If you value your health at all, stay far away from this place. They do not require face masks and do not care about their customers. It’s a tiny building that gets crowded easily, and we are breaking records daily for hospitalizations and deaths during the highest peak of a global pandemic. There is a mask mandate in this state and these people completely disregard it. I went in there, it was crowded so I waited outside for a spot to open up. The person who came out was not wearing a mask. When I went in there, there were two people not wearing masks, again, in a tiny space with hardly any room to even distance. When I asked the workers if they did not require masks, they shrugged and said “We’re not really paying attention.” I’m not sure how these people can sleep at night knowing they are responsible for deaths and suffering in the community. The one guy even came out to mouth off at me as I was driving away. Unbelievable. Figuring out the proper avenues to report this because these people need to face repercussions before they continue to kill and harm people in the community. As someone else said, it’s clear these workers do not care about disabled or elderly folks. At the very least I hope they experience this disease and the suffering it brings to families first hand. They more than deserve it.
The old man with the big mustache has been so rude the times I have gone in. I understand sometimes we have bad days so I talked to him politely and did my best to disregard the ugly faces and rude comments he was making but it seems after 3x it's clearly his personality. I requested my mail to be held because I was traveling a lot this month and I went in once to pick it up. I had been tracking a package and I asked why it would have been delivered if my mail was supposed of be held. His response was "well once you pick it up that's it we don't hold it anymore even if it's earlier than the day you requested." This clearly didn't make any sense considering it was out to be delivered a few hours before I even picked up my mail. He really needs to brush up on his interpersonal skills. I will be providing this feedback to usps to let them know they have a big headed employee who goes against customers requests.
It's rare now a days to expect any great service. But it just seems like some of the postal employee's are miserable. Today I got a huge sigh when I walked in and a mumble under ones breath that said "I can't do this". My package was already wrapped and label. All that was needed was to be scan and given a receipt. I said "Thank you" and walked out. Definitely won't be shocked see a United States Postal Service Kiosk that replaces the job of that individual that takes there job for granted. But, it sure is sad that even the good employee's will have to pay.I understand that every jobs has it's downfalls but I can't understand why respect get loss in the workplace.
I go here very often to ship things to family out of state and I have never had any bad experiences like people say in these reviews. Everyone is very kind when I go. I have spoken to the manger before with the beard and he was very helpful and warm hearted when I had an issue and he fixed it right away. I feel people give bad reviews when things do not go their way. Packages do get lost here and there and it is not USPS fault it happens that is the risk you take when shipping and ordering online. Cut these workers some slack they work very hard in the heat, snow and rain. Overall great experience every time I go :)
Victor and Jennifer are not helpful. They are lier. I called about my package. Not being delivered. Victor said that the carrier wasn't delivering mail. Because of construction. I told him it's funny. Because I received my medicines and a letter. But not my movies. Then I spoke with Jennifer she also said there weren't delivering Because of construction. I told her it's funny . Because I received t2 box. Are they being delver by a ghost. Still no help.
Doesn’t matter if you’re there before closing, they’ll let you stand there, wasting your time. Only until 5 PM rolls around will they let you know they won’t be assisting you- doesn’t matter that you were there before closing, waiting and waiting. The reasonable thing to do would be to stop taking people after 5 PM, not before. At the very least they could warn people that there’s a chance they may not be helped due to this absurd closing routine.
Waiting in a line isn’t a problem, went in sept27@3:40pm the man was bald, Africa American and Lord was he so rude! My 17 yr old works fast food and she’s used to mean people but she said he was the worst. It was her first trip to the post office and he was just mean and not helpful at all. There was no need for he to have a bad attitude. And I gave a description because we didn’t grab his name…
I never have to wait long at this place, if there’s a line I usually drop off my packages at the drop box inside the office. Normally, they will get to them at the end of the day which is fine by me. I love that it’s a short drive from my house. Yes the parking lot is small but it’s never packed. I’ve even gone in to drop off packages 5 minutes before closing time with no issues!
Package showing it was delivered at my address someone was waiting for it anyway left a note if no one there to sign for it to leave slip for pick up up at postal station why would it be left if note next mailbox it was a small expensive trinket called 800 # after waiting 40 minutes on hold once got person at other end hung up wow
Horrible parking-- lot too small. Hard to find -- easy to.pass by. Not open 24/7. Maybe they don't have box rentals or stamp machine so lock up. Not in a desireable part of town. Wouldn't never go after dark. This post office nees to be demolished and rebuilt with better access and lighting. Need security as well.
I SERIOUSLY dislike this post office. They promised to mail out a card i sent to my son in Virginia. He NEVER received it!!! Another time this post office lost mail which was a money order my husband sent out to a company. Extremely UNHAPPY with this darn Post Office. It should be SHUT DOWN!!!!
