This place was great! Me and my mom went here to get our passports for the first time for a cruise we're going to be going on soon, and even though they had us wait 30 to 40 minutes for our passport appointment when we scheduled 2:30 and they pushed it back to 3:10, the service was still very good. Instructions when going: if you are coming to this post office for a passport, it's best to set your appointment up online to have your appointment already ready and in the system. Go through the main entrance doors in the front, stand in line, and when you are at the countertop, say we're here for our passport appointment. Make sure to have your documentation and paperwork ready to give to them including your ID, and this is when you pay. Then it'll be time for your pictures. They will either be ready for you or you'll have to wait some time. Then you'll be escorted into a room on the right for the pictures to be taken of you. And that's that. Everything went smooth. So definitely come here for passports if you're looking to Ps - The pictures I posted with this message uploaded backwards/out of order, so start at the bottom all the way down to number 32 which is the beginning and scroll up to the end. Ps if you have AAA+ aka Triple A+ , you can get your passports for free. Look up at DoNotPay. com "How much does AAA charge for passport photos?" It's listed there <3
Having just had a horrible experience at the Union City Post office where they almost refused to take my 250 PREPAID shipments because I brought the last load in at 4:59 (please note, we had people working their BUTTS off all day to try to get these done in time to get them to the post office...!)...! And last night was the ABSOLUTE OPPOSITE...! Michelle at the Hapeville/Crown Rd Hapeville was absolutely exceptional...!!! Once again I brought several (about 50) packages - but this time NOT 'prepaid' - so she had to enter EVERY SINGLE ONE into her system! There was a long line so she asked me a couple times could she work a few others through before completing mine (to which I was happy she did - standing in that line can be frustrating, especially when ONE PERSON is taking so much of their time). And, at the same time, one of the terminals froze up - making the line even slower... and she was MULTI-TASKING like I've never seen anyone as she was answering other employees questions about unique issues (she was obviously the 'go to' person for anything out of the ordinary). And... thru all of this, she had an exceptional - can do - upbeat attitude...! I was SO impressed! USPS needs to get this lady to do their training...!
The crown road post office is the worst and slowest post office in the state of ga. The rudest and laziest employees in the postal system. Why do the government higher these stupid people when there are so many unemployed people willing and want to come to work with a pleasant attitude. If this is the country's best we are all in trouble. THE CASHIER WAS NAME ROBERT MCKENZIE HE WAS SO SORRY I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. SO WHEN DID THE CASHIERS START HAND WEIGHTING THE MAIL, AND THE SCALE SITS IN FRONT OF THEM. THERE WAS ONLY THREE CASHIERS AND THE LUNE WAS OUT THE DOOR. THIS TAX TIME COMES ONCE A YEAR AND YET THE MAIN POST OFFICE COULD NOT ACCOMMODATE OR PREPARE ADEQUATELY. THIS IS THE REASON NOBODY USES THE POSTAL SERVICE ANYMORE. IT IS TRULY TIME TO BOYCOTT THE POSTAL SYSTEM. EVERYONE SHOULD START USING EMAILS AND UPS AND CUT OUT THE GOVERNMENT POSTAL SERVICE. IT IS THE MOST DIRTIEST BUSINESS IN THE COUNTRY. THE SERVICE IS NOT FREE AND WE ARE PAYING FOR THIS POOR SERVICE. BOYCOTT BOYCOTT BOYCOTT.
Please hire people that can provide at least decent customer service. Fredico Thompson (clerk 40) has horrible customer service. I wanted to take a picture of the address I wrote on my package, because the address isn't reflected on the receipt and I have had to show proof that I wrote the correct address with a previous package. When I asked for my package back to take a picture of what I wrote. He stated that I couldn't get back and it's illegal to take pictures in the postal office. I told him that this has never been an issue for me at other postal office, but he didn't care. So I said, I would step outside to take the picture so there's no issue, he said the package is his possession now. So I asked for a refund and he refuse to give me a refund and my package. I asked for a manager (not sure this would have helped anyway) he refused to get them. I'm not sure why people at the postal office are so RUDE and UNHAPPY. Please find better workers that would appreciate having a job.
