From the beginning it was an annoying experience. "Do you have jump socks"? "yes" "Are they Urban Air socks"? "No" "Well the have to be Urban Air socks, so you can buy them or trade them in for the ones you currently have" The (I think) manager kind of went back and forth with me before just giving us some socks. For what reason? No other place cares as long as they're safe for the jumpers. Annoying. The trampoline area was so small I actually had to ask someone where the trampolines were. It's so dark in there. The staff was so overly involved that it was actually obnoxious. I have a 3 year old and an autistic 5 year old. No matter what they were doing, someone from the staff had something to say about it. If you want to go somewhere that your kids can just play, have fun & just be little kids, I suggest going to any of the other trampoline parks. I don't mind if someone is getting on to my kids if it needs to happen (granted I am always standing right there and I'm the first to get onto them when they need it). But the nit picking was out of control. I will never step foot into this place again & it's a shame cause this is the closest trampoline park to our house.

We are pass members… although it is a venue that provides a place for kids to play the staff is definitely not assisting in making this an enjoyable environment. Urban Air seems to only employ teens and young adults that do not have a clue as to what customer service is. They staff spends more time socializing with themselves, and or their phones and not paying attention to the activities that are happening within the floor and or the kitchen for that matter. It would be nice if this establishment would also employ a few “supervisors” and or team leads that would help keep the staff, focused and motivated. some of the attractions seem to have a longer than needed twait times because they have to wait for a staff member to go over to that attraction and actually man that attraction. With the amount of staff personnel that are just standing around there should be no reason for any of the attractions to not be supervised the whole time.

I signed my kid up for CampUrbie and paid the full ~$200 for a week in July. We had a last minute change in our summer plans and wanted to switch weeks for camp. The registration for all purchases on the website says "no refunds or exchanges," so I wasn't optimistic. But I thought there might be an exception for week-long camps. My major frustration is that I completed the online contact form requesting the change a week prior to the camp and received no response. I then called the New Tampa location 5 times during business hours and no one ever answered the phone. I finally gave up and chalked it up to a life lesson, but when I received an online survey about my "child's experience at CampUrbie," I figured that experience was probably worth sharing publicly. I didn't try going to the park in person. Perhaps that would have made a difference.

In particular with this place it shows that the management does not care about maintenance. The price is the same as the other branches, however it does not have Laser tag and in addition to having fewer attractions than the other branches, several of them are damaged and the ones they have are neglected. It's hard to believe that a water dispenser is in that condition and exposed to small children. White balls that are crushed or damaged are not removed. The air conditioning shows as if it had raising animals so dirty and unpleasant. It is clear that they do not carry out inspections and the franchise does not care about keeping its name high. I think the owners should care about the place and meet standards of cleanliness, inspection and quality of service offered.

Stopped by this past weekend. There wasn't too much in there my 9 year old was excited about with the exception of the flip & spin section. Only 2 of the 8 machines were working, so the line for that attraction moved very slow with 2 kids at a time. Didn't look nearly as fun with only two kids playing bumper cars. Additionally, when the employee covering that section went to lunch/left, it shut down. When all said and done, we paid $35 for their pass to do anything there. He was bored after about 45 minutes, and we left. Might be more fun for younger kids or ones who are in a group (birthday parties, etc). Also, it would be ideal for all attractions to be working at full (or close to full) capacity.

BEWARE: First, this place is never cleaned and the staff is either non-existent or on their phones. We have watched as patrons have engaged in fist fights while the staff simply ignored what was occurring. Every time you go, things are broken. See photos as all of these things are always broken, some for more than 6 months. Carpet is taped down to stairs and trampoline and climbing areas always closed. Manager says he can't get parts. Next: DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP. Our son has leukemia and the park refuses to cancel our membership, saying everyone else can go. Problem, if my son gets a cold then he can DIE. So do you think it is right to ask his twin to visit a park that is dirty and gross when it can cause real harm? Seriously, this park and company is unethical.

Clean, friendly, AIR CONDITIONED fun for children of all ages. I bring my grandchildren here whenever they visit. They LOVE it - and come home EXHAUSTED every time! Kudos to Kibwe who gets five stars for solving my membership glitch (my fault; not theirs). I told the kids I didn't think we'd be able to get, but Kibwe got it resolved quickly and courteously and it made the grandkids' day (and mine). I appreciate the people who work here and put up with all they do and continue to be kind and fun, which keeps the experience personable every day we come back.

Place was pretty cool but staff made kids and family wait while they ate and talked to one another for rides, workers not paying attention while in charge of the rides and children are still on them (very scary as a parent of course) for a kid friendly place I know workers are hard to find but the lack of attention and care is quit alarming, the personal lives over the children’s wants and paying customers is agitating and unfair. The kids want what they want and that’s what they get but it should be more pleasant. And appealing.

I took my Family here to celebrate one of the Children's Birthdays. I feel like for the amount of activities that they offer, that the price is reasonable. We had children from 8 months, to 13 years old. Plus several Adults. (Who had just as much fun as the children) we were there late afternoon on a Saturday, and it was not too crowded. All patrons and staff members were wearing masks. They have staff members who walked around disinfecting surfaces continuously. As well as a staff who was cleaning each ride as the guests exited. The snacks were well prepared and served. The activities are Wonderful and Exciting. Everyone is wanting to go back again.

