I just had a recent party reservation for a deluxe on Saturday at 1:30. I was up in the front where the reservation party check in are at. Myself and staff had a hard time locating our party host... When we finally met our host ,most of our group were waiting already in our reserved room. Of course they kids wanted to jump that took 10-15 minutes figuring out if everyone got their waiver signed .. finally when all kid received a bracelet and sock she tells us that it will take until 2:30 for our pizza to be ready. I know we all wants to eat right away because we only reserved the room for 2 hours. I was told by their management that upon arrival it will take an 30 minutes for our food to be ready. I understand that's normal but our party host was completely unprofessional or unprepared for our arrival because we waited almost 1 hour and a half until our pizzas arrive. These pizzas were not ordered that day of the party they were already planned out in advance,2weeks in advance plus 2 days before our party for any modifications which I did.I've received multiple reminders to get the pizzas ahead of time so the day of the party we don't have to wait for a long time but that wasn't the case we still had to wait for a long time by the time our food finally arrive. It was almost 3:00 after we ate our pizza we had to jump into action to start getting the cake going, getting presents going and then we were force to get out of the room because it's almost 3:30pm The only time our party host really was there for us is when 3:20p rolled around she basically hanged out as long as she could so she can make sure everybody could get out of that room. Most of our time in our reservation for the party my family members were doing her own job ,by going out of the way and getting napkins ,plates, cups, and making sure all the guest had forks to eat the cake. Thank goodness we had family members who where able to help get the candle lit and cake cut. Asking for a knife to cut the cake was an extra 1.50I felt like most of the Urban Air staffs were teenagers and The managers didn't really seem to mind if they messed up because they are teenagers. Just an easy excuse to blame for the inconveniences... As a parent if you're planning on hosting your party there, it was so stressful it was not organized I was the party host and I wanted to run, hide, and cry because I felt like I wasn't doing a great job. But overall the kids was able to make the most out of it..My family members was there to help out and make this party work.everyone really tried to help me out with all that was lacking in our "deluxe package". It will be my last experience with making reservations here.
I just want to share my experience about my daughter’s birthday party here. I love our host, Isaiah, but i don’t like the management here at Urban air. Everything here is so confusing. Elevate seems to have much better hospitality and friendliness. It was so busy and i was so lost of how to check in for my party. I called days before to ask how the party works and kept getting automatic message after i missed my phone call from Urban air. There should be a sign or check in area for party group only. I was walking around clueless behind tons of people trying to check in. One of the girl was harassing me nonstop about cooler or fruit trays were not allowed. Ok, I didn’t know about the cooler since i only brought it to keep my cupcakes cool. My nieces are allergic to gluten and everything else which is served in this place so i brought fruits for them and people who don’t want to eat all these unhealthy options. All she needed to tell me is “i am sorry but we are not allowed these because they are still considered outside food. If you need help, we can put them away or help you move them to the car.” Honestly, I didn’t need the help but she was super rude. She kept pointing at my stuff and said “what is that? I need you to take it to your car right now! Those are not allowed!!” I was super pissed because I thought this place would be a great stress-free venue to host a birthday party. Being harassed nonstop was technically not on my list. I didn’t understand your company’s policy at first but a better attitude from your employees would be much appreciated. No one needs to be treated like that when they try to come to have fun. Especially, this is a kid’s place for god sake.

We had a wonderful party here, I am glad I did the research and settled on urban air. It was clean and spacious and offered a lot for the price that others in the area just couldn't match. The best part was the private rooms and the fact that even when your time is up in the room you are welcome to stay and play all day with no time limitation. The food was downright delicious, the wings are quite possibly the best I've had in Albuquerque, PERIOD. I do have a few things I'd like to request that need improvement. #1 the private room time limit. I felt that 2 hours wasn't quite enough for the price paid, you got to assume a few things with a party, the first hour is people showing up which varies, and that includes socializing while kids play. The 2nd hour can be food and cake prep, with the 3rd hour being handing out cake and presents. We had to move from private room to Public tables which wasn't the worst thing in the world but for the price I wish I had gotten just a bit more time. #2 Air conditioner in the private rooms either wasn't working, wouldn't be allowed to be turned on or didn't exist. I did see vents so I am guessing that they had it but weren't allowed to use it. Aside from this, maybe some minor improvements with making sure food and whatever goodies are provided with birthday packages actually make it to you on time and not pass through various hands. We had a good time. It was a memorable experience. The food was good and not overly pricey. Thank you for the fun.
Wish there was a 0 star option, The more often we go the worse this place gets. 1) The lines aren't organized and it's super hectic right from walking in the front door. 2) Couldn't get a locker twice already because there isn't enough of them for how many people they allow in. ( also no option for less than 3 hours of play which is 5 dollars on top of ticket prices) 3) Older children are allowed to jump at the same time as smaller children, and this is just a huge safety issue. My 5 year old got hit straight In the face ( dodgeball) by a much older boy ( 14-16) My 5 year old also constantly gets pushed over and almost trampled on ( if I wasn't right there watching him the whole time) by the older kids. 4) The staff ( teens ) are rarely ever doing there jobs( they would much rather be standing around talking to each other or other teens there jumping than making sure children aren't getting hurt or bullied by older children.. They have absolutely no adult staff that are supervisors and if they do they don't ever make an appearance to correct this awful work behavior. 5) My 5 year old loved it here until it became a jungle of unruly older and younger children with no supervision ( from parents or staff ) Get employees that are actually serious about there jobs and supervisors that care, also maybe stop being so lenient on allowing parents to just sit on there phones or drop there kids off without supervision.
I had a great time they definitely have some exclusive attractions that no entertainment facility has but the Conn's...... Their vip rooms are in my opinion not worth 500.00$ . I invited about 18 guests that I was told would fit inside one of the VIP rooms but when getting into the room it had two small tables separated by not much space and it appeared to only have enough room for about 10 people comfortably.. also paying for 18 guests did not get me any kind of discount whatsoever and it appeared as if we were charged more per person in a larger group then in a smaller group which is strange . Again 18 guests ran me around 1,200.00 + the 500.00 for the room in case anyone is interested. Also it was very congested with long wait times for almost all attractions which was upsetting, to give you an idea my kids went on 5 main attractions in 5 hours that the party lasted , they played in the open ball pit and trampolines briefly so for that money you have to ask yourself if it's worth it or not for you . for me not so much. I've since gone with just my children alone and again had a great time but if you're going to have a large party do keep in mind they do not have comfortable seating or arrangements for large parties so I would avoid it this place if you going to do a large party.
The supervisor and lady behind the counter have very sassy attitudes. I'm a veteran and my wife was paying and they already charged us. When she was giving us change I walked up and asked if they did a Military discount. She said yes but you already paid. I asked her can you void it and charge me over. She gave me an high school attitude and said yes but I need a supervisor to do it. I said that's fine. She told me you should've asked me before I charged you, with a attitude. I said I just walked up, and I don't need an attitude. Supervisor shows up and voided and recharged with the Military discount. Greatly appreciated. However, she had that same attitude when we were complaining about the lady that gave us an attitude. I said thank you, but most people thank Veterans for their servi e and she told me you don't deserve it because I was rude. I said there is a difference between rude and upset with the disrespect with the way my wife and I were treated. The supervisor game me my change and sarcastically said thank you for your service, rolled her eyes and walked away. One of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. I think they need to go to the military to learn respect!!!!

