Lady at the front (Monday 2/10/2020) helping people, goes by the name of Kellie on her name tag, was very rude and told a lady she needed to come earlier and not 20 minutes before closing. She did not seem happy and had terrible customer service. She was a complainer and seemed she did not want to help people. VERY RUDE!!
Here we go again, my 3rd postal complaint in less then 2 weeks!!! I have a package addressed to Monmouth, OR. it got to Portland, then the USPS PULLS ANOTHER BLUNDER AND RIGHT NOW, 08-20-2023 IT IS IN BATTLEGROUND, WASH?? ..... and they want to keep charging higher rates?? l just won't ever use usps EVER again!!!
I like this us pistol office location, its usually not very busy, employees sometimes grumpy but helpful and consistent. I have been to a lot of different locations around Portland metro area and I think this location is my favorite. it's not a big office but it has almost everything needed to send out package.
As far as the USPS locations go, this one is pretty good. The staff is consistent, which is nice. They're helpful and they lines are USUALLY pretty short, though, I usually was just in and out checking my PO box. There were times that I saw several people waiting. There's always parking which is nice!
I've had two packages lost. They denied my claim, saying that I didn't have proof of insurance. I shipped it priority mail, sent them the mailing slip and receipt as well as the tracking number, all of which showed that it was sent PRIORITY
Paying for a post office box every six months and they have posted hours that the lobby is open on Saturdays from nine to noon. It is not open on Saturdays as they have posted which is disappointing because I don’t have access to my PO Box.
I have typically had good experiences here, but today a female employee named Vi was less than civil and annoying. I had clearly labeled the box “fragile, this side up”. Which I calmly pointed out when she began tipping it everywhere. She
Went in at 10 am on 6/24. Tried to drop off a few packages and the lady at the counter was so extremely rude and clearly hated her life and job and was taking it out on my wife and I. We don’t have time or space for people that act like
Persnickety. I don't give bad reviews, check out my other reviews! However, this particular post office employs some folks that need to be handled with delicate care. Going into this experience you will be far better equipped to handle
The post office as a whole would gets 4 stars but this review is for TRICIA. Don’t give customer attitude, and stop saying you are ‘telling me something’ cause 1. That’s a give-in since you are talking to me 2. When you tell me you are
It had been so long since I last stepped foot in a post office and my nerves were shot so bad I was fumbling everything. The lady working at the front was so patient and sweet I was in a better mood when I left.
Great service by Tricia! She was super patient and accommodating with me and everyone else in line. Went out of her way to make sure I had the correct packaging. Keep doing what you’re doing Tricia - you rock!
This post office is my favorite. The folks who work here are friendly, helpful, and generally appreciate my weird sense of humor. Bonus points since it’s never that busy and is a great location.
The place is rather old and stinky. Rundown and broken building. Not many options for stamps. Lady working there was friendly enough. Parking lot is hard to get into and out of.
“Why don’t you want govt in charge of health care?” See this post office. Miserable, totally unprofessional and expensive. This place is a limping dinosaur.
I get notices that a letter is in my box, but when I go to pick it up a week later, it's not there. They seem to lose a lot of my mail.
Every time I come in, VA what’s the workers are polite, and efficient. I need to get them done quickly.
Wanted to send an iPhone, no packing materials, and the older, heavier-set woman was insanely rude.
I was a little past closing and the sweet lady still let me send my package out. Thank you!!
Local mail carrier to 97202 is grumpy and confrontational. The 1800 number is useless.
Every time I’ve ever visited this post office, the employees are impatient and rude
I had a great time with the service here. Staffs are kind to explain and helpful.
Friendly staff. Always helpful in answering any questions I have. No complaints.
I enjoy the historical pictures of Brooklyn neighborhood displayed on the wall.
Please staff appropriately during the holidays. Looong line.
Lost two of my packages immediately after dropping them off.
This is our local Post Office. We are glad they are here.
Friendly and fast unlike other post offices in Portland
Staff friendly, especially the young-ish guy.
I really appreciate their efficiency!!!!
It's the postal service. Enough said.
