Wonderful Gym with a huge variety of machines and free weights. Available Coaching (I think 2) Great smell of the place. Powerful Air conditioning. When you enter the gym from the main entrance you are greeted by 2 great workers their with a high tech security door locked untill 1 they open it for you after payment if you don't have a card ( if you only pay for 1 session) or you have a card that scans so the lock is opened if you have a membership of 1 , 3 , 6 months or 1 year or more .... There are also invitations for every payment you get ( the number of invitations differ accordingly to your membership). After that you go up to the gym by stairs ( just a few steps). Which you can go have fun in your training session and of course there is an office where coaches sit waiting to assist you in your training session. There is also an inbody machine available. And a small clinic. And a swimming pool + a small are for martial arts .

مركز صحي و جيمانزيم، ممتاز به كل ما تفكر به كلاعب رياضي تؤهل و تدرب نفسك، او تدرب غيرك و به كافية لطيف جدا و عيادة للتأهيل و مكان واسع و متعدد الخدمات مثل الجيم، ساحة اللياقة، ساحة الألعاب القتالية، ساحة اليوجا و اللياقة البدنية، ساحة حمام السباحة حقيقي ممتاز و ممتع، مع فرق عمل جميل و لطيف و ذا خبرة

Started out great but is currently slipping. The crowder it gets, the worse. The clientele are rude, hogging the mats and the machines. They don't re-place the weights and the locker room is messy. The Narkos cafe is very good though and well managed. The trainers are good, polite and helpful.

Very clean and modern gym. The physio clinic inside (imove)) is fantastic, and worth every penny - ask for Ahmed & Omar). I came from the UK to this Egyptian centre, and it rivals the expertise back home. Can't recommend this place enough for your rehab, or just general gym routine.

I tried there aerial yoga The room was too hot The AC is placed away from the training area It’s in a wrong place The pool is very tight Anyway it’s okay as it’s near place But difficult to park The class was with 200 LE with Rowan She is a good instructor

What is the purpose of the powerful facilities and equipment without respecting the customers and careless attitude regarding customers complaints.

شوية نصابين و مشغلين دكتور اهطل بتاع علاج طبيعي عشان يضحكو علي الناس و يزدو عدد الجلسات علي الفاضي و كل الي يهمهم الفلوس و بس لكن ولا بيفهمو حاجه