We recently went to urban air for the first time. My kids had fun and the passes I got were apparently for the day. We’ve been to Cool Springs before and have really liked it. I wanted to like urban air, they offer different things which I liked. But, it was complete chaos. There’s a four level play structure that also is part of the sky flying thing too. My kids went in and disappeared. There’s no monitoring them which I accepted and stayed nearby so they could find me. But my younger kid is still pretty small. He lost track of me and siblings and got scared. I saw a small kid, maybe three or four years old who fell coming down the slide. He had hurt his arm and he couldn’t find his family. Children were running around everywhere. Parents were wandering around looking for their kids. It was dark and loud and flashing lights everywhere. There were few workers around and many looked annoyed. I don’t blame them as it seemed near impossible to have any order. The trampoline area was very small but that’s ok with the other activities. It felt like tickets were being sold and the time slots meant nothing. The place was completely overrun. The prices aren’t bad and the kids have fun but I don’t think I’ll ever come on a weekend again.
This has to be the most unorganized place I’ve ever been to. To start they make you get on a line to pay(fine). However, after you make that like you have to make another line to get a wrist band and socks. We brought two pairs of socks one from urban jungle and another grip sock from another place. They replaced the one that was not from urban jungle and when we asked about having the other replaced they said no. MADE NO SENSE. Our first stop was the rock climbing wall. We waited about 30 minutes be allowed inside and once my children were harnessed they waited about 10 minutes to begin climbing because there was no one available to do. I wasn’t allowed in but someone’s grandfather was as. Again, MADE NO SENSE. I also guess answering text messages was probably more important. Don’t come here without baby wipes otherwise you’ll be using your fingers to wipe. We told them many times about the bathroom and their lack of attentiveness is something to worry about. Do they even care? All in all the kids were disappointed about the rock climbing they had a good time with the school other but maybe Arizona management can give these guys advice on how to properly run a place that is not cheap to come to anyways. Good luck.
Do not book a party here. I was promised a party planner who was supposed to set up my room and have everything ready. When I arrived they told me he was late. The party started at 12pm. It was 11:45 and the room still had the chairs stacked ontop of the tables. My family had to frantically set up and decorate ourselves. We were still decorating when guest were arriving. He never showed up to work and the manager ( maybe she is 20) took over a 1k party, she was just a kid. They didn't have the wrist bands and socks ready and the kids didn't receive thier bands to play until 45mins after starting! The whole process was terrible. I would call and be told different things and nobody would ever help answer questions. I've thrown so many parties and for 40 people would have been easier at home, less work. Save the money, just find a table take a cake and take the kids friends. Don't pay them money for that type of service This is what I would call they take your money one time then people realize not to go back. Terrible experience, luckily my daughter still had a great time and enjoyed her friends. Mom was irritate and dealing with the managers and missed the party
I've been there few days ago with my son. One of the employee was acting strange, i.e. crying alone and waving hands, like if he was phasing out. He was doing it when nobody was looking at him (I saw him because I was looking his direction from a lower position, and he didn't see me). So, I approached him and I've asked if anything was ok, and as response he acted strangely, asked my name and went away. At the beginning I wasn't worried about this, but then I went home and I thought about what happened, and honestly I don't feel safe with people with issues like those being around kids. I do not want to be mean with that guy, he has issues for sure but having them working in such state is not good. So, I decided to get in touch with Urban Air and I wrote them what happened through their website. Result: 8 days passed and nobody got in touch with me. I wouldn't leave a one star review if somebody would have provided me a feedback on that, but it looks like nobody cares, so here we go. If you take your kids there, just keep your eyes open.

