Good selection and for the most part nice owner. I bought a vape there not knowing too much about the product. He said the particular one is 150 regular but on sale for 75. The owner mentioned the all sales final rule which is fine. He demonstrated the vape gets hot by sticking his finger in it. I took it home and charged it that night. Tried it before bed and it didn't get past 298F and the screen dimmed as it was heating. You have to hold it at an angle to read the screen. The next day I reluctantly took it back to the store expecting maybe an exchange. I explained the unit didn't go past 300 and he took it, turned it on and sure enough started going past 300 (set at 400). As soon as it showed past 300 (315) he hands it back to me and says 'there, past 300. Have a nice day.' I go back to my car and turn it on again at 400 and it wouldn't go past 330 and again, screen dimmed. I had a look online and the same model goes for $25 American. Again the selection is fine but I wouldn't buy any electronics here. And don't trust the prices they are advertising as sales. They are exponentially marked up and don't expect the owner to stand behind the product.

I'm a first time vaper, just wanted a starter kit. The guy at the counter sets me up, shows me how it works, I go home and my unit is leaking, I take it back and he said I didn't tighten it enough (Remember he set it up), two hours later leaking again, I bring it back, he said this model does have issues with the coils, ( this is the device he recommended just a few hours ago)so he replaced the coil and he tells me he won't charge me for the coil, like I should be thankful. An hour later it's still leaking, I asked him if we could just switch it for a different one, he tells me no exchanges or refunds, I said to him, I just bought it and it's broken, he shrugged his shoulders and said for me to go to the manufacturer. So I did and I went to SMOK and the website is not user friendly, I'm just going to have to swallow the loss. This guy is fraud, just go somewhere else.

Complete ripoff, don't believe the BS sales these folks are peddling. About 4 months ago I go in looking for a new vape for my shatter. Naively I accept the 100$ "sale price" for an Evolve Plus. A month later my friends take me to Purple City, and there i find a nicer model of my pen in black for 60$. When I ran out of coils I came back to UpnSmoke to stock up, I bought 5 coils for 20$ a piece, but he took 20$ off to be "nice". After I used up those 5 I went back to purple city to see if the prices were just as different, and i find out that the same damn coils are 8$. I could've had a full set of coils for half the price as well as saved 40$ on a nicer pen had I went to Purple City in the first place. It's 20 minutes longer for me to get to Purple City, but I will never be going back to this store, not even for my Backwoods.

Worst smoke shop around! So OVERPRICED it's not even funny!! Yocan evolve plus, selling in over 5 other smoke shops in the city for 50-80 dollars [ive bought 4 total all for only $60] and they wanted $150!! And wouldn't budge! When I asked him why there prices were so high, he told me that there rent was really high, and that they were a 420 shop, not a vape shop.... don't know what that has to do with me buying a concentrate pen.... and sure looks like a vape shop from the one wall completely covered in juices and the place stinking like stale VG juice. Also making bold statements that they have the cheapest glass in the city.... laughable, most expensive I've seen so far. Thanks for wasting my time driving to your store!

I've been to a lot of smoke shops and they never really have anything that interests me. When I walked in, I was surprised with the selection. I wanted to buy everything. Ezze was a really cool guy and really made me want to buy a new bong even though I had bought one a few days ago. He had a lot of sale items and at that point, I was sold. This is my new smoke shop for all my necessities. A+ see you again Ezze.

Total rip off. The cashier knowing I was clueless about the products charged me double for a vape set and they will not refund or exchange. Checked online and I can buy two of the same thing for the price I paid for one stupid item. My husband spends a lot of money here every week but they are worst at customer service so I will rather just be shipping his stock from a supplier who will value us more

I went in looking for a bigger, better tank for my mod, hands down he did not beat around the bush he pulled one off the shelf recommended I use it. And man he was not wrong my new tank and coils are amazing! He is always polite and willing to talk about any of his product he sells. This place is now the only place I will buy from. Great deals and very knowledgeable about what he is selling.

Came in here the other day and was amazed by the selection available. I asked the man who worked there for help and he was more than willing to find what I needed. The product is amazing quality and not some cheap knockoff and considering the price you can’t beat it. Will definitely be coming here as a regular from now on.

Amazing customer service and big selection for Hookah/Shisha products. Went in looking for the ball bearing for our shisha pipe. He offered to take a look at our pipe to figure out the issue. We left also with a heat management system that fits our bowl. Gotta say, we had the best tasting shisha last night.

Went to buy coils for a vape, overpriced and he said the price was high because everyone else sells knockoffs. While I was looking at another item the store owner hid the coils behind the counter like I was going to steal them and run away. Doesn’t have much knowledge on what he’s selling.

Came in once, was very accommodating for what I was searching for. Polite and very friendly environment and easy to find. Prices very reasonable and cheaper than expected. I highly recommend this store and if they don’t have what your looking for they will help you search for it.

This guy way over charges for vape coils. $10 each or a pack for $40... that is ridiculous. I get 5 for half that at any other vape shop. All the glass in there is cheap Chinese junk, not a unique piece in the whole store. I will say the guy is friendly while he rips you off.
