's address that lives in a different postal area.
This place is so unprofessional, they’re so rude, it’s so dirty. Theirs a full line and only one person at the register while people in the back sitting down and doing nothing. The workers always look angry like they hate their job, the place is just so dirty and unprofessional and they don’t care for their customers at all.
They don't even carry change for $10. And won't stop putting a person's mail in my box after I told them I moved in after they already left. Why would they put my important mail in someone else's box even though it had my apartment number on it? They should go back to school …
Call the central office 1-800-ASK-USPS to file a formal complaint. You can get a call back if the wait is long. I came in to get help with my mail (the SECOND time because the first time they told me to just come back), one employee yelling
Ive lived in brooklyn a while and the only thing actually annoying in this neighborhood is the post office…. They are never stocked, awful to talk to, very disorganized and very clearly don’t care and that’s okay with management. I’ve lived
I was really nervous to come in and pick up a package after reading these reviews, fearing that my package was gone forever, but when I came in I was helped right away and they found my package within a few minutes. Still don't know why it
I have an appointment today at this location for a passport for my son. I was there till 9:45 am. As soon as I was there they do have a fire drill so everybody have to go outside to wait. My appointment was from 10:00 am to 10:15 am for my
What is the meaning of appointment? Wait for a hour for passport and no one help. I think their strategy is wore out you patient and you leave. So they can do nothing and talk. I have to reschedule.I am not sure what can we do with review.
Once again I am going against the grain and giving a good review for a USPS. Are the facilities out of date at this location? Yes. (For instance, they have no self-service machine.) But are the people behind the windows working hard, doing
This by far is the worst post office In Brooklyn.Several packages has gone missing, take the time to go to the post office. They are very rude, the managers are no better than the regular employees. They act like they’re from the streets.
Worst post office you can go to in the USA. I been trying to get an appointment for my children passport renewal a for 30 days when I finally got an appointment, kids skipped school because appointment that was available at 10:15am, I had
Zero stars. We had an appointment for passport services and the woman behind the counter screamed at my husband for asking politely about passport appointments. The family in front of us had been waiting for an hour, as their appointment
There should be a "0" Star option. Employees only rush towards the end of the day when its time to go home. Everyone has an attitude as if the customer is always wrong. Lack of professionalism when handling packages i mean just because a
Unbelievable, it's a place of horror and I live in the neighborhood. Very rude and unprofessional people there. I went there to retrieve my package and was told it's on the truck with the courier. I asked for the manager. She went to the
The worst post office. The clerks are rude, every time I go they give me attitude, grown women sucking their teeth like their five-year-olds. If you don’t wanna work, then why are you there last time I was there the girl was upset that I
Please management’s improve this Postal Service it’s very important for the community to have everyone in the same page. There is lack of communication, customer rudeness, miss handling packages. Either retrain your staff or hire workers
It wasn’t that bad, all these other reviews had me a little scared about how the experience would go. As long as you have your passport stuff ready they’re relatively nice about it. I was even 5 mins late cause of a train delay and they
I don’t know which is worse , the customer service or the fact I walked inside and they were twerking they flat behinds & blastingggg jamaican music. I put in a hood request for the month of September. Ofc they didn’t “see” my hood mail
RE: US Post Office-Metropolitan Station, originally known as Station "A," is a historic post office building located at Williamsburg in Brooklyn, New York, United States. Of all the Post Offices that I have visited, this has always been
What is going on here?? Myself and another person were waiting in line because we failed to have packages delivered. She told us to wait outside in the cold and that someone would come out to help us. We waited 20 minutes, went back in
Completely dysfunctional over here. Something has to change. I’ve spent hours trying to track down packages that were never delivered, waiting outside in the heat, the rain, the snow. How do you expect all these elderly people to wait
Yes.I mailed an important certified letter, and it was not delivered properly. I paid for a return receipt and never received it back. A case was established regarding the certified letter. After the case was closed a refund was to be
I am not sure what is going on with this post office, but they always seem to state that your package was delivered and you get nothing, the workers are super rude and ratchet, they give you attitude when you ask certain questions. I
My experience couldn't be worst with this place. It left me more frustrated than the wait over the 2 weeks with saying "that means your package can be delivered anytime now". The girl didn't even listen my problem with redelivery and
I sent a package to Brooklyn and I believe a driver for this location stole it! When I checked the tracking online it said was a failed delivery and notice was left that they couldn't leave it because the location was unsecure when I
Diana was great and made my passport renewal experience quick and easy. I came early for my appt and it was slow, so I was taken right then. Even let me leave and pull out cash mid-transaction because I came unprepared. …
Hell gets their tips on torture from this place. Staff is rude, the place is filthy, and the speaker produces a loud buzzing sound that could probably be easily fixed, but they'd prefer to leave everyone in the lobby unnerved.
I still don't get why this place is still open. They need to close down, set newer and better employees in this post office. Even the mailman comes around late! I had to wait for my mail around 9 p.m. This place is chaos...
This is unacceptable. The mailman/lady just shoves the mail in the box without care and damaged an expensive card. (Treat all mail as if you are dealing with sensitive items such as this.)
the supervisor their is rude!! terrible service. i have waited over an hour and the didn't want to release my package. for nothing!! they have one male worker that is great.
Awful! First of all they only have one sign and the line is huge. You make the line and suddenly you realize you won't be seen after over an hour waiting. The sign
This has to be the worst run post office in the country. So disorganized and slow. Also, had a package sent here from another usps, and it went missing here.
The people who work here are miserable, hate their lives, and will take it out on you. Save the trouble and go to a different location.
Worst post office in the country. Tracking for a package was “out for delivery” for two weeks, then inexplicably returned to sender.
The staff are helpful. This location sometimes closes early, so plan your visits well before the end of their business hours.
It still has long lines. Long wait times. Service remains being slow here for years
I get it’s a post office but this one might be the worse I’ve ever been to