First time there. Poor Management. I purchased a platinum pass for my child and then parent passes. The website states your parent passes match your child’s passes. So upon arrival they inform me that it excludes the platinum pass. So now I’m like okay so why was I charged the platinum parent pass price for two? I checked the website under the tab “purchase” tickets and sure enough it says nothing about exclusions. The management said okay well there isn’t much I can do but maybe I can get you back the $16 dollar difference you paid and you can get something from the cafe. I was like whatever at least it’s more fair. Then he comes back from talking with HIS manager and says he told him no, that there’s no refunds or exchanges for any reason. So basically he told me “sorry, bye.” Okay so I overpay for no reason. Then the food cafe, messes up my order. Then it’s apparently way to hard to fix it so we ended up overpaying there too. They have a lot of fun attractions. Which is why there’s a 3 star review. About half the staff are great and the other half seem to hate their job.
I had a birthday party for 9 year old on this past Saturday and arrived 15 minutes early. Her party was scheduled for 1:30 with a private room! Nothing was done and the poor hostess had to run the key to open the door. The room was not set up! Lights were off, dark room. No plates, no drinks! I spoke to Urban air 3 different times before the party. They said everything was a go! Well it wasn't!!! There is no reason for us to pay all this money and this happens. The hostess literally chased my husband Down to pay the bill! Come 3:30, they chased us out of the private room because they said there was going to be a party at 4:00. We were watching to see if there was a party right after ours and their wasn't but yet they made us get out of the room! They were late setting up etc. and it was our fault. I am calling Corporate office now! What an upset for my daughter and her friends and all the families!

This place is overpriced for the experience. It’s not so much the price but the staff is not very empathetic or kid oriented. I purchased the top priced pass for my son and I stood as a spectator. It was not very busy and I attempted to get in the ball pit with my boy but I guess the staff couldn’t tell the difference of an adult single dad trying to put a smile on his sons face to a teenager taking advantage with no wristband. We were aggressively approached by a female staff staring and screaming demanding me to get out of the pit. I get it I didn’t have a wristband but he’s five and we were just tossing balls. I pilot a very successful business operation where we have many locations locally and 100s of employees. I was formerly looking at urban air is a place to host some of our company functions, but due to the nature of the incident I would no longer be considering to bring one of our functions here.

Nice facility, at least two employees on a total power trips making everybody uncomfortable. I’ve overheard both apologize and tell customers that their manager is really difficult. I’ve been to at least 10 urban air locations across the country, and never encountered this level of policy enforcement, especially when the space is mostly empty. I watched him yell at parents for not moving their kids through the ball pit/ninja course fast enough (there was nobody waiting), I watched him make an old woman leave the bench by the trampolines because she brought over the coffee (that she’d just bought), and I was banned from jumping for wearing the wrong brand of socks (I have size 15 feet, the urban air socks don’t fit, so I always bring my own rubberized socks, has never been an issue at any other location) I don’t know if this is poor management or bad team members, but it definitely kills a fun afternoon.