This place has gone from awful to worst. The only good thing I can say is there were 3 people working behind the counter. In trying to be diplomatic, they were useless and rude at best. I had 2 prepaid packages that needed to be boxed. I waited in line to get the correct boxes for Priority, because the box size i needed was not available, afterwards I took the boxes back to the person who helped because they said to return to them. Once he saw the prepaid label he said I had to use the kiosk for a receipt. I went to kiosk to get receipt and the bin to put boxes in was full. I went back inside... he still refused to take boxes, yelling to put them in A, B, or C. There's nothing with those labels on them, so i just threw the boxes over a counter. I will not be back and I will remove my PO Box from this site. If I have to do all the work and figure out on my own what should be done, then I should be paid after each visit. Again, worst service and attitude ever!!!
Yesterday, I needed patience and guidance on the options for sending my package. I received that and more! I have received good service before from other agents at this location, but Angela, the Manager or Lead Agent who has everything necessary to be a great Manager, assisted me. Her professionalism, care, kindness and goal to achieve excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. Her knowledge of products, policy and ability to articulate was perfect! Our "Thanks" to you Ms. Angela and kudos to you for your efforts in giving everyone the best service ever! We're Hoping that you receive great rewards for all that you do!!! Our brief encounter with you makes our drive to your office worth every mile. We will want to follow you, as you lead in other offices, because we can trust correct information will be given and the best customer will be the goals for your office. You're The BEST and THE BEST to You always! Thanks again. Sincerely, Mrs. Southern
I drove in traffic a full hour to get here today (Sunday 8/21/22). The foyer is open if you want to scan a prepaid label or drop a letter in the mailbox or check your PO Box. Everything else is closed! The main area is locked, lights shut off. It’s myself and 4 other customers here trying to figure out since when did this post office location close on Sundays? And why are the hours not updated online on the USPS website nor Google? Why is a sign not taped to the door indicating the lobby being closed and why? I scanned a prepaid package label in, but couldn’t even put it in the big drop box because it is beyond full. Looking thru the cracks I could see the bin overflowing with packages, you can even hear them crinkling as the drop bin lever won’t even turn all the way. This is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional! And of course you can’t call the 1-800-ASK-USPS number to speak to a live person to ask anything.
They've called me to reschedule my appointment from the week prior to 26th to the 26th to complete my passport application bc they were short staffed. Comes in for appointment, the office is CLOSED. The rep who contacted me I called them and they advised they would be open on Jan 2 and someone will be on site. Here on site and the gate is CLOSED nor is the rep answering her phone. Sad this is the treatment you get. I don't have time to keep coming back and fourth when I scheduled an appointment bc your short staffed or you want to enjoyed the holiday . Mind you I confirmed if they would be open, I was told YES. A gentleman advise a car was in the parking lot. But NO ONE is working.. Update: Called again the rep answers her phone. Now has an attitude with me when she's the one who kept rescheduling my appointment. Just horrible. Now they open at noon. Told her I'll be here. Smh always in our communities.
This location is well-run and is easily accessible from a main-artery of our ATL Metro interstate network. Just don’t miss the exit! My son runs an online business and often uses this location. He gives the kiosk services a solid for time savings and efficiency. Employees are well informed and pleasant. I made an appointment for my initial passport, as directed on-line. I arrived early and as there were few people in the lobby when I went up to buy the required money order for the $110 processing fee, the clerk processed me on the spot! What a pleasant surprise! Of course, I had everything necessary, ready and in hand. And I was told my passport would arrive in 3-4 weeks, not 6. This was early May, a very busy travel time of year, so imagine how delighted I was when it turned out to be true!
