So, I was expecting a package from etsy... roommates & I were here all day when the last "delivery attempt" was made. No one rang the bell for our apartment, no "notice" was left. I go online to reschedule the delivery. fill out the form. it says "Your redelivery has not been scheduled... An error occurred while creating your Online redelivery. Please try again later." so I try to send an email to see where my package is. fill out the form. "Sorry our email service is down at this time. Please try again later." the website suggests that I can pick up my package at the location noted on the notice that was left. NO NOTICE WAS LEFT. so I try to call. I can't get thru. If I don't pick up my package in a week it's going to be sent back to the country of origin. It took almost two weeks to get here in the first place. I have no idea where I'm supposed to go to pick this thing up. your website is garbage. your service is garbage. your postal delivery people are garbage. this is why we can't have nice things.
The staff tries to be helpful, but the system is so hide-bound that it's impossible. We have a PO box. HF: We want our PO Box re-keyed, an employee has left with a key that we can't retrieve. USPS: Re-keyed? We don't do that. HF: It says online that you do, and the charge is $75. USPS: Oh, you want the lock changed. HF: Okay. USPS: We need all the keys back. HF: I don't have all the keys, that's the reason for changing the lock. USPS: Oh, I'll have to call a supervisor. USPS: I need the new key number to enter payment. HF: Your PO box employee told me I had to pay before they would issue a new lock. USPS: Well, I can't enter the payment without a key number. Oh, and the person there hasn't been trained on how to change a lock, so can you come back? -- I called this morning to try to see if there was a person there who could change the lock. Estimated wait time, between 62 and 65 minutes.
We regularly ship packages and have been all around the Twin Cities to drop off our packages. They will always ask if there are fragile items and if so, will either offer a stamp or sticker to let handlers know. This is the first time we were not asked and when we asked for a FRAGILE stamp or sticker, THE TELLER FIRST REFUSED, SAYING WE COULD WRITE IT ON THERE because they don't have those here. Then she stated that "If we wanted to pay then we could have one." I have never heard such a thing. Teller was unbelievably rude .Would drive out if my way to another post office before returning here.
This is by far the friendliest Post Office I have ever been to. I’ve lived all over the United States and used a lot of post offices and this one has the most knowledgeable and helpful staff I have ever interacted with. I actually live closer to another post office and make the extra trip to come to this one when I need their services.
The staff was rude. I wasn't sure about some things and she looked annoyed when I asked questions. She also ignored me at one point after I asked her a question. Very awkward and unpleasant experience. I guess they like making their customers feel dumb and unimportant.
The day was tax day and I needed to stop at the post office while arriving on time at work. This post office made it easy for me to get my postage done and arrive at work on time in just five minutes! And I was taking metro transit, too.
Hours are 9-5 and closed between 1-2. Got there are 4pm and nobody was there. Was told it would be open “soon” but were collecting mail from other buildings. Here’s an idea. Post your actual closed time.
Staff at this location is rude and unprofessional. Woman working front desk just sat there listening to music while I waited. Did not apologize. Will not use USPS anymore.
The staff is very rude my God! Very nonchalant. She does not want to help with anything. Makes rude remarks and gestures.