I will not be going back to this place . Nor will my guests. We had the worst experience and it was our first time going . We ordered 3 large pizzas and they gave us 1. I asked for the other 2 and the lady said they must have given them away. I asked for a manager and got a kid named Juan . He said he will make them. However we already waited 45 minutes to an hour and now had to wait again . I asked if he can do anything for the inconvenience. He just flat out said no. I asked why, he tells me because I’m going to give u two large pizzas. Those are pizzas that are already owed to me that they gave away. He said oh well I’ll make them and that’s all your going to get . I asked for a manager and he told me to go find one and he walked away from me as I was still talking to him . I went to a different manager Christina , and she apologized but did nothing about it. I will be going to corporate over this, our first time going and everyone was so excited just to get treated so poorly . Never again
The attractions are great. But, I had a birthday party for my daughter a couple weeks ago and it was horrible. I thought it would take the stress away from me. Had to go get everything my self, including plates, forks, napkins because our host was impossible to find at all times. Couldn't get 1 picture of my daughter playing because I was too busy getting stuff for my guests. Who brings 7 pizzas and a family platter of wings and doesn't offer plates. I was running around all the time. Submitted my review like I was asked. Never again will I have a birthday party here. My package included balloons, didn't have them, table cloth, didn't have them and it also included a host to be available for us and that definitely didn't happen. I said to my self hey you get what you pay for and thats why I paid for the ultimate package with a private suite upstairs and it was not worth it at all. I didn't rely this to the manager at check out. He apologized.
When my family and I signed up for this membership, we were excited about the prospect of having a safe, clean, and fun place to spend our weekends. Unfortunately, our experience at the park was far from what we expected. Not only did we get sick, but we also found the park's sanitary conditions to be substandard, and the staff was unhelpful. To make matters worse, I later realized that I had signed up for a year-long membership, which I didn't mind initially, but now feel trapped by. When I contacted corporate to voice my concerns and request a cancellation, I was ignored. It's clear to me that this company only cares about money and nothing else. I urge you not to waste your money here, as you'll likely end up getting sick from the unsanitary conditions. I'm taking matters into my own hands by reaching out to corporate, local health authorities, and even considering legal action to cover our medical expenses.
I felt like the management had let their employees down. They were clearly understaffed and lines were long, which is understandable. However, I watched a young man get screamed at by an angry customer for something that he could not control. He didn’t even know who to call for help. I thought the employees were great and doing their best to handle a completely overcrowded facility. Lost children were crying and wandering around alone. A man with no children sat at the tables staring at children. My kids were so excited to go, but only enjoyed the zip line, which they had to wait in line an hour to ride while standing in a very tightly packed stair case. If there were an emergency the smaller kids would have been trampled.Definitely not worth the money, and an absolute logistical nightmare. The young staff who were patient, and kind deserve all the credit for any good that happens.
I purchased my sons birthday party that covered 10 kids and added 4 extra adults when I made the reservation. The only amount I authorized to pay for to be clear. The 4 adults had gotten their wrist bands as well as the 10 kids as my party guests who were NOT jumping arrived they started wrist banding all of them and charged me an extra 180 dollars for guests I did not authorize for or get permission to even pay for. They should of told the guest that all bands paid for were already in use and no one else it allowed to get one unless they ask for MY permission to charge my card or to go down and buy one themselves. They didn’t ask anyone if they were jumping or not just started taking names and wrist banding people. So beware and make sure your party host is clear. Let’s not forget these were all adults that just sat in the room the whole time and didn’t jump once.
I brought my three year old, and I was so nervous that it wouldn't be as good for such a small kid, but it was AMAZING! There was a TON for him to do and he had the time of his life. The very best part though, was the service. Everyone was so helpful and kind to me and my little one, but in particular, their employee Jacob is fantastic. My kid was so excited he wouldn't stop for 5 minutes so I could use the restroom and I asked Jacob if he could just keep an eye out while I ran to the restroom asap. When I came out he wasn't just watching out of the corner of his eye... he was playing with my kid! When is the last time you were that happy with a service worker?! He went above and beyond for us the whole time we were there. I will be buying a membership based on my experience today. Such a great place!
**BE THE BIRTHDAY HERO!!!** Upon entering, guests are greeted by kids whizzing overhead on a coaster-like Zipline, a sky-dive flying simulator, climbing walls everywhere, seemingly endless tube tunnel slide mazes, obstacle ball mosh pits, tricked out trampolines & adrenaline pumpin' tunes which are sure to turn up that kid-tastic energy! Let the kids jump, stomp, run, fly & (safely) crash in an indestructible enclosed entertainment environment! Then let your guests celebrate with pizza & cake! Every kid's dream party! Best part - the super friendly staff cleans up the party room (and better yet, the mess is not at your house)! Sending some serious gratitude to the fantastic birthday child who invited us to join in the fun at this phenomenal kid venue, especially on such a special day! Thanks <3!
(2023) it is still the best trampoline park in town. (2019 it opened) The best jump/ skywalk/skydiving/jungle gym in town, or in New Mexico ( or Arizona, the one here is bigger and nicer than the one in Phoenix). The membership is the best deal for kiddos, even just for jungle gym area, you can play daily without hot sun , rain or snow. The price beats any other trampoline park in town, I chose $11.99 for my little one because some activities have height restriction, it’s such a awesome price! I only need to pay once a month, not every time when I visit. I only wish they got toddler time (10am-2pm)as another place, but maybe later when they have enough customers so they can have that option. THANK you for opening this great place for kids!!! ( and teens and adults)
Kids love this one place. That’s the only reason I gave it two star. Unfortunately the service is terrible. We held a birthday party there. Usually they have a host greeting your guests and getting them checked in. We had to track down our host to get wristbands and socks. That wasted 30 minutes. Then when we needed water, I had to track her down again. She was in the office on her phone. Then we needed plates for pizza. At least I knew where to find her. And then again, I had to track her down for forks for cake. In the office on her phone again. She didn’t once check on us if we needed anything. When I checked out, the bill was $740. Their recommended tip was $100. I couldn’t bring myself to stiff her. Gave her $30. But she didn’t earn any of it.
It is a great place for children to have fun! But the only problem is there management. They don't have great customer service, and don't know how to take care of a customer issue and how to satisfy a customer. I had placed a huge order for my family to eat and I understand that sometimes people misunderstand each others order but I got sent to the end of the line if I wanted to order the item I didn't receive. As well when realizing that the fact I still haven't gotten my popcorn I had ordered. So they had to review camera before making sure the customer was right. So I asked what can you do to satisfy a customer. So I was told nothing. And it took one hour before I can eat our food at this place before they were done with there investigation....
I took my granddaughters to a birthday party today, a Saturday, and not to my surprise it was very, very busy. Too busy, so much so that the staff could not keep up with cleanliness and there was absolutely no security or monitoring to make sure people were following the rules. I was pelted with ice as I was going down the slide in the tunnel area. A kid that was attending the same party was physically attacked by another kid in the dodgeball area which in turn created a huge disturbance with the parents. People were literally throwing people in the ball pit. It was a cluster of complete chaos…I was extremely uncomfortable and left. This was my first time going and will probably be the last which is a shame because the attractions were awesome.
This place is fun but the whole place is in need of a deep cleaning. All the vents are covered in soot, dust and debris. The play areas, including the trampolines are sticky, smelly and have trash all over. The floors are dirty and needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The air is stuffy and smells like Fabuloso. I don't think anyone cleans anything because there are trash leftover from the day before in trash cans and arcade areas. The baby changing station has been broken for a while in the family bathroom and you have to notify a staff member if you need to change your baby, which they offer a roller changing station kept at the concession stand. This place is slowly falling apart and nothing is being done about it

This place is cool! WAY WAY better than Cool Springz. The only thing i will say is, there are a few of the employees that walk around looking like and acting like they hate their job. When my children walk up to an employee and ask RESPECTFULLY if they can join in on something and they ignore my child or respond RUDELY....not cool. It happened multiple times. That needs to change! But I will say the environment is good. Prices are good. And the majority of staff are pretty cool. You can tell they love their job, and the good ones will actually treat you and/or your children with respect.

