Wow, this place is really awesome! When I decided to take my kids and nephews here for the last day of my nephews' vacation, I thought it was really expensive but figured we would make the most of it. And boy did we! We ended up staying for 8 hours, but there's so much to do that we weren't even ready to go home when they closed! Even though it was still very expensive, I feel like it was totally worth the money (and I'm usually very cheap). There was something for every age, from my 1-year-old to my 60-plus dad. Surprisingly, the trampolines are the least exciting attraction these days. This location has bumper cars, a wipeout game, 4 Ninja warrior courses, dodgeball, basketball, a pro trampoline area where you can do lots of flips, an extra large tubes area and various other things. They have a rock climbing area with five walls, a totem pole circle where you climb on top of the poles and jump off, and a really tall leap of faith tower where you stand on a platform and jump to try and hang on to the punching bag type thing and then fall down. The high ropes course is pretty fun with lots of ropes obstacles. The first time I went on it with my 8-year-old, I was nervous, but the second time I ended up running through the obstacles, lol! The sky rider is super fun! It's like a zip line that hangs from the ceiling. If you just walk off of the platform it's not too fast until the end, but if you get a running start, you go REALLY FAST and it's super fun. I was a little sad that my 4-year-old wasn't tall enough to go on this attraction (48"), but at least he was tall enough to go in the rock climbing area (41"). They don't allow any outside food nor do they allow reentry into the park that would enable you to go out, eat and return, so we ended up eating lunch and dinner there. I was pleasantly surprised that the food is actually pretty tasty! The mini dog platter is a value deal, with 12 mini hot dogs for $20. The funnel fries are SO yummy! And the pizza was also fantastic, although expensive at $15+ for 8 slices. Urban Air has definitely evolved over the years to include lots of different activities. And it's better than a theme park even because it's all air conditioned, lol! I would prefer to catch tickets on a deal next time so I don't have to pay so much for entry, but even at full price I feel like if you stay and play all day it is worth the $$$.

My kid has his 8th birthday party here. Let's start by saying it was very nice! The kids had a blast is the only reason why I'm giving it a 5 star rating. If you decide to throw a birthday party here please note that you must sign waver first. I think that should be done as you book the event instead of as you arrive it's a waste of time since the party is only 2 hours. The pizza we received was burnt. Our host acted immediately on it and got us another but by the time it came the kids went to play so we wasted a whole pizza. Our guest didn't know where our party room was because they didn't have his name on the door just like they did the others rooms. It's as if they weren't ready for us to be there. I requested it but it never got done. I was able to set up a whole snack table and gift bag table. The host brought me extra chairs for parents as I requested. They only provide a few napkins, plates, cups etc. No silverware was provided so I advise you bring your own. The TV they allowed us to use which made it awesome. We played kids bop and party songs it was great. For the glow in the dark I expected lights out and the place would glow in the dark all they did was turn the lights out and give us glow sticks in our room. Which I could've did. Besides I provided glow toys in all goodies bags. They did kind of rush us to pay and leave out. Did not know that they closed at 9pm super early. We had an Ultimate party package and game cards are not included. The kids socks and wrist bands kept falling off in ball pit and they weren't able to ride some of the rides since we had to chase down the host for a replacement bracelet.

Fun attractions for the kids but staff were super rude and unhelpful. From the moment I walked in they were unwilling to help when I was having issues getting their card reader to work. I had one staff try and make my kids get out of the area when they had been waiting in line and a bunch of other children pushed into the area and cut in line. My daughter went to do the ropes course and was doing fine untill she got scared and started crying. Wearied to help her through it from the ground for a good 10 minutes before I finally got the attention of a employee working the bumper cars, he told me the guy up at the ropes should be helping I sold yeah well he's not. About that time the manager came up and started yelling at the guy working the ropes to pay attention and help my kid, I tried to speak to the manager and he completely ignored me even though I know he heard me as I was standing directly behind him and was loud when trying to get his attention. Also we stood in line for one attraction for around 30 minutes and the guy kept letting people out but no one in and seemed to think the situation was funny. Overall will not be back to this location, there is another much closer to my home where they were much more accommodating for the 300 dollars i paid for our group to go and have a good time.

