While my original review still applies the office visits went smoothly aside from them failing to locate my item. The staff were nice and helpful as they could be given the situation. The mailman just brought the package back out with him to make sure i got it. I was home in time to meet him Wednesday or Thursday and i got it. It was nice of him to keep bringing it out for delivery to make sure i got it. All in all they did good considering they probably handled thousands of pieces of mail per day. Is a daunting task and they have never really let my residence down to bad. One very important item was delivered to a neighbor they did bring it over to us a few days later though thankfully. So all in all 4 stars for this post office imo Absolute joke. I ordered a PEN! a 9$ pen. The mailman held it on Saturday left a note with 18+ signature required. It's a pen why would that even be. It Doesnt say anything like that on ID I went to pick it up Monday they couldn't find it. I went home and caught the mailman he didn't have it. He said he would bring it the next day after 5 (i work till 4) the mail came at 3 on Tuesday. I went to the post office Wednesday they couldn't find it the guy from Monday remembered and said it's right here oh wait the mailman took it out again. I raced home and missed the mail man by 5 minutes. He never scanned it as back at the post office. He should have left it there for me to pick it up. Like it says on the official note. This is a f***king problem. I paid 23$ for a 9$ pen to be delivered and they want to play tag with my item. Apparently this is my home office. The regular mail delivery is quite good. We get all of our mail, all of our packages arrive on time if not faster than expected at times. The mail man we have is always great, i have never been in to the office but i will haveto go to pickup a package that was missed apparently it required an 18+ signature despite it being a pen... Yes a regular old pen. Ill go in monday and hope for the best will update the review once i have been inside.

Today is 10-16-15 Horrible Service, phone is always busy when I call, no matter what time, early morning, mid day, a few hours before closing, doesnt matter, i can easily say that I have called at all hours of the day and there is no good time to call. Anytime I want to check on a package because they have lost it, they wont explain to me what is happening. I have had multiple important packages say delivered but never arrived for days later. I've been delivered someone else's medication before too, to an address that is not similar to mine (but in the same city). Customer service is careless, I have had a few employees scoff at me for coming down there to pick up a package because I dont trust that they can deliver. I was never negative towards them and always kept calm watching what I said to them so they dont screw with me. I have a package that was suppose to arrive next monday by fedex, they officially handed it over to USPS today (3 days prior to the monday, now its suppose to get delivered tomorrow) and maybe, just maybe i will get my package on Tuesday. I wish I had a f****** choice to not use USPS or even this specific location. F*** whoever runs this s*** Edit: They said it was going to arrive today (10-17-15) and guess what, they marked it as delivered when the mailman literally never came. I have mail that I set out for them to take and they never took it, I never got my package. What the hell is literally wrong with people, can you stop marking things as delivered to cover up for your lazy a** management? It was set to arrive early in this instance but the mear fact they would still mark it delivered when it was never out for delivery.

Talk about RUDE. The lady that answered on the phone was so rude. She interrupted me before I could tell her my package was not delivered when tracking states it was. I explained to her that I have security cameras and I checked the recording to see if the postman came to my house and he did not. I let her know I ordered a 6'x9' rug that was my second order of it and my postman based on the recording was not walking with it to my neighbors' homes. She then asks me if I have been inside my neighbors' home to see if the rug was in there! I said no, because my neighbors and I watch out for each other and would never have done that. She then makes a remark "What is the world coming to that everyone has security cameras in their home!" What's wrong with this lady and her questions and remarks. Absolutely the worse customer service lady at ANY post office I have called. Edit same day: After rating 1 star I decided to change it to 3 stars just for trying to better the customer service experience. The lady by the name of Susan that was rude to me called me back after I complained to the supervisor and my mail carrier. I let Susan know that those questions and remarks were unnecessary of her and her response was that she was "just being silly" and she apologized. I let her know that I appreciated the call and thanked her. Hopefully she gives better customer service in the future.

Bare with me this is longgggg. On Monday I waited all day for my package to arrive. The package tracker said out for delivery and on top is said pick up but no location so I was confused. At 8:30 pm I got an email saying your package has been delivered to mailbox. But it wasnt there.. At midnight I got another email that said it got delivered at 12:34 pm... Naturally on Tuesday morning I went to the post office and a beautiful soul took my info and headed to the back to search after I had explained to her the previous day. Monica whose my normal carrier didnt work her route that day. It was a different carrier whose known by me as a rude negative Nancy that cares nothing about her job. Well she's like I delivered it to the neighbooring business. So I went but they were closed both Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday (as in today) they were open Monica founded it and BAM I have my package!!!! Monica I want to thank you for simply being the world's BEST MAIL CARRIER!!!