Understaffed counter, long lines, poorly stocked Priority Mail and Express supplies and labels makes this a real joy. At least this place has two self service kiosks. Have vast patience when working the new kiosks. The touchscreen is temperamental and has serious usability issues in that it is not intuitive to use. They don't even attempt to follow smartphone concepts in managing user input to create the mailing label for the package. The old kiosks were easier to use. BTW, the cutoff time to send out a PM or Express package is 8:15pm. It will then go to another facility nearby where it will sit for 36 hours before being rushed out. You really need to accumulate your own stock of favorite PM envelopes and labels so you'll have your package ready to go before you get to the PO.
I called this location via the number listed on the usps website and asked for a specific department the lady rudely told me this was passport she doesn't know that departments number then hung up on me. I was in total shock I called back and told her that she just hung up on me but could I please have the number to the actual Postal Service she said she didn't hang up on me I said well not to argue can I please have the number for the Postal Service she hung up on me again! I'm now looking into escalating my complaint because that was totally uncalled for especially being that you decided to apply to this job in a customer service field yet not provide it. I'm truly disgusted.
I use the kiosk, and don't wait in line for an attendant. If I had to wait in the line for 30+ minutes as other customers grumpily describe, I would not give the location 5 stars. The kiosk at this airport post office is really convenient for getting my envelopes and packages shipped quickly with correct postage, and mail seems to consistently arrive at the destination faster than regular mail. The security guard told me the last pick up is between 7 and 8pm. I do wish the location was better staffed. I can't for example get a p.o. box if I want one because I don't have time to wait in the line. Please properly staff this busy post office with enough workers.
If there were 10 stars, I'd rate it this. From what I'm reading on other reviews, it looks like the manager, Angela, was so kind and helpful with what we needed. We were already in distress as a few things weren't going as we had planned, but she was our angel today. She was very professional in giving us instructions and the process we'd have to go through in order to get what we needed. I know she went above and beyond in order to help us as she even took my phone number to let me know when they'd be able to start our process. Her random act of kindness really touched me and those who were with me! We're so grateful to her and cannot thank her enough!
I see a lot of comments about bad employees. Honestly it’s not the employee. Even tho the pay is great. The supervisor at this location there employees horrible. They over worked. On the 1st day of work the manager process to tell the new hire they can work without pay or come back when they have there employee ID to get pay. Most jobs have this available on your first day of work. Employee work full shift (10-12hours) without a break. They will still take it out your check. 6days a week. There’s nothing you can do about this because the supervisor put in your time until you get your employee id. That’s if they put them in on time and correct.
I frequent this location very often, most times after 8 p,m. The Postal Clerks at this location are always courteous and helpful. Yes, the lines are sometimes long, but that's a sign of the times. Have never been told we don't have any stamps or money orders, as I have at a few locations. Also, none of this exact change nonsense as at a few of the other locations I have visited. Hate for them to break up the crew at this location but doing so would provide better service at some of the others. They have closed early two or three of the times I visited, but I assume that too is a sign of the times, and was for good reason.
The most useful place for online businesses in Atlanta. They open every days of the week. What more can you ask for. This means there wont be late delivery for your customers. I think finding out about this place boost jumped my business again. I literally drove by twice and thought they were closed because I didnt think there will be such a place that open this long and that many days of the week. Thank you dushi for make me believe otherwise. I have seen people complain about customer service here, this just is not a fancy restaurant, just ship your stuff and leave
5 months ago Mr. Robert L McKenzie was very friendly and quick to work with! 1/31/20 I just had the worst experience with V. Jones, perhaps today should have been a personal day. Also, if this is a mail service center, it is unacceptable to only have priority tape free of charge, and tell guest they have to pay $3.99+tax for clear tape, and parcels cannot be sent with priority tape unless it is priority. That is ridiculous and makes no sense, if packages are being sent and received at this business all necessary items to do this successful should be made available.
This location has many unprofessional and poor workers at this location! I was here today only for a very unprofessional and nasty attitude to match her ugly appearance talked very ugly towards me and when I shook my head and told her how pathetic her attitude was. She walked off leaving me at the counter! Ebony who I have had great customer service from before took great care of me! Her co-worker can learn from her! People like this imbecile should not be allowed to work with the public with this awful unnecessary attitude!
