Das Studienerlebnis war durch die mangelnde Leistung des Student-Services gestört. Während des gesamten Studiums war die Organisation sehr fragwürdig und Emails wurden dauerhaft ignoriert. Man bekam lediglich Antwort, wenn man eine konkrete Bezugsperson im Service erreichte - das war leider selten der Fall. Seit September 2022 habe ich meine Abschlussnote und die Note der Bachelorarbeit. Leider warte ich seitdem vergeblich auf mein Abschlusszeugnis und habe bisher nur eine vorläufige Abschlussbestätigung erhalten mit dem Zusatz: ,,Ihr Zeugnis befindet sich im Erstellungsprozess''. Nun sind wieder knapp drei Monate vergangen und alle Emails wurden seitens des Servicecenters ignoriert. Es kann nicht sein, dass Studierende und Absolventen ihren Zeugnissen hinterherrennen müssen. Ich erhoffe mir auf diese Rezension Rückmeldung in Bezug auf mein Abschlusszeugnis. Das einzige positive an dem Studiengang waren die kompetenten Dozenten, die sich stets bemüht haben. Ich konnte dabei viel lernen - Vielen Dank dafür. Lediglich die Dozentenleistung rechtfertigt den einen Stern meiner Bewertung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Die Organisation war schon seit dem 2. Oder 3. Semester eine Katastrophe. Jetzt wartet mein gesamter Studiengang auf das Abschlusszeugnis. Ich habe vor über 2 Monaten meine BT abgegeben und auch längst eine Note erhalten. Andere Kommilitonen haben ihre BT noch früher abgegeben. Bis heute hat keiner von uns ein Abschlusszeugnis erhalten, was sehr problematisch ist, da ich es beispielsweise dringend auf meiner vor kurzem begonnenen Arbeitsstelle vorlegen muss. Das schlimmste ist aber, dass auch nach mehrfachen Emails seit Wochen keinerlei Antwort darauf kommt wann und wie wir unser Zeugnis erhalten. Einige Kommilitonen schreiben seit 5 oder 6 Wochen wöchentlich eine Mail an das Service Center bezüglich des Zeugnis. Es ist eine Frechheit, dass man ohne jegliche Informationen stehen gelassen wird, obwohl man dringend den Nachweis über den Abschluss benötigt. Über meine Matrikel Nummer sollten Sie mich ja ebenfalls zuordnen können, das ist die 70048979

He has provided me with unwavering advice, professionalism, and commitment ever since I started my application process. All through the process, they were really responsive and helpful. I felt confident and supported from the start because to their broad understanding of the university's programs, admissions standards, and application processes.

Nach dem ich von Dozenten und Studienberatung zum Wechsel von Kommunikationsdesign zu interaction überzeugt wurde, wurde 2 Semester später der Studiengang eingestellt mir wurde versichert ich könnte den Bachelor doch in meinem nicht mehr neuen und inzwischen geliebten Fachbereich erfüllen können. Dies konnte aber nicht eingehalten werden versprochene Projektwochen Projekte und Workshops würden nicht angeboten und ein Kurs sollte Plötzlich das gesamte Curriculum des Semesters erfüllen. nach der versauten Projektwoche war ich so frustriert das ich anfing Kursen anderer Fachbereiche fernzubleiben. Überschattet durch tragische Ereignisse und aufgrund dieses Kosten/Nutzen Ungleichgewicht habe ich mich dann zur Exmatrikulation getrieben gefühlt. ...so viel nur zu: "where great stories begin"

During my application process I experienced a few ups and downs because of where I am located as well as certain environmental factors affecting said location. None of this was able to stop my attempts to further my education, all thanks to the fantastic work of my advisor, Soumya. She was always able to help every step of the way, making sure that the process was as efficient as possible. I am a student who has just applied to the school from Turkey and was accepted. The department I applied to attracted my attention and it was an area where I always wanted to improve myself. It was very enjoyable to work with Rekha in this process. She assisted me very well regarding the department I should choose and what I should do. She was always very understanding. Even though I had a lot of questions, she always answered my questions very well and patiently. Her analytical and understanding approach made me feel very comfortable during this process.

