I want to share my experience so that others can avoid falling into the same trap. My experience with this dental clinic was extremely disappointing. The clinic passed a free zoom whitening to their neighbour business, Petra Restaurant which i won last month, but it turned out to be a complete scam. I called to check if I need to pay for any service in order to get the free whitening and I was informed that a checkup and cleaning session might be required. I told the receptionist that I have done my cleaning last month and that I don’t have insurance and that I won’t be interested in this gift if I need to pay for any additional service. After she checked she informed me that if cleaning is done then the dentist will check that everything is fine to do the whitening only and therefore i booked my appointment. I arrived to my appointment and was asked to fill out over 20 pages forms with my personal information. I was later seen by the dentist who said that a cleaning, checking and SOME xrays will be needed before i am able to redeem my gift!!! I asked how much would this be and i was told since i am a NEW patient the price will be $500!!! I felt cheated and deceived by the dental clinic's false promise of a free gift. The staff was unprofessional and seemed disinterested in providing quality care to their patients. It was clear that the only intention of this dental clinic was to trick people into providing their personal information and getting them to the clinic to overcharge them for other services in exchange for the gift In conclusion, I would not recommend this dental clinic to anyone. They are not only scamming their clients with fake gifts, but also providing overpriced dental care. It is essential to do thorough research and read reviews before choosing a dental clinic to avoid being scammed and to receive the best care possible.

Amazing experience! I came in for a retainer repair. I filled out the documents after being comfortably greeted by the extremely professional staff.