This post office is A JOKE!!!!!! It's SUPPOSED to be like open until 10pm, but do to poor management (as told by several employees there and neighboring stores) they open and close whenever they want. Sometimes it's open until 6, sometimes 7, 8 9..... It just depends on the mood of the postal workers. It's sad, because so many of us with different schedules rely on this branch to deliver the service they advertise. It would be better if they just PERMANENTLY change their hours, because this has been going on for months.
I’ve come here 3 times in the last month between 6pm-9pm and they’ve been closed!! The front is open for people to use kiosks but only one works and the other is broken so the line is just as long and people always have the hardest times at the kiosks making it even longer. Then they don’t even leave out certified mail/return receipt papers out. The least they can do is officially change the hours if the regular counters now close at 5pm. Why keep lying saying you’re open until 10pm when technically you’re not anymore.
Horrible customer service. These people are very rude and act like they are doing you a favor. I witness one customer service agent yelling at a customer because they wanted to know if their letter would get delivered on time with the postage they purchased. They talk down to the customers. I wish trump would fire them and replace them with a automated system. These people are soaking up tax dollars and doing horrible jobs. STAY AWAY , DO NOT USE THIS PST OFFICE IF YOU CAN HELP IT.
Need some cheese to go with all the whine on these reviews. 1) it's 24hr. Wait in line, shut up, and be thankful it exists. 2) it's a post office, not a call center. Get your ass up and go down there. 3) you try working til midnight with customers like the people crying in these reviews. See how many nights it takes before your idea of customer service is lowered. No, I do not work for USPS, or anything affiliated. I just have realistic expectations, and a little empathy.
Absolutely abysmal customer service. I went in at 11:30 a.m. and was greeted by a lobby full of customers, and not one postal employee at the counters. I had a prepaid package to drop off and I waited for several minutes to ask an employee where to place it. Despite seeing several employees milling about behind the scene, not one came out to serve any customers. As if there was any need to prove why the USPS should be allowed to fail, today just provided another example.
I went to this location at 7:30 p.m. on the last day you could mail priority packages to make delivery before Christmas. They had multiple windows open and went through the line fairly quickly. All of the staff was cheerful and helpful. When I realized it would be less expensive to use a flat rate box instead of the box I had packaged, they told me to repackage and I could come back up to the front of the line. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service!
I was so grateful for the late hours at this location! The clerks were very helpful and patient. My package arrived a day after the expected delivery date, however, I was advised that unless I pay the difference for express mail, the delivery date could not be guaranteed. I can't fault them when they made me aware of potential consequences. The line was a little long but if you want to ship outside of normal P.O. hours, this location is worth the trip.
Terrible service. Called in an appointment to get my passport renewed and had to go out of my way to fit this appointment into my schedule by cancelling work for the day. Drove an hour to get there and then had to wait an extra hour ahead of my appointment to finally speak to someone. Then they tell me that the passport lady isn't there and won't be showing up the entire day. They told me to reschedule. Never going back there again.
Usually scan and drop packages here about 3x week. They closed the drop off window early by 8:32 (my Kiosk receipt) today while closing is at 10pm. Totally get it, but you should post that somewhere, on the wall, at the counter, etc. My boxes won't fit in the blue drop bin, so I need the window drop off. The clerk suggested I leave the packages at the end of the counter and said something like, "he'll probably get them." Thanks....
Dear Jesus Christ and The United States Postal Service of Hapeville, GA 3900 Crown Road. I live in Decatur, GA and it brings comfort to know that I can still Ship or mail off packages after the local Post Offices Close. You all have (Extended Hours) Thank you for that. Lord Jesus, I wish to acknowledge you and Thank You For TRAVELING MERCY ON THE DANGEROUS ROADS. Bless all the staff at 3900 Crown Road Post Office. Amen
Drove from Alabama to get an important package shipped out before midnight July 6, 2017. Clerk refused to serve me because he didn't want to deal with the customs papers. They also had handwritten signs everywhere that said 'Close at 1130' evend thought their postep hours are midnight. Don't waste your time here, just ship it somewhere else the next morning if you have no other option. Will never come here again.