Moved here July 17th my utilites shut off 2x still haven't received mail. It is Now almost Thanksgiving and I wrote him a notice 11/10 and called him lazy. I told him I needed my utility bills almost as a smart alec he only put two disconnect notices that were already past due 11/11 and my lights shut off again this past Friday due to the laziest contracted postal services. Utility charging me 150.00 deposit to get back on. MY HUSBAND HAS TERMINAL CANCER, IM HIS CAREGIVER..Our days/nights are long due to his illness..to not have utilities and someone lazy is getting a check but not doing their job as a govt contractor and my husband suffers for it ..I HAVE A PROBLEM!!!!!! tried calling and going up there to no avail they sent me a another Post office which no one ever answers the phone and I cant leave my husband for long...all for mail your supposed your get daily.. LAZY, SAMRT ALEC, NO MAIL DELIVERED.. I WANT HIS JOB PLEASE..EASY MONEY DO NOTHING AND GET PAID

I called the office to inquire about a package. The worker (I think she said her name was Diane) picked up and I asked for help to locate a package and gave her the tracking number. She put me on hold for 3 minutes so I decided to change my baby's diaper and put the phone on speaker while waiting. She returned and the following conversation occurred: Her: "This is [her name], how can I help you?" me: "....Oh... I was calling about the missing package?" her (with major attitude): "What did you do? Did you hang up?" me (extremely confused): "No, I was still on hold" her: "You were on another line, and now you're on this line. Why did you hang up?" me: "I'm sorry, but I didn't hang up" her: "You're taking up two lines now." me: "I was changing my baby's diaper the whole time while on hold. I never hung up and called again" her: "OK fine". *puts me on hold again* She had an incredibly rude attitude and never apologized for accusing me of "taking up two lines."

Worst service both in delivery and in customer service. We live in an older neighborhood, in a cul de sac, where parking is a premium at best. There is no way to not leave the mailbox unblocked unless you do not own a vehicle. These carriers will step out of their vehicle to deliver a box to your home, but are too delicate to take a step out to put critical mail in your box. Let us not forget that in addition to this, I am lucky if I even get my mail to my address, instead of having it delivered to either the neighbors on either side of me, or to the address with the same house number, but a different street address in my neighborhood. No credibility whatsoever for consistency, or dependability. No wonder they are going broke. Biggest mistake Amazon made was battering a deal having them to deliver any packages. Oh wait...I take that back. Only time I get my mail is if I order something to be delivered by Amazon every single day.

I had a subscription delivered to me, and it ended up being held at this office. The people I have the subscription with sent me a replacement. This post office kept my initial package AND my replacement package even after rescheduling a redelivery and specified I wanted it left on my front porch. I can't even use it now because part of it has to be refrigerated, and I've now wasted my money. I am unable to physically go into the location as of right now, and I really wouldn't want to anyways. You're treated like absolute garbage. They were also the absolute biggest pain to get our mailbox keys from, and when we were finally able to get them (2 months after moving in) on a Saturday, we were told they'd send someone out that Thursday to change the lock on the mailbox. Didn't get a new lock for 3 weeks. I can't even begin to express how much I hate this place. I'd rather sit at the DMV all day.

Calling to try to resolve an undelivered package for a customer, I was given false information and was unable to have my question answered as the P.O. employee was unaware of their own policies and was very rude about me trying to confirm the information. She obviously didn't want to have to go search for a package or look up any information and would rather rudely cut me off. I knew enough to know the information I was being given was wrong, but because the clerk was so pushy and adamant that she knew what she was talking about I was unable to ask them to search for the package. Because of this my customer was becoming upset and I was unable to ask them to hold the package for them to pick it up instead of them finally deciding to return to sender after 3 weeks. I had to refund the sale as a result.

I received a notice in my mailbox that a package was undeliverable because it needed a signature. I was at home when the mailman put it in my mailbox. He didn't even attempt to knock on the door to get the signature. When I called the post office to find out what I needed to do to get my package the response was, "It shouldn't need a signature. It is out for delivery again today." I expressed my concern about it not being delivered again and the employee on the other end said, "Then you're going to have to call before his shift tomorrow morning so we can talk to him about it. It's too late now." HOW IS IT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO EDUCATE YOUR MAILMAN BEFORE HIS SHIFT STARTS?!! This Post Office has failed its community too many times. When is someone going to do something about it?

WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced in my entire life. Called on January 14th to check on the status of a lost package and the man on the phone promised to get back to me that day. Here it is two business days later and still nothing. So today, January 16th, I called once again to get some sort of help or information and Victoria answered. Extremely unhelpful-said there was nothing she could do and she was only taking messages for the day. She was even ignoring my questions on the phone and just hanging on the line silently until I had to say "hello hello is anyone there?" ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. When I asked to speak to someone else, she just flat out told me no. If I could change my address to get a different postal service I would.

This place is a total disappointment... my package get here and have never been delivered, since feb 28, 2021.call them they confirmed it was their but don’t knw the where about... and since then I have calll all the possible post office number and no body can help me. I filed a complaint n nothing as well, my brother met the manager n promise to do something but nothing Am so sad cuz I spent a lot of money to buy what was in the box n never had insurance. But with a open heart n my honest money I work for , who ever took my box will be more disappointed or miserable for taking some one important thing. And more over this post office has done nothing...this post office is a mess mess mess... am so hurt....

Came here to pick up my package yesterday had a tracking number they said it wasn't there it was suppose to go to my po box off handley then come today to my po box to pick up my package was told it was here at the rosedale location only for them to have no idea where my package is so the young man Stephen was extremely rude and when I kept asking all he had to say was that's not my problem but he was the same one I spoke with the day before only to find out he had never even checked the day before I would not was my time or money coming here I wish they wasn't taking my taxs dollars to pay this sad excuse of employee with my money the whole staff needs to be fired rude and unprofessional

There is always someone new, our mail is missing, they don't deliver our mail ever day. The carrier skips a least one day a week, I have packages missing. My mom has mail she dose not receive. The mail carrier told my mom she wouldn't come in her gate, we do not habe dog in front yard, the gate is never locked. My mom is elderly she has trouble walking, she shouldn't have to stand outside to get mail. We have gate closed there is a lot of stray dogs in neighborhood and people stealing her stuff from yard so we have gate closed. One mail carrier said wouldn't come in if gate was closed.

Horrible customer service was waiting for important mail called only to find out the carrier didn’t deliver mail do to a dog on the street so no one received mail that day I nor any of the neighbors have dogs the older white lady that answers the phone is very rude and very unprofessional she doesn’t deserve to work with the public when you ask her name to make a complaint she gives you the wrong name and slams the phone down in your ear she’s a true angry bird my normal carrier is a very hard working guy due to him being on vacation his route was covered by coworkers ‍♂️

They attempted to delivered a letter, at the wrong zip code, with a tracking number and put no access, but I live in apts with a mailbox. The next status said, received at post office, and then nothing. I went to the post office and they looked for it and said they could not find it and gave me the customer service#. The item sent can not be replaced without a large fee. Maybe it will be found in a bin 3 weeks from now. If something is sent with a tracking#, that means it is most important. USPS needs to do better in this area.

Save your time and go to another post office. There is always a line you can expect to wait up to 25-40 minutes in line. Specifically, when the ladies are working, they take up to 10 minutes per person. Also, Poshmark Shipping is authorized to use any priority mail packaging including flat rate. I was told twice that I cannot use priority mail, when I know I can. I went to another post office and had no issues whatsoever. I would give zero stars if I could. Why employ people who are not efficient at their jobs?

I received a money order from a different usps today and I came to this location to redeem my money since it was close to home but it was very crowded . I tried to ask the lady a quick question before even standing in the line but she ignored me and told me to wait my turn . As it’s my turn she then told me I cannot redeem my money order and i asked her why can’t I if the different told me I could . She ignored me and I instead went to a bank to redeem the funds … very rude lady and very long wait times

It's always someone else's mail in my mailbox, just Friday the mail lady didn't stop to put mail in box and I was expecting a package, then minutes later I got an notification that my mail couldn't be delivered because something was blocking the mailbox, so not true, I was on the porch the whole time, and she acted as if she couldn't hear me call her back. Sine time later got another notification that my package was delivered to mailbox. I never received my package. It happens a lot and I'm tired of it.

WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!! I live in the Bridge Hollow Apartments and my carrier NEVER knocks on the door to delivery my packages. Instead, they scan it "no recipient". I work from home so I am ALWAYS at home. And I have NO children so there's absolutely NO noise distraction that could cause me not to hear a knock on the door. Not to mention I'm on the 1st floor, so they are just being pure LAZY not to just walk up and freaking knock! I wish I could give them 0 stars. Sorriest post office ever. Smh

Awful the Mexican girl named Cynthia that works at the front desk sent me away to the handley post office only for me turn around and go back to this post office on Rosedale because she refused to look for my package the management doesn't give a crap either he's sorry just like the rest of his employees the black guy who was at the front was investigating the situation even worse the Mexican girl didn't apologize for sending me away even though my package was there she just continued to be rude.

The staff is mean as a rattlesnake!!! VERY VERY VERY POOR customer SERVICE!!!!!! I think the employees eat GUN powder for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff will not help you at ALL. This post office do not have a stamp machine or self service area at all, nor copy machine in it for the customers. If you call the manager or employees don't answer the phone, the United State Postal Service need to close the whole entire post office on Rosedal Street in Fort Worth Texas 76105.

I love our post lady!! With that being said. The post office is a different story. I had a package slip left in my mailbox saying package couldn't be delivered (needed signature). Went to the post office to get my package and they can't find it. Do they care not. This is for my sons wedding on October 7th. The package came from Turkey so shipping can take 25 days. Now I don't have time to reorder the personalized cake topper... AND THEY (the Post Office) CAN CARE LESS....

Had a substitute mailman while my regular mailman was away and he stole my package! He had marked my package as delivered but nothing was in my mailbox. Checked my security cameras and he literally put my package into his bag after scanning it. WHO TF DOES THAT?! Went to the post office multiple times and they didn't do anything. Had a full description of the guy as well as video and they didn't even know who he was. Is there no way to keep track of who works what routes!

Post office itself ok. My delivery man different story. "Fred" delivery man i have complained to delivery suoervisor numerous times. Mail not delivered , mosttimes put in others box although me name and apt # on envelope. So sigbed up for informed elivery where you are sent and eketronic copy of all maol to be deluverded that day. Expecting packages so lets see how that woeks out. Considering moving just to get away from this mailman. Fred you needed to be fired long ago.

Have to drive to post office to Pick up packages because notices are left in mailbox that no one was available to receive delivery. The lazy route people are too stupid to knock on the door. Guess they expect us to stand on the curb all day and wait for them to come. This is a perfect example of government running a business. UPS and FEDEX have to compete and satisfy customers or go out of business.!!! Plus: it looses money and no one can be fired. Not a good operation.

I wish I can give it negative stars this post office is so horrible I considered moving I've had constant issues with delivery and then customer service acts like you're wrong for bringing the issues to them. I strictly get my things shipped to another address now because of this post office everyone there needs to get fired asap they hardly answer the phone and their operating hours aren't even correct on here their scans for tracking are always incorrect

This location is horrible! I absolutely hate that this location delivers my mail. They have lost two of my packages just this month alone. I have had the driver of my route drop off my packages at the wrong house multiple times and the staff can care less pretty much & they are very unprofessional. I have been lied to multiple times about what happened to my package & where it supposedly got delivered too. Wouldn’t recommend this location whatsoever.

If you got international mail going to USPS or having to write declarations form, DO NOT GO, skip this location. The lady that help me out with this incorrectly file the declaration form so now the parcel is heading back to me. Granted, it was the only person upfront helping, with about a line of 10 inpatient customers behind me. I understand you want to speed it up, but take the time to make sure its right, be loose about the pressure.

OUR MAIN MAILMAN WAS OUT FOR A WEEK, AND HOW IS IT THAT WHEN HE'S GONE, WE SUDDENLY HAVE NO MAIL. NOBODY DOING THEIR JOB THERE AT THE POST OFFICE. EVERYTIME, WE CALL IN, WE CAN HEAR THE PHONE BEING PICKED UP AND IMMEDIATELY BEING HUNG UP. WE JUST WANT OUR MAIL THAT'S IT. I had a package shipped from Georgia to Texas. The tracking says the package was delivered 2/12/18 to a locker but the incompetent carrier put the key in the wrong mailbox so basically she gave my items away....I am so pissed off. I"m out of about $400 for the shipping money and the money I spent on the items. I am having a very hard time trying to get through to speak to someone because they do not answer their phone.

There’s a really nice woman that works there names Ms.Gloria. She really loves her job and makes any experience pleasant. I had a package lost, so I was very upset. By the time I got through talking to Ms.Gloria she made everything simple and easy and those are the type of employees that don’t get noticed or appreciated like they should. I’m new to the Forth Worth are and thankful to have her at my local post office.