This place is great! My 7 year old twins and I loved it. We spent a good 5 1/2 hours here and my kids still didn't want to leave. I recommend going Monday-Thursday as it is cheaper. I also recommend getting the package that includes two one minute indoor skydiving flights. The staff were all very friendly, and they let the kids PLAY (they aren't always interfering and telling the kids to stop doing stuff). We went yesterday, and I'm feeling very sore, so be prepared to play with your kids and get a workout in. If sitting on the sidelines is your thing, there's free Wi-Fi, a cafe, and plenty of seating... But do yourself a favor and get the parent pass (cheap) and play with your kids.
Wish I could give zero stars. This location does not prioritize health or safety. I’ve seen a little kid throw up and there was no urgency to clear the area so it could be cleaned and sanitized. Kids do things that are dangerous or not allowed and the employees don’t say anything. No one reinforces the rules to ensure that everyone remains safe. What happens when someone gets hurt? I made the poor choice of getting a membership a few months ago before I saw how awful it was, and nowhere did it say that it was a 12 month commitment. So now t’s like pulling teeth to get them to cancel! I won’t let my kid go here again- and yet they have no problem trying to keep taking my money.
In need of maintenance. I like this place. My kid loves it. However, I noticed a lot of areas that required maintenance. See pictures. A lot of the netting was torn. Areas that were supposed to be closed off had been torn open. Warning streamers were laying around. I had to alert staff to a toddler who had wandered into a closed off area alone. Also, one of the televisions above the Cafe was playing the TV show cops. So police are fighting with suspects in a children and family atmosphere? Seems inappropriate. Great idea. Just tighten up the operation. Our kids deserve to be safe.

it was really fun! My kids had a blast, but the only issue is that the activity near the playground. The workers there were really rude to my kid, he didn’t know what to do and the guy that was wearing yellow said “of course you don’t know what to do” My kid said this on the way home. I was really close going back and telling them that they don’t get paid 12 dollars a hour to act like a that to children because they came here to have fun not have their day ruin. If i encounter this again i WILL go to the workers and have a MAJOR talk and i will resubmit another review. ps you guys need to get better employees that have positive energy and won’t talk bad about little kids.
Wow! I don't live in Albuquerque and we do not have an Urban air where I live, so I did not know what to expect but this place surpassed what I was expecting! There is so much to do, and we loved that you don't get a time limit (most indoor parks like this only give you an hour or 2 where we live) so it well worth the pricing. I probably had as much fun (if not MORE) than my kids. The skydiving instructor was very knowledgeable and great with the kids, the zipline was SO FUN. We had a the best time and plan to visit this place anytime we are in Albuquerque again!

I love Urban Air great place to bring the kids. My only complaint is it's hard to drag them out of there. Even when they obviously look tired they'll still kick and scream when it's time to go. LOL otherwise it's freaking fantastic. So much to do it's hard for parents not to have fun here with their kids. Although I am disabled so when I do get him to play on the equipment I end up really sore and in a lot of pain the very next day. I do find it very enjoyable though. The prices are a little high but totally worth it. They even have a skydiving tube. There is also a monthly pass option which is pretty cheap and I think I'm going to get one for each of my kids
We had our daughters bday party here. It was ok, we didn't know the private room was so small but we made it work and it was quieter than the outer area. No room for cake and gifts because of our party size. But again we made it work. Wings were super tiny and pizza was ok. The only thing I did wrong, I let my significant other go to cashier and he tipped very low because he didn't know ur supposed to tip the party host. Anywho the host later found us and confronted us. I apologized and said my significant other isn't used to a host tip. I told her we could go up to front. She said to just zelle or venmo her so we ended up sending her $120 to her zelle.
Two of my sons share the same birthday and the older one wanted their party here. It was way to packed and way over priced! We paid for the most expensive band that gives two 1 minute sessions in the sky dive well the people before us went up late so pushed us back. Everyone was leaving and we had like 10 kids and they did not give them even a minute in the sky dive. Me myself personally will never go back. Plus the pizza we ordered was not good they were tight with all the toppings it was like eating just bread. We ordered 10 pizzas and no one really ate them. We had like 6 or 7 left was offering for people to take them home and no one wanted them.
TERRIBLE STAFF!!! Urban Air has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! How are you going to point someone to a “SELF-HELP Kiosk” that has just explained to you that this was their first time being at Urban Air and needed help ordering tickets (Also, I must mention I was the ONLY customer there at this time.) Then after ordering/overpaying for all the wrong tickets staff refuse to give a refund. I would’ve been happy to swap tickets or get a gift card if your staff would have offered to do so but instead, all I got was a attitude which further frustrated the situation This was my first and last time visiting Urban air!
My son had a birthday party here. We arrived and none of the food was ready, we had to wait an hour for it to be ready. The parties cost a lot and we were kicked out of the suite upstairs right away after the 2 hours even though there was not a party in the same room after ours. The hostess was pushy also. My son was supposed to receive a free pass to come back another day which was part of the party package and it was never given to us. A day later my son was sick throwing up. None of the staff was disinfecting any of their attractions or high touched surfaces. Staff is unorganized and have no clue what’s going on half the time.
My 6 you and I go here a lot. The staff is courteous and responsive, they keep everything clean and working (minor exception being the huge Legos that the kids gradually turned to tiny chunks). Its pretty busy most of the time, noon to 4 on the weekend can be very overwhelming. The target ages for most activities seem to be 5-14. The membership option has been amazing. We've used it at other locations on vacation and it's cheep to do an upgrade for the day if you want more access for something specific.

First time visiting and it will definitely be our last. The prices are a bit expensive for what you get but to top it off the customer service here is horrible! I had an issue at the Cafe and asked to speak to the manager who came up with an attitude and was rude, immature and completely had no sense of what customer service means. After taking my family of 6 and spending well over $300.00 here we will not bring our business back. Elevate, Main Event and Fall out will be where we continue to take our business from now on. This place is a joke!

