I've been going to this post office since 2005 they are almost like my family . They have everything I need they go above and beyond the Call of Duty helping people who may be confused or in a hurry or even downright rude.. everyone is treated with respect no matter how badly they behave now that is nerves of Steel.. we must protect the post office we must protect our freedom of mail delivery if you think it's bad now wait till we don't have people that care about us and all these private companies go stashing our personal boxes to come back and pick up later + sell online!..We need Federal Regulation and we need federal employees to be paid a good wage because they endure much hardship so that we can be kept informed. We must support them in every way... Everybody has a bad day ...you don't know if they've just lost a dear loved one I still had to come in to work and smile at us..We don't know their stories so let's be patient because our post office could be taken from us in next few years if we are not ever watchful... This is a freedom we enjoy

I have tried working with this post office several times regarding my mail. 1. Mail that use to come within 2 days from a relative, now I am lucky if I get it within a week or two and sometimes not at all. I've visit the inside of this post office a few times, and the staff are very unprofessional, slow and unconcerned. There is just a lazy vibe coming from post office staff...literally dragging their feet. I have never experienced this with other post offices. Now, to insure that mail is actually delivered and/or received in a timely manner, I drive to Mesquite or another near by post office. Customer Service is very much in need of an overhaul at the Highland Hills location. Actually the entire location is in need of a major clean up. My thoughts are, if you don't feel like working, then leave and allow someone who does want to work have the job. It is time out for the nonchalant, I don't want to be here, I don't care attitudinal people.

This post office is so ghetto and by far the worst post office I've ever been to. The carriers and the workers are the reason why black areas and Black people get bad names; they are so lazy, and I really believe they are in there stealing people's packages. There's no way that everyone's packages are saying delivered, but delivered to the wrong address or some type of sword, and then they just can’t ever find the package or get it back. I went into the post office four times in one day, each time that I went to the post office. Another person was in there complaining about where their packages were. Hopefully, since they are gentrifying the area, they will go ahead and knock this post office down or replace all of the workers.

Placed order with Amazon and they used usps as the delivery on my item... I kept getting an update that announced when the package would arrive. After waiting the specific time i received another message that said there was a problem with the delivery. I called to find out what happened and the problem was they never showed up. The next day i get a call from Anthony a delivery driver who works my area and he said he had been out but i can come pick it up or he could bring it the next day.. Neither one of those things happen i went personally to get it and even with a tracking number they wouldn't release the package. Worst p.o. ever!!

They have the worst service ever! I sent a package to a business less than a quarter mile from them, and they never delivered the package! They said the business was closed. The business is open 8 to 5. They obviously went by before 8 am and then scanned it at 11:40 am that the business was closed. They said would redeliver the next day, but did not. I call customer service, and they say computers are down. The customer service representative was not well trained! A total nightmare using USPS! The local Post Office won’t answer the phone! I will have to go and try to intercept the package myself! I’m using UPS next time!

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my address it was never delivered I had to ride the bus to go get my package. I ask why it was never delivered to my home address she said “ oh I know what the issue was you stay in those apartments. They are not going to knock on your door they say it’s too dangerous.” I always receive packages from Amazon at my door but it’s too “dangerous” for USPS to come here. I just feel like everyone there is pure lazy even the drivers who deliver mail. And I believe you shouldn’t say anything like that to a customer is very unprofessional, disrespectful and disgusting.

Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. They do not care or attempt to assist the customers. Very quick to say they cannot help you. I sent package from this location it was never received. I was inquiring how to track package being I did not receive my receit via my e-mail. They have no answers. Tgeyneed to install a cistomer service survey box. I will never use this post office again Waiting on a manager who after 15 minutes et repeated request is still not present.

I called to check on a package that was suppose to have been delivered and they sent it back to the postal store claiming no one was at home to get the it (the kids were there).So I called and asked for them to re deliver on the 31st and gave instructions for them to knock loudly. They claim they did but that was a lie. I sent my husband to pick it up and they said that they tried to deliver it again so it was not at the store but with the postman. This is ridiculous.

I will not be renewing my PO Box at this location. It’s crazy how they change the times. Supposed to open at 8:30 and now they have a sign on the door that states open at 9. It’s too late for a post office to open up. All other locations open at 7-7:30. They need a whole new management and staff. It’s always something at this location. Someone has to be held accountable. I have a PO Box but do not have access to it or to receive my packages. This is ridiculous!

This post office is pitiful. I was scheduled to get a package delivered today. I actually watched the mail man actually park right in front of my house and did not deliver my package. He walked across the street and left a package at someone else's house. And left a delivery notice in my mailbox. So now I have to wait until Monday to DRIVE OVER to the post office to get my package. Even though I paid for SHIPPING to have it DELIVERED to my house.

Prior to Covid-19, I'd give this location 4-. But I give it 3 now only due to the inconsistency of being able to get inside to the counter. It's really irksome to be notified your package is at the post office, walk ¼ miles to get there, and find out you can't get to the counter. Nor is there any means provide to customers to inform mail clerks you're there. Only recourse is to try the next day. Not easy for me at 51 years old.