I have been going here for two weeks to pick up my mail and I have done everything make sure I can pick it up. I travel far each and every day and it's always something different. I have been getting the run around and nothing can be done. I know my mail there and I am there to get it. But know one can help me. I need my mail. Its in a safe but no one can seem to get it. Please how can I get my mail? Please.
I'm very disappointed in that post office a package was dropped off there 10 days ago and hasn't been delivered hasn't been scanned for delivery they're incompetent untrustworthy in my behalf we call the number nobody answers even a different post office tries to contact them they don't answer sent an email they still don't respond no wonder they're thinking about getting rid of the postal service
Why is there only 1 person working the counter? Another employee came out to look at the copier than went back in the back. Now she's standing on the side. I'm currently #17 in line with 7 people behind me. This is absolutely ridiculous. Wish I could give 0 stars....I had to update...now none has been at counter for 15 mins. I've been in line since 5:33pm and it's now 6:14pm. I'm currently #9.
This post office is terrible! One person at the counter to service a line of 20 people or more! & don’t you dare drop a package on the counter without getting a receipt. It will not be scanned until days later or it will get lost! This is the only post office in the city that stays open until midnight and they are the absolute worse! This location needs some serious help with staffing!!!!
I went in to ask questions about renewing my passport and was getting a new photo taken in 2 minutes! Four minutes later I was handed the paperwork, told the total amount for renewal and handed an envelope + label. Took less than 10 minutes. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. NOTHING has ever happened that fast for me @ a post office and it was a pleasant experience! Thx Angela!
I went to this facility for passport renewal for my family and I really was very surprised for the very friendly customer service. Mrs. McCray (think is her last name) went above and beyond helping us with the passport application in a great professional and friendly way making this a swift experience. I just wanted to congratulate this agency for their great staff. Thank you!!!
It's a shame that you build a family member a holiday card you might slip a money order or take a chance to put money in it and the post office in Georgia with scan it and then they see money they will keep it I mailed her a letter off May 6th and she still hasn't received it but my other daughter's received theirs she should have gotten hers the same time they have
Horrible experience. My package is now lost because of the simple knowledge of the cashier. I shipped a care package WITH pershiables that is in an unknown location. Called “customer service” tried to speak to a live agent but the automated voice said none is available and it hung up. I called through business hours. Very very frustrating. Filing a claim today
I have never been there when I felt it was a professional operation - WHY does the government continue to operate the USPS when they miserably fail at doing it I do not understand this unless something shady could be going on and people are profiting from a failed service that has to be continually propped up with tax dollars? PRIVITIZE the useless thing!
Rude and ignorant staff doesn't know USPS regulations. Don't count them for helping you with any international packages. Management is polite in person, but also untrained. Angela D. Johnson, a manager, refuses to answer emails or phone calls. Staff refused to look up USPS regulations and falsely claimed that it was the regulation of another country.
I went in about 15 minutes before closing. The team provided real solutions for my shipping needs! Excellent customer service! The service was effective and efficient! I was the only one in line. Every time I go, my shipping needs are taken care of! The staff was very professional, nice, and eager to serve! Thank you for all you do
Been using this post office for several years. Lately it is TERRIBLE. I'll drop off packages that we paid priority shipping for, only for them not to get scanned in until DAYS later or lost. Cant get anyone on the phone....They are terribly understaffed at this location. I will find a more reliable location to drop packages off at.
Yes!!! Tough love!! However, they know their stuff!! I really appreciate a loyal and professional staff person!! Mrs. Bertha!! She went the extra mile for me and my son and this unfamiliar passport application!! She was very thorough yet expeditious! ..... plus went pass her work time !! Just for Us!! Thanks with all my heart ♥️ !!
Considering the majority of people are probably the same lazy asses that choose UPS and Fed Ex, I've never had a bad experience with this post office. The only thing I miss, is the stamp machine using coins as well as the actual post office staying open 24 hours. Even when staff is low, they work as efficiently as possible.