So this was my first time going to any type of Urban Air. Not a great experience. I went for a birthday party. The host seemed bored and ready to leave. One of my pizzas had a hair. Some of the staff that I encountered just didn't seem friendly. I had just finished the obstacle course and took my harness off to return it. There are 3 people standing, and I tell them, "Here you go." Idk if they were chatting or what, but I stood there a good 20 seconds (at least if felt like) waiting for someone to take my harness. One of the people literally looks at me and continues to ignore me, not even letting the 2 people near him know I was there (if they didn't know already). If you're busy, at least say 'hold on' or something. Then, when they're done doing whatever, one guy just takes my harness and leaves like nothing happened. The whole thing was just awkward and came off rude. I don't do reviews often, but if I do, it's something worth knowing. The three stars are only for the variety of things they had to do there and the free socks, lol. This is lengthy, but hopefully it helps.

Kids loved it, but you have to look at it from a parent stand point also. They did a great job with making sure everyone was having "fun", but they used an extremely huge amount of cursing by the staff(sky ride), and horse play, spraying each other with the spray bottle while putting harnesses on at sky ride, which also got in my sons eyes. I would think this is a attentive spot to be in by the staff, I mean safety is a huge deal and that waiver is not a free pass to slack up on the safety of our kids. Not to mention the staff member up there sleeping, yes, I said sleeping. Then there was the bathrooms, and urine all over the floor, and toilet paper on the toilet seat. They did have hand sanitizers placed throughout the facility, I found only 2 that had any in it(we were there when they opened)and none were changed out. But other than that kids had a blast. And the young men working the concession did amazing job. Since my kids had a great time and the guys in concession I'm giving it 2 stars conservatively.

They need to figure out the staff situation here because it is terrible. Almost everyone today from opening to now is like 15-16yrs old. Also staff members are so uninterested to work and have whole casual conversations mid work task. For example, i was trying to order 3 drinks and waffle fries and the cashier was taking my order while looking at some friend next to me and having a full conversation. To no surprised my entire order was wrong, and i had to repeat myself 3 times as the staff member WAS STILL just casually chatting with other people around me. I felt like i was being punked and secret cameras were going to come out. And this is just at the food stands not to mention that lack of attention to kids playing in the areas, parents were having to solve problems on their own with no help from staff. Lastly, there were no adult staff members on duty to talk too. No managers in site. I just couldnt believe how poorly run they were today. Steer clear and take the time to go to the urban air on harmon rd.

If you're considering a membership at Urban Air Trampoline Park, I highly recommend against it. My experience with their membership agreement was incredibly disappointing. Not only did they remove attractions from my tier without any warning, but they still expected me to adhere to the original membership terms. This meant that I was paying for access to the park, but not necessarily getting what I initially bought into. And to make matters worse, when I tried to cancel my membership, they wouldn't allow it. It was frustrating and felt like a complete waste of my money. Urban Air Trampoline Park's lack of transparency and failure to honor their membership agreement was a major letdown. As a customer, I expect to receive what I pay for, and their unwillingness to provide that left me feeling cheated. It's simply unfair to remove attractions from a membership tier and still hold customers to the original terms. It's a bait-and-switch tactic that left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of.

We have been to multiple urban air locations this one was by far the worst experience. We had my daughter birthday party there, we showed on time our table wasn't ready for us we rarely see our host we had to chase her down for every little thing like plates, they never put the balloon centerpiece at our table, waited all day for our food order the wings ordered at the time we booked the party arrived 15 minutes before the party was over after I told them to cancel them. The young man told me he couldn't remove it from my bill. The manager had an attitude they laughed to our face and weren't even apologetic. The day was chaotic for them I imagine but no professionalism. We didn't receive any of the service promised in the kids birthday package no guidance . Decorations is not included, favors not included that's a scam and no one would tell you what's included on that birthday package or what the kids can do. This place is a scam

Maiyah was my party host last weekend and she did an amazing job very very pleasant and such sweet and respectful young lady who I would definitely recommend to anyone for your party host. She was very attentive to the children first as well as the adults. It was such a pleasure meeting her. Keep up the amazing work Maiyah my family thought you did an awesome job as well. So yes I say keep being you and continue to shine it’s a natural for you and it definitely looks good on you, all I can say is that you were born to be a leader and if you’re not then urban air she definitely needs to be considered for one she has so much control and authority you are a superstar in my opinion and the park was nice and clean I felt comfortable and the kids really enjoyed themselves. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The manager Tucker and Ms. B were great as were the other staff there today 10/01/23. Helped manage a difficult situation from a group of people that weren't following the rules and when addressed they were disrespectful, disruptive, harassing, spit on us, threatened to beat me and discriminatory behavior towards me and my family. Just overall upsetting experience but no complaints about the staff, the manager tried to take control of the situation best he could. My family just decided to leave and go somewhere else because we felt unsafe. One suggestion would be to have actual security there to deal with disrespectful, misbehaving people as they weren’t following the rules nor respecting the manager. Unfortunately won’t be coming back here.

