Was a lot of fun, a little dingy but for the price you can't complain. My little man had an absolute blast. And I like that I was able to play alongside my son instead of just sending him in by himself. Update: Well we went ahead and got platinum membership for Lil man, me and his momma, and it really is a great deal (if you don't mind the 1 year no cancellation contract). And we've been enjoying coming as often as we can, usually once or twice a week. This time when we went though they only gave us one card for the free slice of pizza and snack, whereas every other time we were given 3 cards, so that all three if us could eat. It's a small hindrance but just seemed kinda sheisty considering we're paying for their most expensive membership. Other than that we haven't had any other issues. Still highly recommend. Update: Now on top of only receiving 1 card for snack and pizza instead of 3, they've decided that our snack privileges are too much and denying us even a bag of chips with our visit. When I first got membership I was happy with my decision but the longer I have it the more I realize how greedy the management seems to be. My review initially started as a 5 star but this constant cutting of our benefits is bringing it down to 3 stars. Fun place to bring the kid to burn out his energy, but don't believe everything they say they offer with their memberships, which apparently, are subject to change without lowering the cost. Not mad, just disappointed. Update: Had to go ahead and give them the fourth star back. Upon further investigation I found that adults aren't entitled to the food perks of membership and so I can't really dock them for it. It's still a great place to let the little ones burn their energy out, it's by far my son's favorite place in town, and even though it may not be the creme de la creme, it's grown on me. Very much like it, still highly reccomend.
I booked a party for my son in this particular location. I was so annoyed immediately walking in. I was told to use the computer to sign in. Mind you i have never been here in my life. They make it so difficult and no one to walk you through it even though i booked on line the most expensive Dimond package. When we finally got a host 10 min late because my party was booked for 1 pm we were told not all the attractions were working. Im sorry but i was charged for them so what now? Lucky the host was super great i even left him a $20 cash tip. Story short yes they did give me a discount but nothing in this location works. The kids working there don’t care if your asking them something they will ignore you. Dirty, disorganized and everything is malfunctioning or broken oh and they have no food they are always running out of everything. Wings, pizza and chicken strips burnt and they still served them to clients. Save your money go to another location.

Daughter loved the ball pit and climbing course. I ended up joining her for all activities. She was not too interesting in the trampolines - I think the layout made them easier to pass up. She's usually all about them at other locations. Good variety, good activities. Hard to supervise your small kiddo at a distance due to the layout and given that no outside food or drink are allowed I wish they had better/cheaper selections. $3 coffee when they were out of creamer and sugar. Someone was charged $6 for a small drink by mistake and the murmuring in the line was how expensive everything was for the quality. Sadly I agree. We had pizza, pretzel and a juice. I wish they had simple apple juice for little kids vs the high sugar options. Domino's Pizza is better than what they had. Will definitely go back! Will make sure everyone is fed and caffinated before hand, high ropes course looks like a blast for your older kids. Definitely worth it for kiddos 8+ yrs.
Came here for my daughter's 11th birthday. What a great value! We'd been by before just to jump but didn't do much else. My daughter specifically requested Urban Air so we came out. The kids several hours to run, jump, climb, and play- They have all day to use the facility! We added on bowling for just $10 which is a fantastic deal for the entire family to bowl. Also included in the platinum bands is laser tag. The kids (ages 3-17) had a blast with that. They get to climb and do the harness flight with the band giving them access to everything except for the arcade games. We also took advantage of the family meal deal, $25 and it comes with drinks. Very good value, we appreciated the AC and the fun. Really good Pina colada for the adults, I think they're premixed but at 13% alcohol it was well received We will be back!

Highly upset! This place is run by teenagers who don't seem to care about anything besides collecting a check. They're always out of everything at the concession stand and at times go over an hour without taking orders of pizza for no given reason. They usually have attractions you pay for not up and running which means you're paying more for a package for no reason and when asked for a refund all they offer is a free pass for a next visit. I've only continued to visit this place because I'm going to get my money's worth repaid to me by the free passes that were given to me as the result of poor service that was provided on our first visit. I'd definitely choose another place for a child's birthday party event.
The facility is really nicely built and designed for fun. However, the entire staff is comprised of teenagers who need some customer service training. My nine year old spent a lot of time struggling in the ropes course while the three teenage employees running the station socialized and cussed the entire time, rather than paying attention to the kids on the attraction. I had to coach her through it every time the tether got stuck. I’m all for teenagers learning hard work and the value of a dollar, but management needs to spend some time guiding them.