I was supposed to receive my package on the 1st-2nd of September and it is now the 4th and still no delivery date. My package has left the Atlanta facility 4 times and some how it keeps ending back up there. I’m very annoyed at this point and when I contacted one of the employees they said it’s nothing they can do about it.
Thanks for scanning one of my Ebay items as delivered (AT YOUR POST OFFICE ) now the customer made me refund the order despite the fact I know it's still on the way because it just a post office zip code not home address can you get your Bubba Dubba Bubba employees to you the right setting that would be great thanks.
Daughter took a package. She waited in line less than 5 minutes. She said the staff was nice, courteous, professional and assured her the package leaves tonight. She said they have everything! If you miss the local offices rhat close at 5 pm. the Crown Rd location, is your best bet before 8pm iF meeting deadlines.
This place is a joke. Delivering a truckload of stuff to them, and sit on the dock three hours before they would even start unloading me. Then they make me move to another dock because the dock plate “bounces too bad.” total lack of leadership. Kept telling me they were waiting for someone to come in to unload me.
my package that had a lot of my clothes arrived broken and after 20 days and HALF OF MY CLOTHES WERE STOLEN!!!! They literally picked what they wanted and put clothes in there that werent even mine!! I dont understand the level of irresponsibility and negligence. you will not get away with this, SO disrespectful
They need help, people don't know how to be kind and ship off their packages. This woman talked to that man way too long while 6 of us were waiting to ship our packages... One selfish woman snatched the tape from me likecshe was 5years old. But she was lucky that night because I was not in the mood for chaos....
This is at least the fifth time I've retrieved my mail only to find that my mailbox has been left open by the delivery person, and my mail is crumpled up instead of filed neatly inside. This is a violation of my privacy and unprofessional. Please treat my mail respectfully and ensure that my mailbox is locked.
I would only have good things to say of this long standing location of transportation. They redid the inside too. Looks amazing !!! T’ea Moss ships from here and all packages have been successful which matter on this end just as much as the other side too. Thank you all for your days on !! …
I come this place 2 or 3 times a week the most slow employees I ever see anywhere they keep me to unload my truck 6or 7 hour every time I don’t know why this company they keep this kind employee to this busy place l hope one day they will get good management and everything is will be change
I walked in around 9:23 a.m. Sunday morning. Three windows were open. I was the only patron at the time. My postwoman gave me clear instructions on how I needed to send my box. She let me use her tape for FREE! I was nervous after reading some of the reviews but I had a pleasant experience.
Service is awful I've been trying to contact this office for two weeks now. I had a package that was supposed to be at their facility since August 29, 2015 and still have yet to receive it. Such an inconvenience. They need to have someone there who strictly works with calls. Hate It!
My post office trip was good today. The people were very friendly and helpful. The line however was a bit long and overwhelming but it moved at a decent pace. It's definitely great to be able to get my stuff mailed out after hours on the weekends. I'll be back again soon.
Passport appointment at 2:30. I left out around 3. Friendly staff just understaffed. The process was easy and the clerk was nice. Everything you need is there and they even take photos for passport($15 Fee). Arrive earlier than your appointment because of wait time.
After reading all the horror stories I was prepared for rude employees and I expected to wait forever. That was not the case! Ms. McCray got me in and out within ten minutes and was very down to earth and professional! My first passport experience was great!
Shipped out 3 packages, 3 different times - all three of them went missing. In fact, one it didn’t even make it past the counter. That was the last scan before it was missing. This happened about 5 months ago. Be careful shipping out your packages from here.
This is the busiest post office and the slowest! The staff always walk away from the counters leaving one person working with a line out the door. Should never leave one person at the counter and multiple employees walking away at the same time. Ridiculous!
The best thing… a 24 hour post office!!! After hours and people still have complaints… how? Thanks for all off the hard workers working after hours for those who wait until the last minute to take care of business!!! #KUDOS #USPS …
Out of 6 packages that have gone through this post office... Every single one was late on arrival including a current package that's been at this location for 4 days now. I do not recommend this USPS location. I hope someone turns this location around.