Update: Carmen, a manager, reached out to me for intel into the matter and offered incentives to give the club another chance. My review may change after another visit to see the implementation of the changes. Management is terrible. My son has a membership at another location and has an enjoyable experience. I purchased a membership at this location because it has more attractions. Leah, the cashier was extremely sweet and helpful. Other worker weren’t identifiable by wearing the company’s uniform and used foul language around the kids making them uncomfortable. The cafe didn’t have any pizza sauce and we were told pizza could not be delivered causing the kids play to be halted which ended up being fine with them because of the staff’s behavior. I hope corporate will allow us a refund because we don’t want to return.

It was my daughter’s 5th birthday. Her father couldn’t attend due to death in the family. It’s his first time missing her birthday party. Then an hour before the party started I had cancellations. I was emotional and crying walking into Urban air, but I was greeted by this sweet spirited lady Ms. B. She asked if I need help and started being the best hostess I have ever had for a party. By the end of the part we were exchanging life stories and laughing. I got a chance to interact with the manager which was very professional and outgoing. We had a great time at urban air. We will definitely visit again. This was our first time and this location and it will definitely be very memorable.

I had to make sure to write this review correctly since I didn’t have time early but the party host angel that we had was completely outstanding for are daughter’s birthday party tonight and angel maintain a stable balance with are request throughout the entire party. but the most important thing I would have to say is, the fact how angel was extraordinary detail with the information he constantly gave us about which was what attraction we can and can’t go on, how many kids we had and how much was each price for the wristbands, set up time for are pizzas with are delicious wings, and help us service the pizza, wings, drinks and cake as well. If I ever but I mean EVER have a party again here, I would love to have angel as are party host again! Thank you so much angel and keep reaching your dreams!

When I say disgusting, I mean DIRTY GROSS NASTY! Overall this place would be 5 stars, however everything is so dirty it looks like they have cleaned the play areas once since opening. I was I was exaggerating, but I’m not. My husband and I both went on everything with our 3 year old and it’s so gross here compared to the other local locations. Owner, manager: YOU NEED TO FIX THIS! Here is a photo from the bottom of the slides, I wish I had taken more! Owner needs to step up and make scrubbing this place a regular routine. Side note: There are no adult managers or employees, everyone is underage. They have a rule posted no dropping off teenagers, however unsupervised teens were EVERYWHERE! Teens hiding doing.. things.. AT A CHILDRENS PLAY PLACE! Owners and management need to do better here!

Horrible experience. Brought my two kids here and my parents to celebrate my sons fifth birthday. No big deal, just some fun. It was pretty over ran, but that was expected since it was Saturday. HOWEVER. The attractions just were not being attended to. We couldn't hardly go on anything because nobody was watching. The few attendants who were there were doing nothing and were rude. The cube pit where you knock other people off had like 15 kids in the cubes and kids were literally getting hit from falling children, but she wants to say something about my son being in the ball pit? There was not even other kids waiting. I spent 200$ for my kids to get knocked around, not be attended to, and it was overall a huge let down. Tye other locations have been great, this one? I'll pass.

My little ones had an absolutely marvelous time! The establishment was pristine and well-maintained, and the entire staff was beyond accommodating. However, there was one individual who stood out amongst the rest - the illustrious Royal. Her service was nothing short of exceptional! She took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options and even went above and beyond to steer us towards the most fitting choice for our family. Her demeanor was warm and welcoming, and the children were absolutely smitten with her. They couldn't stop raving about how kind she was! Needless to say, we will most certainly be returning to this location whenever we're in the area.

We had my sons birthday party here and it was pretty awful. When we got there, the bumper cars were running. Before our kids get on, we were told they had to shut down to charge. 4 hours later, they were finally charged but just as we were leaving. Pretty disappointing. But the icing on the disappointing birthday cake, was when we went to use the zip line but the associate would not help us because she refused to get off her phone! The young lady was actually sitting there just scrolling through tik tok! (See visual proof) When we brought it to the attention of the management they just said, "sorry" and took our $500 for the party! Needless to say, we won't be going back to pay for attractions we can't use!