REALLY awesome concept, pretty effective in play. Saturdays are overwhelming with kids and teens. Only had to get a manager for one set of trouble makers (older boys throwing balls at EVERYONE in the ball pit) I noticed how they have birthday party rooms set up and above the entire area which is quite nice. They have a year long membership but you can't just bring a guest sadly and it's locked in for a year. If you have more than one kill, it's a killer deal. Even with just one, we're thinking about it. I put up a video of the Experienced Skydiver showing off his moves for a party. It was pretty amazing to watch him.
5 stars of because of the facility and how much fun my kiddos have! But “General Manager “ Jordan gots to go. Beyond rude! My son has special needs, doesn’t walk yet and has a feeding tube. She mad the biggest deal about my son not wearing his wrist band, he doesn’t even wear his hospital bands when he goes, he’s not going to comfortable wearing one to play! She also didn’t understand that my son doesn’t walk and the grips at the bottom of the socks do not good for HIM. She wouldn’t walk away and stood right by us and I yelled at her to leave. I felt my son was singled out by her and wanted her no where near him!
Most unhelpful and condescending customer service I've received for a long time. You guys need to work on your customer/member service, it shouldn't have to be so difficult to help your customers sign your waivers and purchase tickets. Took me over 30 minutes to battle with your faulty kiosk and website, when I asked help from your staff I was just turned away. I was treated like the tickets were just given to me for free or something. Extremely disapointed.

This place is a lot of fun. We have a 1 and 3 year old and this was the first time we came here. Our only negative experience was this employee that was monitoring the big jumpy pillow in the northeast corner and she kept yelling at every single thing. She really ruined our overall experience...I mean yelling at three and four year old constantly. The parents were looking around uncomfortable. We left after like two minutes we couldn't stand her negative energy. Every other employee was super nice and helpful except for that blonde lady. She hates her job.
Great place for the whole family. Lots of breathtaking things to do. Be prepared to work some muscles and burn some calories, but in a fun way. Prices are reasonable, especially for the many activities you get access to. Even the food there was tasty and not expensive. The staff was very friendly, and took the safety precautions serious, very important these days. You wouldn't want to fall out of an unsecured harness when you are swinging about the place. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who might be considering a visit.
We held my son’s birthday party here. Kids had fun, we picked this place due to its many attractions. We got a private room, it was filthy and had thing’s missing from our “package”. Our party host was awful. I think her name was Paris, I’m not sure because she didn’t even introduce herself. I had to chase her down multiple times to ask for things. For the price we paid I expected more. I could have paid HALF the price and gone to Elevate Trampoline Park for a wayyy better experience. Don’t throw parties here, it is not worth the money.
Great place for kids but when i canceled our membership, they continued to charge me. When i called to ask why, iwas told the cancelation email was acknowledged and seen. However, they sent another email asking if I wanted to upgrade for a lower cost. I didn't respond with the understanding my membership was already canceled as they had confirmed. The lady said they continued to charge me because I didn't reasond to the email. That didn't make sense. I had to call my cc to dispute the charges. Great place for kids, horrible service.
This place is cool for the kids and, but the employees are extremely unfriendly and unprofessional! Mary, I’m talking about you. The one at the cafe! Very rude and very unprofessional! Acting like a thug. Our food took forever, when went to ask she tells me wait for the red light to blink, like I was an idiot. Plus never mind the fact that they’re all standing around behind the counter doing absolutely nothing!

The staff were horrible and rude. I was there with the high quality socks and non slip for my kids and can use them anywhere but the employee said I have to have the urban air ones, I asked for the reason and he started to yell with no reason and he said the difference is only the name. after that I asked for the supervisor number but he gave me the general number of the place. We hope that the manager can see my review and take the consideration to hire staff with good experiences and know how to respect the customers.
My kids loved it & had fun. I did pay extra for the zip line, skydiving, & leap of faith. It's expensive but the kids will have a fun memory. They have a cheaper ticket for the just trampolines also which the kids would have been good with. They have a small cafe with a decent selection of food & drinks. There were some staff that could be friendlier & more helpful in a kid setting, but there were staff who did a great job.

We signed up for the membership back in September on a whim... the park had just opened. We have not been disappointed! Best money spent for my kids. The staff is always really nice and the equipment is clean. Another great thing is that the bathrooms are always clean. Which is greatly appreciated being that you walk around the place in socks. The food could be better but it’s still good and fair priced. We try to come once a week which the membership is worth it at that point. Great fun!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON VIP!!! We had a birthday party for my 7 year old son. The facility and activities are great! HOWEVER, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A VIP ROOM!!! I can't emphasize that enough. Our room was not decorated as listed on website, the room was not ready and our host was non existent. My son had a good time so that was the only reason I tipped but DO NOT GET A VIP ROOM. We had better service at Elevate.

The place is great for the kids. 5 stars ++ for the employees. There are some terrific people working here. The guy that works in the rock climbing area with his hat backwards is amazing with the kids. I've watched him every time I go and inspire to be that good with children. Patient, nice, caring....The food court is crazy and the manger and her crew couldn't be any better. Hats off to the hiring team to get such a good group of people. Even the crazy front desk has amazing people.
Attractions are fun and cool for kids. But the service is horrible, from the ticket desk, to the food court and the person at the climbing wall. Food took ridiculously long, and they said I picked up an order but still had the waiting buzzer. Girl at the climbing wall could barely enunciate words, left you with zero confidence she's attaching the rigs properly. Not sure if it's the kids going into the workforce these days or just this place but it's very upsetting.
Took our 9 year old daughter and she absolutely loved it! Pricing was pretty good for what you get. I'm not giving it 5 stars only because I felt the food was very poor for the price and wait. Not expecting gourmet but what we got was terrible. Also certain areas really need better supervision from the staff as some people just let their kids run wild, which causes issues trying to use equipment. Over all I still highly recommend checking it if you have a preteen.
Great Family Friendly Park with a lot of activities for the kids! The skydiver that was inside the chute was AMAZING with the kids! He really did a great job. Paying for that experience was worth it once for the kids (total rip off for the parents because we can’t do anything), but I’d stick with the basic package and save a lot of money because that’s where the kids spend most of their time anyways. Overall my kids were super exhausted and can’t wait to go back!
I was hosting my daughter’s birthday party in their party room which was scheduled for 11am-1pm. My food order isn’t received until after 12:30pm. My guests and their kids didn’t have time to eat lunch and had to take all the food to downstairs food court to eat. I would not recommend them for birthday parties during afternoon hours of the weekend.

