He have excellent advice, options to consider and made me feel comfortable about the big investment i was making Earlier on when we needed an urgent small project done when a new plumbing stack was added through the roof, Olti’s crew came and took care of it urgently During our entire roof project Olti put in extra effort to do the right thing, made sure the site was kept tidy and cleaned up really well afterwards. He came up with a wonderful idea of adding a skylight to our new washroom. This scope was added and handled really well and quickly. We love the skylight Universal roofs and Olti have been the experience with a trade i have ever had and i dont have any reservations in saying it

For 18 years I have lived in my 35 year old detached Thornhill house which needed a roofing/attic job since the shingle replacement done when I moved in 18 years ago. Typical roofing quotes simply reflected replacement of shingles BUT I wanted a quality roofer to pull back insulation blocking the aluminum soffits as well as install baffles and upgrade insulation in the attic PLUS install bathroom insulated exhaust ducts to roof vents and to replace some of the 35 year old plywood (31 sheets of plywood were needed) and install better roof vents. I finally found the right crew at Universal and was not disappointed. Olti was a pleasure to work with from the estimate to revisions to every aspect of my complicated job (not simply replacing shingles) and now I am super confident in my improved heating and air conditioning and keeping the elements out over the next 25 years....THANKS, Olti ! One of the biggest challenges faced is finding reliable contractors and someone you can give access to your home with peace of mind. That was never the case with the crew from Universal Roofs Inc. Their expertise and knowledge during the skylight repair was absolutely amazing. Olti, the main guy, is a real gentleman and is never trying to give opinions based on what makes them the most money but rather, what is the best option for the work needed. We had a small leak since last year and was close to the skylight. Few roofing contractors came but said different versions of the issue. One would blame the skylight which actually was an old skylight and the other roofing contractor would blame the roof which had damaged shingles from a tree that fell on top of our house. I decided to call Universal Roofs for a roof inspection. Their report is different from others and i would say the most professional. I was shown all pictures were issues were. Finally i decided to put a new skylight and also do the roof repair as well. We are so happy we reached to them, very professional and honest!

Oltion did a great job to our skylight. We suffered with this skylight repair for so long and we were told from other roofers that we need to replace it.