Went today for an afternoon of fun. What we found was a filthy facility, parts shut down and terrible customer service. The entire place was dirty, which it’s a play place I don’t expect it to be spotless with kids all over but this was just no effort to clean up. We spent quite a bit on the ultimate package for the spin cars to half way work, ropes course be closed and the employees working the leap of faith and coaster be completely unhelpful and rude. If we ever try Urban Air again it will most definitely not be this location. Very disappointing.

Party scheduling was seamless. Food was fresh . Slightly off put by the increased temperature in the 'VIP' suite. Hostess Jada was personable, attentive and able to handle high levels of stress. Tended to the growing party size with ease. Gentlemen who brought the food (Moses) was friendly and super helpful. Would highly recommend these two and this location again. We visit Urban Air often. We became members because of past experiences and it's convenient location. But for some reason on yesterday it was very hard to get assistance from an employee on several occasions. We had to wait for someone to help with the bumper cars, the snack bar and to get game cards. I literally had to walk to the office to get someone's attention. Other than that, we always have a great time here. We remain understanding because of the pandemic and its toll on businesses suffering with employee retention. Just be patient if your visiting and experience the effects of a short staff. The kids still love it!

We had a tween BD party here. Our party host, Maiyah, was amazing! Communication was excellent, even when adjustments had to be made. It was easy and enjoyable for us as parents, not just for the kids. They were short on the BD kid shirt and the gift bags that we ordered. They more than made up for that with arcade gift cards for all the guests. I have no hesitation in booking another party at THIS Urban Air location. I would not say this about all of them. This location knows how to do it right.

Where are the grownups, man? Just visited and my toddler walked right into the ropes course harness area where the door was left wide open and not a staff member was to be found. He climbed half way up before I could get to him. I brought him down, closed the door which didn’t latch, and looked for a staff member to let them know the attraction was unattended. When I finally found a staff member they said they were going on break. He didn’t seem bothered. This place is run by kids. It’s chaos. I tried to call and speak with a staff member any it hangs up every time.

We had our 5 yr olds birthday party here on a Saturday. Fun place for kids and even the adults. It's a bummer they don't allow you to bring outside food/drinks and have limitations on what you are suppose to bring in as far as cake and such. We paid for the top tier party that included a "private host" ours wasn't too hands on...didn't do much. It was pretty packed but even with the amount of kids running around there was still enough room. It was a good experience and we will most likely be back for the kids to play again, but not sure I'd book another party here.

We were there last Friday 02/05/2021, my 8-year-old son loved it! This was our first time visiting an Urban Air Adventure Park location. The staff was super nice and friendly. The Young staff members were extremely helpful, fun, and at the same time very professional. I want to thank the two young Team members of my nephew's part Jamaika & the young man who oversaw our party. They did a superb job! I'm planning on hosting a party for my son there and I live in the Dallas/Garland area. My son left super happy that night. Great job! Thank you!

An extra star for how fun it was but the place was really dirty last time I went. I went in 2021 and when I walked in the floors were pretty dirty. The restrooms were AWFUL! Toilet flusher things gone missing and there’s more to that so yeah I don’t want to say the rest of it. Also their zipline I don’t recommend because it hurt me pretty bad. Anyways! The fun part was the ball pit! It has an obstacle course but was surprisingly really clean compared to other indoor play places.

Alot of fun. Parents if you wanna play too you pay half the cost of your child's admission. The arcade games are a bit pricey and so is the food. Bumper cars only has 2 cars working but like 10 in the ring. Thought that was weird. Could've had more employees stationed around the building. Everytime we wanted to switch something if they had to man it we had to ask for someone to help us and wait for them to get there. Overall a great experience and I will be bringing my son back!

Today my son and I visited this location and had the best time. The manager, Nick, was great as was the associate Damien! From check in to interaction with the guests, both were attentive and full of joy! Although the overall staff were few, they all worked really hard to ensure each attraction was available to experience and ensured cleaning was performed throughout our 2 hour stay as well. Appreciate your efforts and my son enjoyed his outing so Mission Accomplished!