This place definitely has a lot to do but they make you purchase socks from them. So we did, but one pair of socks they gave us were too big. I asked to exchange them and they won’t take back the wrong size of socks they gave us. Then told us we would have to pay for an additional pair. Really? You are the ones that gave us the wrong size in the first place. We just spent over a $100 with you but you can’t exchange a pair of wrong sized socks you gave us. Wow.
Was fun but there was a lot of people, so if you don't like big crowds, they have plenty of tables and massage chairs for the adults who want to relax or wind down after playing. Yes I said playing. As in jumping, laughing, enjoying life and having fun. Food is really good too. I loved the buffalo wings and pizza. It was very good.

It’s a fun place! My six year old really enjoyed it. We enjoyed the cafe too and the prices were very reasonable. It was clean and staff spread throughout watching children. I felt that the staff could be more welcoming and provide some info since it was our first time there. It didn’t seem like the staff was happy to be honest. A business that involves children should have happy/kind workers. The changing table was broken in the bathroom.
Clean, a ton of choices of things to do, lots of tables for parties. Just a bit loud, because of the sky diving wind tunnel thing. Kids loved it! They don’t know they’re getting a workout. They are sweating up a storm. Bottled water is $1.95, so bring your own water bottle. I like red baron frozen pizzas, that’s how the pizza tastes. A bit pricey, but no more than cool springs or gravity park and with way more choices of things to do.
Urban Air is a great place to go for kids to have fun! The passes are reasonably priced, and food is good. BUT I called the establishment and asked what the platinum pass gets us and then asked is there any commitment on the memberships. They said that there was no commitment whatsoever and I could cancel anytime. Turns out that there is a 12 MONTH COMMITMENT!!! Staff should not be able to blatantly lie to customers. Disgraceful!
This can be a fun place but I do caution you from buying a gift card. I bought a gift card for black Friday and was given a receipt only. I was told keep the receipt as I would need it To show the balance for future visits. I was never given a physical gift card. The manager is not honoring the $70 balance and I am out all that money. The customer service is extremely poor and disappointing. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
I tried to purchase the tickets online with a discount and the website would not function properly. I was charged twice with no confirmation on their end. I asked for assistance at the counter and all I got was blank stares from teenage staff. Nobody made any effort to rectify the problem. I guess à full house means enough money and no need for any more customer satisfaction.

Unique place, but their check in process needs a lot of work for better efficiency. Waited almost 45 minutes just to get checked in and get the socks required. Everyone walking in was confused on check in too, I spoke with several while we all tried to figure it out. No distinct lines, signage not good to direct customers. Hope they observe and figure out a better system. We spend way to much time just trying to check in.
This place is cool and all but the parties are a scam. You invite people to the party and then hand out bracelet to everyone regardless of what was paid for and then charge you after the fact. Without the consent of the person who is paying. That seems pretty much like a scam to me. 6 extra people got bracelets at our party and they charged us for 14 extra people. Never said a word to my daughter or her husband!! Scam!!
Overrun, overcrowded, understaffed, & poor management. I witnessed a physical altercation take place inside and continued outside of entrance involving many people. When I asked management if participants would be asked to leave, she was rude and almost offended that I asked such a question. I was concerned about the fight continuing, to which my concerns were not addressed. Would not go again and would not recommend.
Overall it was a fun 2 hours for my kids. I saw another review about rude staff, and I couldn’t agree more. Staff just sits in a chair in the corner, not helpful in the least. Very short tempered and just unhelpful, especially for kids younger than 7. If you have little kids I recommend saving your money and going somewhere they won’t get plowed over by teenagers. Go to explora or Electric Playhouse instead.
This is a great place for kids of all ages. They have a lot of fun obstacles such as skydiving simulator and a zip line. Other cool obstacles as well. Their website is informative and easy to use. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The young staff were not the friendliest and so don't expect service with a smile. However, they were competent and seemed good at their jobs. Would definitely attend again.
We decided to throw our 4 year old her birthday party here since she loves coming to urban air. Jordan was our party host and she was very nice and attentive! Everything was great the pizza didn't take long at all ! The room was decorated very nice as well! We definitely had a great experience and so did out birthday girl as well as the guests would definitely recommend Urban air for your next event!
Two years in a row we've set up large events for our church camp, and both years the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous! They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed! We'll continue to make it an annual event! Great value for what we paid, tons of activities, food, and fun!

This was not a fun trip this time, Some staff were super rude, frustrated, and truly unhappy with their jobs. It's a family place, and i understand kids can be a handful. However, if you're unhappy with your job, then you shouldn't be working in a family establishment. We travel far just to come to urbanair.