I have only had positive experiences here. I go here instead of the East Houston St. Post Office because the line is much shorter and you get out of the post office quicker because there are no long lines to contend with. If you happen to go on a day there is a line, you still get out quicker.
The employees are very friendly and personable. They greet you with a smile from behind their mask. The employees are helpful. I had a gorilla trunk. The employee wheeled it out to my vehicle for me. They have good hours. It is nice that they open at 0830 hours. They also have Saturday hours.
It's never busy when I go, but there seems to be an issue with customer service and a "what do you eant me to do about it" or "oh well" attitude about the simplest of things. USPS should consider closing this place down if it weren't for the PO BOXs.. Wish I could give zero stars.
I never had issue with this post office, until now. I'm waiting on my package for two days, this lazy carrier, decided to leave my orange slip in the mailbox. Not only did the carrier, not bring it to my door, which that was required. Now I
They only had one lady on at the counter. She was truly amazing, quick, and had the best personality. She handled EVERYONE so fast! Even the people in the back. But there was NO reason as to why she should be on her own. That’s ridiculous
I literally live down the street on hackberry and it still takes forever for me to get my packages usually don't receive it to like 7At night and it's been out for delivery Since this morning And I live 6 blocks from the Post Office
Found out today although we don’t have a regular mailman that they believe “we” move so much he didn’t think he had to deliver the mail I’ve been at the SAME address for 5 years go figure. USPS is trash …
Pack your patience, the staff is overworked and it will show, just go in and get what services you need done, you are just a customer, just a number..and someone is next after you, move along and thank them, they need it
Convenient location and the staff is usually very knowledgeable but can be a little rude at times. If you're the only one there it's a quick and painless experience but if there is a line, you'll be there a while.
Best Customer Service! Anthony is so patient and kind. Everything single time, this post office has shown me the best customer service of all tbe other post offices I have frequented.
Someone at this post office has sticky fingers!!!! 3 orders "lost" when they hit this post office... someone needs to get on this! And to top the mold with poop, their is ALWAYS busy!
Extremely poor customer service and even worse basic human manners. I kept my cool after a lettrr that was certified was lost. And forget using the 1800phone, they never even answer.
Very friendly and courteous personnel for a Saturday. They assisted me with package information and best way to send it. I noticed the young lady recognized the locals by name.
They need more workers beside that one lady. There is always a hold up . But not really a complaint they get my packages where they need to go. But could be more organized.
Been going to this post office for more than 20 year always had a great experience with the staff very professional, under staff but still very patient with customer’s,
Anthony at the front counter offers terrible customer service & the manager was no better. If you need assistance on overseas shipping this is NOT the address to go to
My package was sent to the wrong address even with mail forwarding in effect. Then I was told a manager would call me back and that hasn't happened yet either.
Missing mail, I've gotten no mail in days not normal... this is not good last month had late payments sent. Help please if I have to go get my mail I will
Always friendly and helpful staff. This is in my old neighborhood. I have a PO Box here because the USPS serving my zip code is horrible in every way.
Got over sold and paid way more than should of asked for cheapest sold me the most expensive.. was on a budget so it really hurt my pocket at the time
I don’t know the name of our mailman or mailwoman. But they are awesome. We are their last stop of route. Thank you for doing what y’all do
Employees were so prompt and friendly. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I absolutely LOVE going here to mail out my weekly or daily orders ~
Mail has been "lost" , "stolen" and put into the wrong box many of TIMES. I WILL REPORT THIS USPS POSTAL SERVICES AS OF TODAY.
I've had many many packages of all tiers come through here and I've never had any disappointment with deployment or delivery.
The man who works the afternoons was very polite and fully assisted me with my change of address when I called in. Thanks!
I been having trouble with my mail other people in the neighborhood have been stealing my mail what should I do
Very friendly people with great customer service. They require masks. Always have a good experience here!!
They're doing the best they can. It's busy, understaffed and the employees are stressed out.
Bad costumer service , employees don’t answer the phone , been calling for more the. 3 days
The old grumpy dude w the mustache at the front has a very negative attitude and acts ugly.
I've always had a good experience with not much wait time at this local Post Office Branch.
Been trying to talk to someone over the phone, nobody answers, it is still business hours
This is the rudest man ever at this post office his name anthony he should be fired
Don’t answer phone at all. If you hang on the line they’ll just hang up♀️ …
servicio muy malo realmente es pésimo, sobre todo el señor que esta al frente.
I've tried to call this location SO many times. Not once did someone pick up.
Closed…listing needs to be removed or updated for when they will reopen…
They don't seem to be organized and I lived over here a long time.
I need help with a tracking number. The manager helped me.
Employees are over worked and stressed out
Never EVER ever do they answer the phone.
Great clerks! Always quick and smooth.