Great fun for my daughter and to my astonishment me as well. From moment we walked through the doors it was such an extremely wonderful experience. Very fun place! Lots of fun for a 3 year old with the Deluxe package. Staff was very friendly and music was not too loud to overestimate our son. Was not impressed with the amount of dirt, dust and trash that was throughout the playground area. You can tell it has not been clean, wiped or sprayed in a LONG time. Would love to get a membership, the prices are great. But I can't get over how filthy it was where my son is crawling through.

The staff at the desk is friendly but the young men that staff the rides are very rude and not interested in the safety of the children. The young men were more interested in the Cowboys game that making sure that the party guest were harnessed properly. The young man at the bumper cars was EXTREMELY rude to not only the kiddos but to me as well. With no one in line …h actually made my kiddos walk around the gate to go a second time???

First time to an Urban Air and disappointed by this one in Ft Worth. We came as soon as it opened, and paid for the ultimate but had to wait 30 minutes for any of the ultimate rides to open after asking about it. Just felt it was small compared to other trampoline parks we have visited and enjoyed. Also the staff did not seem very happy to be here. My 13 year old enjoyed it for a little over an hour and was ready to leave.

First off, this place is just filthy. We have been here multiple times, and it’s always filthy. There is caked up dust on top of every surface, every single matt is covered in black grime that looks like they haven’t been cleaned in months. The staff is completely indifferent, and act miserable. It’s crazy to me that it cost over $50 to bring my child into this horrendously dirty, contaminated environment.

Fun activities for young kids. My 18 month and almost 3-year-old love it. Great AC. Never hot. Okay amount of seating for parents. Trampoline section is well maintained and clean. Minus one because the huge play structure is pretty clean but probably could use a deep clean every once in awhile. Lots of dirt and grime.

I just got back from taking my 5th and 6th grade to UrbanAir SW Fort Worth. We are from Walnut Springs ISD and we had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Another school with over 100 kids showed up and hadn't made reservations. They worked it out and let them come in, but paid extra special attention to our kids. I can't thank them enough for making this day special for my kids.

We celebrated our daughters 10th birthday in a private room, the staff was very friendly and attentive. We had a great experience!! The pizza is amazing. I was expecting cheap food but was very surprised at how good it was. There’s so much for the kids to do, their favorite was the spinning bumper cars. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Urban Air for making this birthday party a breeze!

We arrived at 10:30am so all this trash must have been leftover from days before which means they do not clean when they close. Absolute filth everywhere. Looks like they haven’t cleaned it since opening. Staff just chillen on their phone. Won’t be returning.

Urban Air is a great place to take the kids. However, the staff is very young and under educated on proper customer service & safety standards. They make you sign a waiver, because some of the rides are very dangerous for adolescents if safety equipment isn't functioning or used properly. Long story short: pay attention to you kids and don't rely on other people to do it for you! lol

We went for my son’s 13th birthday and he had a ball. It wasn’t crowded at all because the winter storm had just passed through that week. But it was perfect for us and I’m glad they were open. I especially enjoyed the fact that they provided free guest Wi-Fi and plenty of outlets. I brought my laptop with me and let the kids go play for hours while I took care of a few things.

What a cool place to let the children run free and conquer some fears at the same time! Definately worth the money spent. Just wish the food was better. The pretzel was hard and the mini melts seemed like they had melted before and then refroze. Staff was friendly though and even the adults can participate in the fun, of course to the extent that their body would let them!

Pretty cool place. Went for a friend's child's birthday party. Our kiddo had a blast. Seemed to he a lot to do for kids & adults. My only issue was cleanliness. The outskirts around the ball pits were pretty dirty and not just from that day. In today's world, everything needs a deep cleaning at least once a week and daily on sanitizing efforts. It could be more clean

I just want to a give HUGE compliment to Angel. He hosted my son’s party 12/4/22 and did an EXCELLENT job. He is knowledgeable about the policies, did an excellent job training a fellow employee, answered every question I had and made the party go seamlessly!! I have had parties at multiple Urban Air locations EVERY YEAR and this was by far the best experience!

Soooooo dirty, overcrowded, and park rules are not being enforced. People were walking in their shoes in the jungle gym. Jungle gym was full of dust and trash. My toddler was almost crushed by teenagers wrestling in the 7 and under section. Not one staff member greeted us with a smile. The biggest issue for me was the lack of cleanliness and upkeep.