The postal carriers are the laziest individuals I have ever seen. If the kids are playing outside on their hoop he or she (we have 2) won't deliver mail because they can not pull directly up to the mail box. (Walking 2 feet or even op3ning yhe door is 100% out of the question) They have successfully "lost" 3 packages this month and can't explain how they never were returned to the sender. It is a constant fight with them.

This is the worst set of mail carriers in life. The building should be tore down and leave all these idiots jobless. I don't even get bills. I'm on the office every 3months cause my mail just stop coming all together. Sorry excuse I'm always given that there are no set carriers for my place. Wellll ok ....my address is the same. I've ner experience such terrible postal service. Tear the building down. Total incompetence

I dropped my packages off by the cut off date of 12/20/2017 as posted on the doors. My packages did not get scanned until 2 days later. I needed the packages to move on the 21st and they did not. I will never go back to this post office ever again. Why have signs on the door to have pkgs there by a certain time and then they don't get scanned until 2 days later? Do not go to this post office if you can help it.

Tried of getting my mail after 6 pm everyday. We had a good postman they took him a way. Sent some slow kid to deliver our mail. I get important mail on Friday or Saturday can’t go take care of my business until the next week because of my mail not arriving like it use to. And Monday morning I will be calling the postmaster. I am very disappointed that they gave me a delivery notice without actually attempting to knock and deliver at my door step. I saw the USPS van driving away when i looked out the window so I immediately went to check my mailbox only to find a notices. I would have heard it and my Rottweiler barks when someone knocks. I was home the whole day its impossible to miss a delivery.

If I could put 0 stars I would my mail carrier deserves it! She is the rudest. I got her on camera for the third time throwing my packages at my door. Sick and tired of it. Do something about it USPS seriously. Showed the manager the videos said he’d talk to her obviously didn’t. Wish she lose her job thank god I haven’t had anything glass or breakable delivered with her.

The LEAST helpful USPS Post Office EVER!!! It's like they go out of their way NOT to help you. Moved to new place that no one new the adress to and they didnt care to help me at all. Just keep taking a stanky $25 until I found the correct adress that they kept trying to refute even while showing them USPS PROOF,....their own stuff that it exist.

This location is sorry as hell. You send your mail out but it never get to where it’s going. And no never can tell you what happened and have to repay for the same thing. It’s need to be a better systematic standard. When delivering citizens mail take a picture for proof one helpful consideration. Next mail going it’s a tracker but what’s the dam use.

This post office don't have my P O BOX available to me I went there yesterday 12 18 2022 at around 3 pm and the doors were locked they had a sign that said it would be open to 8PM I feel like that they should refund my money and let all customers have half price box rentals. Give me assets to my P O BOX!!!!! That I paid for Gutdam!!!

My mail carrier is horrible, I always get other people's mail and he losses packages all the time. He updates the tracking saying he supposedly delivered it but it isn't delivered to me. He has also straight up lied on the tracking, Hes either stealing the packages or drops them somewhere else, even with tracking.

Move in two months ago and told had to pay a 25.00 fee to get key for mail box in neighborhoods street mail box. I have filed complaint and 67 days later and I tell do not have access to my mailbox and unable to get mail that sitting directly in front of my house. This should be illegal and against federal laws.

I am upset that I never get my mail on n s daily basis; I have ordered multiple packages and the status says "oot for delivery" but I never receive them till the postman feels like delivering my package. They should fire everybody and start over from scratch.

lazy.lazy.lazy. probably the LAZIEST people i've ever had to deal with. they never want to deliver your packages to you hints why all your package's say "deliver attempt". they never even TRY to deliver your package to your home!

I've revised my opinion of this post office. I'd given up on them last night sometime after 7PM, but when I got up this morning my mail was in the box. Someone worked very late to get our mail to us. Thanks

Told my mom that my package she sent for my son was at the office, come to find out they lost it and lied. My mom paid for 2 day shipping, it was scanned 4 days after she sent it. Ripped her and my son off.

The delivery driver did not attempt to ring my doorbell but placed a missed delivery notice in my mailbox. Then I arrive at 4:57pm and the doors were already locked prior to the 5pm closing time.

Here it is 2 days and haven’t seen my mail and I’m calling about my mail,I been on the phone for 30mins with no answer, to see why there’s no mail or seen mail at all this is sad Postal Service..

Sad they keep saying they attempted to deliver, but never do. 75241 post office needs to shut down. Now they have some postmen that are stealing packages claiming in mailbox 2 days in a row.

This is THE slooowest post office ever. They will say just a min with the line to the door and we all just be standing. This has happened on more than one occasion.

Why is this post office only open Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.00pm? UPS and FedEx are open earlier and later, which probably explains why their business is growing.

Only problem is the pickup at the Lancaster and Ledbetter mailbox mail is Lancaster late getting to posted areas. Other than that its rated good.

They rarely deliver packages. I have to take off of work to go pickup my package. I don't think they even put them on the truck?

Very fast service, came in for the first time to send some mail and they were very helpful and fast.
