LEFT ME STRANDED AFTER THE EPIDEMIC, AND DID TO CONTACT ME TO ARRANGE TRAVEL BACK TO AUSTRALIA ONCE MY FLIGHT WERE CANCELLED, AND THEY KNEW DAYS BEFORE, I HAD TO FIND OUT THROUGH THE INTERNET AND BOOK NEW FLIGHTS OR I WOULD BE STUCK FOR MONTHS ....... NEVER USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY AGAIN.....

Never responds to there landline with the call always dropping out Tried messaging the mobile number provided when reservation confirmed and booked and no response to messages or calls Wouldn’t recommend them or use them again

Terrible and rip offs. Wanted me to pay 400 per infant and it is know that etihad charge between 300 and 350 Max. I told them to give me a better deal and they only gave me 20 off. How ridiculous