Gute Studieninhalte, engagierte Professoren im Kunst/Design und BWL/Wirtschaft Bereich, neuer Campus mit großen Werkstätten. Klar es ist eine Privat Schule und das sollte jedem bewusst sein, Privat heisst auch das sie sich selbst tragen muss, da investiert der Staat keine 23k€ pro Student, das muss jedem klar sein. Und auch an Staatliche Hochschulen läuft nicht alles Super um mal auf die 1 Stern Bewertungen einzugehen. Wer motiviert ist und auch mal über seinen Schatten springen kann ist hier richtig aufgehoben Studium bedeutet auch 50% Selbststudium.

First when I applied for my brother I was so lucky to had a chance meeting my advisor Mr. Mahesh R, he is a fantastic guy, so kind and helpful, helped me out through all the process. Honestly didn't expect that a process for a German University would be that easy. Now that I applied for myself too, the process and everything was same and easy to be done. My experience with the student advisory service has been very interesting, impressive and encouraging. I am so much impressed with the team display of friendly and collaborative attitude. Yet to resume studies; but we are already having that feelings of belonging. This is due to the team advisory coordinations and communications expertise. Based on my experience with this "students advisory service" team; I will love to crown the team as "students bonding ordinate" to becoming one family.

Ich bin geschockt übe einige Bewertungen. Natürlich läuft nicht alles rund, aber ich erlebe alle Mitglieder als engagiert. Im Studium muss man eben auch viel in Eigenregie machen. Das ist woanders genauso. Und nur weil dies eine private Hochschule ist, kann man nicht alles hinterher getragen bekommen. Ich bin selbst Student und habe keinerlei Verpflichtungen diese Bewertung zu schreiben, mir lag das nur jetzt auf dem Herzen!

Absolute Katastrophe. Null Organisation, Studenten werden ignoriert, bekommen keine Antwort. Absprachen werden nicht eingehalten. Aber wehe die Überweisung kommt nicht pünktlich….. Warum hier niemand die Studenten unterstützt und diese völlig ausgeliefert sind, ist mir ein Rätsel.

Selbst als jemand der vorher keine Berührungspunkte mit einem Studium hatte, ist man hier gut aufgehoben. Ein kompetentes Team begleitet dich durch die verschiedenen Schritte, um das Studium letztendlich starten zu können.

Viel Geld wenig Leistung, Proffesoren mit großem Namen und wenig dahinter im Lehrbereich. Absolutes Chaos fängt beim Stundenplan an und hört bei komplett falschen und unlogischen Rechnungen auf. Achtung absolute Abzocke!

Leider sehr teuer im Gegensatz zu anderen privaten Unis und die Kommunikation und Organisation ist eine Katastrophe! Gut hingegen sind die meisten Professoren und die lehrreichen Vorlesungen.

Tolles Campus, die Organisation könnte etwas besser sein aber allgemein funktioniert alles gut. Ich bin Ingesamt zufrieden, ich würde die Uni auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Die Uni ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Hier funktioniert nichts. Der Kontakt ist eine absolute Frechheit. Zum Glück habe ich nach einem Semester dort aufgehört zu studieren.

Studieninhalte meistens gut. Der Rest eine einzige Katastrophe. Verwaltung bekommt nichts gebacken, außer einem fleißig Rechnungen zu schreiben und Geld zu kassieren.

Guter Service, allzeit erreichbar. Für uns war Frau Naaz zuständig und wir waren rundum zufrieden! Zuverlässige Rückmeldung und umgehende Bearbeitung von Unterlagen

Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Die UNI schließt Verträge ab. Eine Woche vor Semesterbeginn kam die Absage aufgrund nicht erreichter Teilnehmerzahl für Studiengang :-(