This was quite possibly the worst thing we have spent money on in the past year. Go drop $100+ here if you are looking for an experience full of rude, disinterested teenagers who are responsible for sending your kids off of zip lines and up climbing walls. I was blown away at the lack of quality of the experience for the price. I had to ask an employee to stop cursing around my children, and her reply was "These kids cuss more than me". The park put a 2-hour time limit on everyone coming in but did not offer any sort of discount, and this was not advertised prior to arrival. It was overcrowded, dirty, and an all-around ghetto experience.
Ok, it is fun, lost of options to have fun in this pace for the kids. However, employees are terrible, they are lazy, they need to be proactive. I can not believe how slow and unconcerned they are to provide a good service. Management is simply unconcerned as well, it is like “lazy town” for all employees!! .... I bought a pass which included a pizza slice, when we went to the food they asked us to wait 1.5 hours to get the pizza slice because they ran out of it. I recommend this place for kids to have fun but do not expect much about customer service, come, play, and wait to go out to get something to eat (even if you need a snack only)
Olga Escobedo, this lady at the food department makes me make the line 3 times in order to buy a pizza with the member discount. I like to fallow rules and regulations and I understand that Olga needs to see the wristbands in order to provide the discount but my daughter was playing in one of the attractions so I took a picture of the wristband and my daughter and showed to her and Olga was so rude and told me that she needs to see my daughter in front of her so I think it was something that it can be resolved easy but when someone is so hard headed is har to deal with. Good place but personal is unprofessional
Tip: They have lockers available for rental. There is a water fountain near the bathrooms. Review: Yes, adults can have a blast here too! They have snacks, bar type foods (wings, pizza, etc) icees & both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. This is a great place to have fun and get a work-out in too! They have dodgeball, the sky line, obstacle courses & climbing walls! We spent 3.5 hours here and they flew by! I liked it so much that I want to have my next adult BDay party at this place! lol I would recommend this place for families, groups of adult friends and even a fun date night!
Very fun. Family enjoys all the attractions. There's trampolines, a small bowling alley, laser tag, VR, rock climbing and more. There's lots of snacks and food to enjoy. The buffalo wings are so good, I honestly wish they came with more than just 6 for almost $10 (includes tax), then again I see why they priced it that much cause it's so good! Definitely worth the visit. If you wanna get the most bang out of your buck get one of the memberships! Thank you Ari for your spectacular work service and helping make my family's experience as wonderful as you could make it!
Had my son, and my niece and nephews birthday there this year. The staff are quite young and all over the place. But they genuinely go out of there way to accommodate most things. The attentive and cheerful staff set the place apart from the plethora of places to choose for a kids birthday party. Would definitely recommend, and to the staff Thank you for all the birthdays spent there and to come as well.

What a GREAT place to throw a birthday party!!! This south Austin location is under new management, and I can’t say enough great things about Tony, the new manager! Our table was ready. The pizza was much better than the typical party place pizza- thick and hearty! Inez, our party planner was helpful and sweet. When we ran out of water bottles, we got as many pitchers of ice water as we needed. They even threw in a free laser tag game because it wasn’t super crowded! My boys and their friends had SO MUCH FUN!!!
My kids had fun jumping and that was a cool thing. It was very crowded as expected of a place like this. The only thing I would say is that staff seemed disorganized and the bowling said that it has bumpers for kids, but when we told the staff they were not working, we were told there were no bumpers. Also the game would score you incorrectly. You would bowl once and it would give you two scores. To my knowledge you pay $60 for a broken game. And that is a waste. So don't purchase the bowling at this location.
I’m just getting in touch to check whether you had a chance to review the email I sent to you previously and whether you and your company would like to donate to our Student Council? Our community greatly appreciates any support that your team can offer. Below are several items in which our dance are planning: A photobooth: $450 DJ: $300 Decorations: $450 Food/Drinks: $400 We are looking at $1,600 in total. You’re welcome to reach out to me if you have any questions.
This is great for our grandchildren. They had a blast playing on all the games they wanted. Except when it came to the party rooms they have, which are located upstairs, they have no restrooms you have to go to the 1 downstairs, if you're handicapped on a wheelchair You can forget about going. Even for me, it was hard climbing up the stairs. The staff was good. But the building was not designed to handicap standards. But they do have parking for handicap people.
I spent 150 on the platinum pass for my kids horrible experience every thing is broke down or not working . The employees have no will to work there's maybe 10 people here and 15 minute waits in line cause the employees sit with friends are say there on break last time I'll ever spend a dollar here go somewhere else this place is horrible