Our family enjoys going to Urban Air 2-3 times a week. This place is always clean and maintained well. David the manager is always super friendly and keeps an eye out. He has built a great team and keeps the experience super awesome for everyone. Christine the Cafe lady always delivers fresh food quickly to the customers and is always super friendly and keeps her cafe clean. Thank you sooo much!
This is the 1st time I've ever been here; went to a birthday party for my grandson. It was awesome! I really did enjoy it. Their pizza's taste really, really good. All the employees were so nice and considerate, the Hostess my daughter had was exceptional. I wish I knew her name. Their bathrooms are kept pretty clean. They do have access for wheelchairs. So much fun and a lot to explore here.
Was ALOT of Fun! Worth the money. Lots more to do then the other average trampoline places. Plus they have the parent discount who gets 50% off so they get to do what the kids get to do. For my son and I it was only $58 with no time limit. The staff was REALLY NICE. My locker ran out of time and the lady opened it for me no problem. The pizza was reasonably priced and actually good.
Albuquerque NM staff bully young children. Told several children the zip line was broken. Got them strapped in and told them hopefully they don’t fall. When approached manager Christine she said she would call general manager. She came back and said nothing could be done but that the girl and boy staff were spoken To. No refund was issued. Nothing to rectify the situation was done.
Sooooo much fun! Lots to do, reasonable pricing (snacks are pricey), and the staff was very friendly and nice. The only downside was for the staff. Too many kids, not enough workers. One guy was doing the job of 2-3 people. He did awesome though. Kept his composure, made sure all the kids were taken care of, and multitasked like a pro. 10/10 would come here again and recommend.
I’m one of the parents that was with the birthday party. Very upset, our kids were threatened by the employees on the zip line, telling the kids they weren’t strapped in right and they were going to die. The Manager, Christine, an extremely rude lady, refused to even apologize. The kids were in tears. I’m livid! Save your money, wish we would have went to main event next door.
My son got stuck on the zip line. Twice. He was terrified up there and they had to get a broom to move him. Carlos, the manager, said it’s because my 50lb 7 year old pulled to hard on the ropes. The ropes that are there so you can hold on!!! Ridiculous. The guy should have apologized and tried to make it right. Instead he makes excuses and says it’s the kids fault.
Cool place for the kids to jump around and have some fun. Just don’t order food because the kitchen staff sucks. Waited over a half hour, didn’t get my order and talked to another customer who hadn’t gotten his food either. Ended up getting a refund. Thankfully I didn’t have to wait as long for my refund, so I guess I’ll give them a little credit for that.
Had my grandson bday party there. Kids had a great time as well as the adults. Was not happy with the amenities that were advertised when we reserved the room and was even more let down with the way the staff person who charged us tried to blame us for them not providing what they advertised. My grandson had the best day, so I just paid and let it go.
I didn't participate because I am older. I went with my son and grandson and they loved it and I enjoyed watching them and video recording them. They especially loved the zip line and the sky diving. I had never heard of this place. My son was here for a weekend from Idaho and he Google it. He is a parameter pilot and skydiver so he really enjoyed it.
Great place for family fun or bday parties my family and I had a blast can't wait to go again. Prices are reasonable and staff is great. We went for my nephew's bday and it was awesome I would definitely be taking my kids again and would highly recommend this place for some family fun and don't forget the fun exercise you get in at the same time
This was a nice early day field trip. My daughter was so excited. She didn't even spend time with her friends she went wild, nothing but an all-out play day. We topped our day with an ice cream treat. The staff was top notch they were willing to talk to me about operations and extra services for birthdays. Thank you guys it was a nice day
My kids love comeing here however i think a staff member should be at dodgeball due to making sure no one gets hurt. my son accidentally hit a older child in the face with ball the manger was so rude to my son and my 20 year old daughter. This please is suppose to be welcoming i cant beleave how the manger treated my son.
It is a really fun experience. My family really enjoys it but be forewarned, if you intend on going with the monthly membership, it is a contract for 12 months. Also, anytime you add a new member it renews the contract for an additional 12. The website isn't transparent about this. Make sure and read the fine print.
Really bad food. Wanted to bring in our own pizza, something edible. Offered to pay Urban Air for two of their pizzas just to bring in our own. Logically a win/win for them. They refused.

I can't wait to come here with both of my friends! Me and my friends are planning on coming here and they seem like they have a bunch of games and activities to try out! I think this is a great place to spend time with your friends or family or both, they seem very exciting to try every activity.
Awful staff! Told kids riding the zip line that they hoped they didn’t fall. Told kids the harnesses were broken and hopefully they had one that worked. Horrible attitudes bullying kids and the assistant manager Christine was horrible and unapologetic for her employee’s behavior. Disappointed!!!
Party nightmare! Nonrefundable deposit, no one will call you back and no one can give you info about the actual location of the party. Once you book don’t plan on making any changes or wanting any info! Very bad customer service!

Visited for my grandsons party. Two staff made all the children in the party cry. They stated the zipline was closed but hopefully they dont fall and injure themselves. manager christine didnt do much to rectify the situation. no refund or apology. Very unsatisfied with the experience
My friend had a party. Our host was horrible. Had to get our own forks for cake and pretty much clean up ourselves. She rushed us so she could go home because she works all day and night smdh. For 400 bucks I'd rather save my money. Glad it wasn't me over paying for nothing.
Amazing place to take the kiddos, takes over 40 min to get a pretzel, lord forbid you get nachos. Very understaffed, way too many young adults with a lack of snap..... On that note what's the purpose in having to pick a certain time when place is clearly overcrowded.
Great place to take the kids. You can partake inthw fun and enjoy the activities or let the kids play & find you 1 of the many massage chairs or desks around the facility and set up your laptop & get some work done.

Staff is incredibly rude especially for parties. A manager was cussing in front of kids. Bathrooms were completely trashed. It a real bummer because this place would be great if the staff weren't completely apathetic to any issues you bring to their attention.
Never had a bad experience until this weekend. I went with a bday party and was told I needed to purchase a parent pass for child under 5.. I wasted my money. I didn't end up using it and I asked for a refund or a credit was told that wasn't possible.

Lots of fun for both kids and adults! The zipline seemed to be the most popular attraction, but it can have a long line at times. Climbing walls were really fun too. A good way to get some exercise, but upper body strength is definitely recommended.

Fun place .. seemed a little crowed .the snack bar line was very long with only one employee.. she seemed to be over it. I felt sorry for her. There were lines on every timed apparatus. This business seems to manage controlled chaos pretty well.
Fun place for the kids to play. Horrible pizza and wings. And the prices . Better off just buying a trampoline and 4 large pizzas from Dion's honestly.