As a father of 2. This place is way overpriced. For my 5 and 6 year old to climb a rock wall and have access to the basic play areas it cost $30 each. My suggestion is to allow the rock climbing at the $20 price (deluxe). The employees are also young, with little experience and patience with children. My kids do enjoy the fun they provide.

The kids loved it but I feel like there was kind of a lack of employees my son was on the high-rise obstacle course and when he was done he had to wait for somebody to notice so they could unharness him because there were no employees up there.

We had a birthday party here and the employee there named Faith was extremely helpful and friendly. She was able to answer questions and help make the day go even better than expected. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. But Faith went above and beyond in helping make my nephews birthday one to remember!

So much fun for all ages. Even adults. However, on the fall schedule everyone at work doesn't want to work. We couldn't experience everything because the staff didn't feel like working.

FUN for all ages! My little brother and I had a blast. I recommend purchasing the ultimate pass which gets you into everything, all day for 30 bucks. The staff is friendly and professional. Cesar, the manager was very helpful and attentive, and prioritized the safety of the children.

We birthday party idea for the kids. We booked a room and were assigned Taha as our party aid and he was the best overall best in class customer service from him.

We have a membership here, the kids have a blast. Urban Air missed 5 stars because of their check in procedures. Without fail, it takes 10-15 minutes to get through the line and get out wrist bands. A very simple fix would make this place an outstanding experience every time!

Great experience. Makayla, Mya, and Isabella helped me on a number of things. Their customer service and friendly smiles made my time here better.

A four only because there was only 2 bumper cars working. The other 5-7 or so out of order. Maybe the premier 5 tickets should be discounted until the attraction is fully operable. Other than that a great family atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and the kids had a blast.

This place is amazing! I was only expecting trampolines but this place is much more. Arcades, zip lines, massive ball pits etc. it was packed with people and about 10 parties at once (reason for 4 stars) but if you want a good day with your kids this is the place to go!

Our party host angel was so amazing. Very attentive very knowledgeable about the party. He done everything we needed made us comfortable. If you come to urban air hulen ask for angel as a party host. He was nothing less than amazing. Thanks young man for great service

Love this place, we keep coming to play here. I've got two young kids who have come by more than enough to make the membership worth it. One of the workers their was super helpful....Armin was his name. He showed us around the place and explained a lot of stuff.

This location is GREAT!! Especially Marion! He was speedy with his service & the most genuine smile!! He went over & beyond to help!

This has to be the dirtiest place I’ve ever been to. It’s extremely filthy and is in desperate need of a deep clean. There are layers and layers of dirt on the bumpers of the trampolines and kids playground area. Water fountains are disgusting …

Dylan and Alexis our party hosts were great! They were very attentive to my party, my guests and all of our needs. Carmen even allowed me to use the Birthday Discount which I did not use during booking. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Kolby was extremely friendly. He recognizes that we were a two mom family be using the term, "do both parents want to jump today"? This meant the world to us. This guy gives great customer service. What a blessing to have as your employee.

Kids had a great time. Jada was our host. She was very engaging, friendly and professional. The kids loved her.

We had our daughter's 9tht birthday party here.. I would like to say Makeba is my favorite. But that's really hard to say because the staff is great everybody's wonderful! It was worth every Dime we spent thanks for a great time guys!

My kids absolutely loved coming to this urban air. There are so many things to do here. We actually have a membership and it is 100% worth it. If you just go once a month, it pays for itself. I would highly recommend coming here.

Super dirty location!!! My son got sick after playing here. The indoor playground is filthy , I mean filthy. I have been to other locations and other indoor kid places but this one is by far the dirtiest.

We did a birthday party and the private room was great. I literally didn't have to do anything. Our host did everything for us! It was a little pricey but it had stuff for the small kids and the teens

The kids enjoyed it. The biggest downside is it is extremely expensive! Plan accordingly with your budget if you’re on one. Definitely need more Groupons to use for this place.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I love the variety of activities for my kids. Yearly memberships are very cost effective. Great place for birthday parties with multiple rooms!

Went to the little kid-only Jumperoo time and it was fun and nice knowing my toddler wouldn't get bowled over by a big kid! Lots of fun and she had a blast!

So fun! Only down side was bumper cars, they opened it up way late and the girl in charge was only allowing 2 people at a time, so the wait took forever.