I’ve had serval packages come to this location and then stop tracking and ultimately resulting in me getting a refund from the sender vs my product I ordered. SOMEONE IS STEALING FROM THIS LOCATION AND MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO LOOK INTO IT!!!!! Its Sad!!!
GREAT!! experience with a representative very attentive and did AWESOME! in giving me direction for my situation.. She listen to everything I had to say she made it easy to deal with my issue. It was an awesome experience!! Keep up the good work!
This location stays open late but they won't get your packages out any quicker than the other locations that close earlier. Don't waste your time trying to get there before the cutoff timeframe for Priority because your package won't be
The staff is helpful and polite. There are a lot of customers coming to this location that stays open late, and many of the customers have have international shipping needs, but the employees do a great job to keep the line moving.
I couldn't be more disappointed in the service. I went to the post office to ship my two packages on Tuesday 9/19 to Chicago. I was going to Chicago and wanted to send my packages so they would arrive before
Extended hours for tax season and direct access to usps air facilities. Customer experience is normal for USPS retail location. Busy, but little to no wait. Answered questions and expedited my experience.
Went in Friday night the ladies were so nice. Been to alot of post offices, and this is not a usually a recurring theme with USPS. Although the lines were long they moved them swiftly with great service.
Great service! I love the Saturday service. Line went by quickly. Package arrived late, so I don’t recommend paying for a faster service on a Saturday drop off. But it did get there! And staff was great!
Came to this office two days in a row and the vast majority of time there was one postal worker servicing every customer. No one from the back came to offer any assistance despite how long the line was.
Always open when other locations are closed and great customer service. Had to get out of line to change packaging and once in got back in line the attendant didn’t make me wait all over again.
I love the fact this place is open after hours and on weekends. The workers do their best to get us in and out. It's the customers that be doing the most and not hav8ng their stuff tigether.
Very slow, service time is far greater than 20 minutes, only two associates to serve a VERY LONG line of customers. I've been waiting for 45 minutes and there are still 6 people ahead of me.
Thier employees work when they feel like it. Their hours of operation are a joke. Sign says it opens at 8am...it's 8:15 and the employees are on their phones with customers waiting outside.
Absolutely great post office, even considering its location in South Atlanta. Open until midnight six days a week, collections end at 8 PM. Very good customer service, I will go back.
This location is constantly losing my packages. I hate when anyone ships anything with USPS because I know it will likely get lost when it goes through this location.
I feel dirty leaving this place. USPS employee was so nasty, cold and rude. Customer service representatives do not work here. Going home to take a shower. …
Dropped my package off on Saturday, it is now WEDNESDAY and the package has yet to move after being scanned in. Never again. Absolutely ridiculous.
They DO NOT close at 12 anymore. I print my labels at home because the line is always long. I enjoy the people tho. They are always helpful.
Arrived 11am, on a Saturday. Going to renew my daughters passport. I was out of there, 11:35am. Very convenient and friendly staff.
Thank you for stripping me of any joy I had today. If I ever need my good energy to be completely s*** on, I know where to come!
Best time to visit the Post Office counter service is 10 minutes before closing time. That's when they move the fastest. Facts.
Brought my Godmother to mail out Christmas packages. Evidently long lines & very crowded, waiibg in car for over 20 minutes.
Unloaded 13 pallets there today. No problems...in and out in 30 minutes. Drive around back and go to door 63.
save your time and go to another location. if you can’t figure out the machine, they’ll refuse to help you.
Horrible passport services. I came in and waited one hour only to be told they ran out of film for photos…
This is the best Post office to do passport. Very friendly and super fast. Thank you so much.
Nice people but too long of a time to unload a partial trailer ( 2 hours for 8 pallets )
Hours listed/posted at facility from 9-8 on Sunday but they were not open until 9:30
Say it's open today labor day, I knew better but thought they changed the hours