This is the worst postal services I've ever had to use. I had so many bad experiences with them bu todays experience mad me so tired I had to let everyone know. I have been placed on hold for over 20 mins twice and when ever I call back the phone just keeps ringing, or it has a busy signal. These employees are not professional at all and needs to be supervised. they aren't that busy, that they can answer the phone

Horrible customer service. I thought it was good until I hear the worker “Diane” say “ask the driver can he delivery this package to the office. I have the customer on the phone and I don’t won’t to talk to her again” like really? Excuse ME Ms. Diane. You applied at a customer service job were you have to deal with the public not me. So do you job or go find another one. Whole organization is a joke seriously.

The staff at this post office are beyond incompetent. I never get my mail inside of my mailbox and then when I go to the post office to try and pick it up, they act as if they don’t know what is going on and barely have any mail To give me. Whoever delivers in this area doesn’t give any cares in the world about delivering people’s mail to them. It’s really sad. I wish the government would shut them down.

I am always having an issue with my package being delivered. The mail carrier is always claiming it is an address issue but that is not true! I was told by someone at this post office that my package was sent back. But it was in my neighbor's mailbox. Now I have another missing package and they do not care!! They say it was an attempt to deliver and that is a lie. This is a awful post office.

Whomever delivering the mail for Dillard st & Elgin Street don't care where they put your mail . I shouldn't have strangers come bring me my mail from the opposite side of my neighborhood . The mail person always shoving the wrong house number mail in my mailbox like , they just overlooking it's 2 mailboxes outside . I just moved into a new housing development that this post office services, and it’s been the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. Our mail in consistently going to the wrong mail box, and other people’s mail ends up in our mailbox. Also each time I show up to the post office to resolve these issues or see where my mail is going there is a line practically out the door!

It has been over A WEEK since our mail hasn't been delivered and I have important documents sitting, waiting to get to me. I've been told one of your employees lost the master key to our apt complex and nothing has been done to rectify this. While our apt complex royally stinks at communicating to us we aren't getting our mail, I feel a "lost key" should be a quick resolve.

Worst Ever! Package sent as gift was "mis-delivered" & office workers are the WORST at customer service. No resolution after multiple phone calls and emails. They acknowledge they "lost" the package but then refuse to do anything other than give a 1/800 # that is an automated dead end night mare. If you have to ship near this post office, use an alternate carrier!!!

I was expecting a Sunday delivery from Amazon. I waited ALL day... around five o'clock I received a text alerting me of an attempt to delivery, but the business was closed. My delivery was residential. So it's obvious USPS didn't make a real attempt. Trying to reschedule a redelivery has been a headache. No one answers the Post Office phone. They're ridiculous.

The driver of one of the Post office trucks refused to let me on the freeway this morning and almost caused a terrible accident. He would speed up and slow down not to allow me on the freeway this morning until we ran out of lane . This is not only unacceptable but it is aggressive behavior on the part of your driver. You need to train them or fire them!

Moved to a new apartment. First time ordering something. Nothing I ordered required a signature. I work from home. He knocks. I say just a minute and he walks away and gets in his truck. JUST COULD HAVE LEFT IT AT THE DOOR. I work during their business hours. No point in requesting another package to be sent because the same thing is going to happen.

They always take long to pick up the phone when I called to checked on my mail on hold... one of the employees are rude because I tried to explained what the mail is on hold and she was talking kinda rude. My mails haven't been in my mailbox for about two weeks now, I do not know why but it needseems to get here because it is important to us.

Received an attempt to deliver notification at 8:37 am. I was home and waiting for this package. They never attempted to deliver it! I have a Ring camera to prove it! What a joke! The problem is they hire LAZY people who want a good paying federal job. I guess my package was too heavy so they lied and said they attempted.

Mail man skips our home if there is a car anywhere near our driveway, not our cars either. Missed several important letters that have cost me immensely. Yet he stops and steps off his car to have conversation with a family doem the street he obviously knows. Everytime i call the line is busy for the office.

On Nov.17 i was expecting a delivery. I sat on my front porch in full view of mailbox. My phone alerted me my package had been delivered at/near mailbox at 5:40, it was 5:20!!!!! This also happened last month. It seems my deliveries will be kept by post office if they wont fit in the mail box.

The people at the counter are great, but the people at the package door never answer, even though there is a sign that clearly states their hours. Often times, you will hear them laughing and talking in the service area, but they refuse to answer the door to give you your packages.
