I have dealt with unhappy employees before here, no big deal but I actually am taking the time to call out this employee, Rod. What a straight up rude/grumpy person. I really hope you don’t treat others the way you treated me. This guy was the last straw for me here. Not coming to this location again. :)

I cannot rave enough about Tanya. She just started her job today and helped me find a letter that the UPS store at San Diego state had lost. She called them for me and called me back to tell me they had the letter. Truly AMAZING WOMAN. I can’t thank you enough.