My son loves going here every week most of the staff is high school kids so it's pretty chill. Kinda crowded on the weekends due to birthday parties but there is lots to do. They also have Lazer tag and bowling as well as a concession stand and they do serve alcoholic beverages. Wish they could stay open longer than 8pm but it's cool.

Nice place for kids but people there are so mean, rude and picky. They didn’t allow me to take my 2 years water bottle inside and told me she can drink from the fountain and my son should only have theirs socks. Everything should be purchased for their super expensive store that is Tripple or more from outside. Never recommended I will never renew my membership with them. Worse experience every time I’m there. Every time I came they
We had such an amazing time on this visit !!! Thank you so much Ari!!!! You're definitely an asset to this company and our family couldn't be more greatful for your spectacular customer service! You keep that wonderful can do attitude on your face cause you bring so much light to this place!!! From adjusting my son's bracelet to accommodate his needs. Thank you a 100x over and we will definitely be back!!
We went during a weekday afternoon. Get the parent's pass for 50% the kid's pass price. It's really fun as an adult to jump on the trampoline and warrior course. For really young kids (<6) just do the trampoline and maybe Warrior Course (basically Ninja Warrior). Bring cash for arcade games as each card swipe is 5 $1 swipes at that one game. Oh yeah, they charge for special socks but its not that bad.
My family could spend all day here! So much fun for all ages!! Great place for a birthday party!! Only complaint was the huge locker error. ...so I lock my items up in a locker, including my wallet of course..then had to end up paying more money to get my items out of the locker I had already paid for. Which I found not cool at all. Other than that, great place to stay inside and have lots of fun!
My kids loved this place, but the video games on site charge an extra $4.10 per transaction and when I went to ask about this, the manager Victoria was not on site and staff didn't know what days she would be there. The kids at the front didn't have someone to go to if their was an issue. Very Sad

Kids love it!!! Definitely recommend it, plenty of places to sit while the kids play. Bowling, laser tag, zip line, rope course, building high slide ((Only issue I had was the motorcycle game charged my card double and no one at the place tried to help other than telling me to just look up the company and contact them directly))

My niece got in line 3 times for the sky rider and was told by the teen boy running the ride that she was at her limit and had to wait an hour to ride again even tho it was 45 minutes to closing and you have to pay extra for a package that includes the sky rider .... it's pretty disappointing considering we often go to the urban air on 620 and have never been told this before.
Seems to be a good place as for trampoline park. But they definitely need more room. They look very busy, especially on weekends. The trampolines are so crowded that the kids literally have to jump only vertical. Other then that there lot of fun for kids.

Lots to options for kids of all ages. You do have to buy their socks to play here, like any other trampoline course. They also have a Ninja Warrior style course that goes from easy to hardcore with timers, just like the show. For the younger kids, they have a big place place with slides. They also have bowling, laser tag, and several rock walls. #urbanairsouthaustin
Coming here made me feel like mom of the year! After my husband and neighbors pulled overtime covering my busy work week, I took six kids here on a hot Saturday afternoon. Two beers for me and two pizzas for them and everyone had a great time.

****TOO DARK**** We went at night around 7pm and the playground its really dark... how can parents feel safe with their kids playing in There ? My kids are 4 and 2 years old, and there were big kids playing in there, I lost sight of them because there is not good illumination to keep an eye of your kids.. its not safe at all... there should be more illumination
Smashed my lower back because trampoline padding came undone and I could barely walk. When I told the workers what happened they didn't fix the flaw of the padding covering the metal trampoline. He didn't even seem to care.

It was busy, but not too crowded. Plenty of seating for parents. Lots of activities and things to engage the kids. The only downsides are: parking (never enough spaces) and dodgeball (on the weekends, it’s tied up in birthday parties pretty much all day).

There are so many fun things to do here for all ages! A perfect place to bring the family for a full day of fun (the VR and Lasertag are especially awesome) I recommend getting the Platinum pass so you can do a little bit of everything. The managers were super helpful & friendly. My family had an absolute blast! Thank you Tony & Ari!
My daughter took my granddaughters and I to this center, the employees are young teenagers that have been mentored well on customer service. The activities for my granddaughter kept her senses busy and her physically engaged. The snacks are a little pricey but the cost of entry is reasonable. There is a military discount also.
Everything was perfect, until we arrived with this very rude and rude woman in the photo with all the children and my children, for that reason people stop going to this place, everything else was fine, but they give us a bad time. I've been there several times and everything is perfect, but this time, we hate it
Very nice place! The only problem I had was that no one was watching the ball pit, and the kids were taking the balls out of the ball pit to throw at one another near the food court.

Staff was great, however I don't like the 2-3 hour limit thing. Prices should be discounted, on top of that a kid employee was very rude to the kids. Staff took care of the issue and gave us 6 free passes for next time. On another note never go on Saturday in the afternoon.
Both young and adult kids enjoyed it. However, I only gave 4 stars because they did not offer gluten-free or dairy-free options for their food.

Managers staff awesome my kids birthday party was excellent I had over the people they opened up another party room for me to make space I would definitely have my kids party here again it was worth all the money the experience for kids is awesome here
Its a nice place for a fun time sunday. The only thing is that just two hours bracelets are kinda pricey per person but, as I said just for a day its okay. The place is also offering memberships for everyone. Their chicken wings n pizza r good.
This place is unsafe. Had a horrible experience there. My kid got cut in faulty swing. After I notified the management that area was left unattended, risking more kids getting hurt. I'm disappointed at management's poor response. Manager on
The kids had a blast and our party coordinator was very helpful, but besides that the entire place felt extremely understaffed and we got minimal or zero help with any of the attractions that needed setup or help from the staff. Group of 6
The place was neatly spaced out. The pizza was surprisingly tasty, cold drinks, icees and cold beer for the dads like myself. Had a blast with my girlfriend and son. My son is two and didn't get hurt so the safety factor is pretty great!
PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THE LADY WITH THE BLONDE HAIR/GRAY COLLARED SHIRT SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. I’m going to be contacting their corporate offices ASAP. My Husband and I went on 03/05/2023. It was chaotic and we
We have a monthly membership absolutely the best investment especially in the summer. You get a good deal on parties too if your a platinum member. We enjoy coming and it’s big enough that the kids have enough space to run around
Manager shut down kitchen and didn’t allow food from outside. Found out after tickets were purchased. Manager wouldn’t come out to apologize or explain why they shut it down.

I bought a membership for my 2 boys. They enjoy their time here, but membership includes a slice of pizza. In the 4 times we have been; 2 times no slices, & 1 time raw uncooked pizza dough.
This place is awesome! Huge with tons of stuff to do for a four year old. Birthday rooms look super cool. Not super expensive either which was a relief. Definitely coming back again soon!
The guys in charge only care about their appearance, there is no person in charge to coordinate the employees and the place I regret having bought membership in this place
The kids enjoyed it, simple to advanced play. A little chaotic, but definitely a good place to tire a child out. Not great for very small children due to the older kids
Best place to have a Birthday party, kidz loves this place, a lot of play areas. The major attraction is miniature zip line The video games are extra charge.
Clean, big, plenty of activities to keep the kiddos occupied for hours. Lost a vívofit jr in the ball pit so be warned - wear nothing that will come off.