I came on a Tuesday night no one was in the building minimal employees I ordered my food at 5:05 did not receive food until after 6:00. I'm here with it after school program with four girls who needed to be home between 6:00 and 6:30 and they didn't get to eat because the food took too long to come out. The manager said they were down to one oven I understood but still nonetheless there should be other ways to make this not happen. I was given no warning it would take over an hour to get my food.

Great place for kids of all ages (and adults, lol). The 3 year old had a blast even though they were restricted by some height requirements. The seven year old loved all the 'big kid' activities in the sky. A few adults also enjoyed the sky activities too! Membership gets you awesome discounts and a free snack too. Wish they had a handful more staff so all attractions were open simultaneously, but they did a good job rotating quickly so kids didn't wait long. We'll be back!

Has a variety of things for the kids to to do. A mix of trampoline/jump parts. To a ninja warrior challenge section. There are ropes courses and slides. It's basically both styles of indoor parks combined. My main issue is that it is a little cramped in some places and instead of being well lit they have color changing lights. So it feels a bit dark. So in some places you can lose sight of your child. Overall it is a decent experience

My son had talked about this place on many occasions. We had his last birthday at Skyzone so I figured this year we'll make a drive to something new and celebrate his birthday at Urban Air. I am glad I did! This place is awesome! Unlike Skyzone you pay and play all day if you want. Skyzone only gives you 2 hours. Also this place has adult refreshments unlike Skyzone. Unfortunately we had to leave early to make it to a Tampa Bay Lightning game but that just means we'll be back!

Great place for kids. A lot of fun stuff to do and entertain the kids. Staff behind the counter was pretty nice and friendly. The girl assigned to us for the birthday party was very attending to our guests. The staff in the play zone areas was more interested in playing around than keeping a eyes on things. I saw one of them doing flip with tennis shoes on. Wich the don't care if other parents walk on the trampoline with shoes on.

Team member Dylan was doing an excellent job today. He had everyone having fun and coming back to the line over and over again from toddlers to teenagers and adults. He made sure the games were safe and fair and everyone was having a good time due to the way he was managing the attraction. It was great to see someone working and making an enjoyable experience for everyone playing.

The kids had a blast! My five yr old got a little scared when she couldn't find her way out of the play area, but we were there for a Birthday party and it was nice to have the party host to hand out all the food and drinks and keep the party flowing. We opted to just let the kids play instead of opening presents there but everyone had a good time and we will be back another day ☺️

Wonderful place to for kids to get their energy out. Had a birthday party there recently for my 6 yr.old. the whole process was super easy. Place was not packed, staff was super helpful and polite. We went on a Sunday around 11 am. (Best decision EVER) DEFINITELY check the "crowd meter" on their website before going. Great experience.

Don’t visit within the last hour and a half to purchase the ultimate pass. Not enough employees available to use everything. Mind you night shift is usually kids that don’t care enough to be ensure young kids enjoy themselves. Pretty boring.

Great fun for kids, but honestly pack your own food in. We ordered chicken tenders, waited 40 minutes and asked where our food was. They hadn't even STARTED our order and told us to wait another 20 minutes. No other solutions were offered.

We have had a membership for a little over a year and since Gabe started working here our experience has been amazing! He is not only kind to the kids but also polite to parents and goes above and beyond with safety and service. He is an asset to this team! Also. My kids say this is the best pizza they've ever had.

Tons of fun for the toddlers! Once they find their fun spots within the building and their limits, they can go for a couple of hours. I like that it's physical fun and not just video games.

This was my first time doing birthday party at Urban Air. Vrunda was my host. She did an amazing job. She did everything from starting to finish. It was a stress free day for me. She was also very polite and friendly to all my guests. Thank you Vrunda for your excellent customer service …

Great place to spend the some family time. Definitely for kids but adults can join them through the obstacle course. Lots of great jumping activities and great Zipline action for all. They do sell food and drinks and not a bad price for the food. They do have adult beverages as well (Beer and Wine)

  • Heather Lake-Harvey

The employees arent the most attentive you need to keep a close eye on your kids to make sure they are safe. The bathrooms were horrendous I cant believe the staff use those and leave them that nasty! They also don't ever answer the phone if you call w questions. Besides all that my kids loved it!

  • Savannah Parks

We had a great day and came in on the 4th of July to get away from all the crowds. Almost empty so it worked out perfectly. Our two girls ages 8 & 4 had so much fun. Shout-out to Gabe, a awesome employee who made our girls feel safe & special on the Flip Zone bumper cars. More

The best spot to take the kids and have them run around and get warm out for the day while I do office work. I can get 4 to 5 hours worth of work done for the price of about $30 a kid plus food. I told my boss I should send him the bill. More

My kids say this place is their favorite. A little loud for my liking, not the best parent seating, invisible wifi password but—if they’re happy I can deal with it. The overhead zip line really sets this place apart from the competition.

  • Theresa Wood

So much fun for the kids. A lot of different things to do, not just jumping. They have zip ride, balancing with problem solving, rock climbing, virtual game, just so much. Only issue was waiting area for parents could be improved. Only

  • Melissa Woodroffe

We LOVE it here. The Cafe counter girls are always 5 stars. No matter how busy they are or how many people are in line they are always kind and have a smile on their face. Everybody that works there is always so good.

  • Ron Wong

We had our daughter's birthday here and everyone loved it. Great variety of things for the kids to do. Bumper cars, obstacle course, zip lining and ball pit. Our hostess was great as well. We will definitely be back.

My daughter had a great time today! Gabriel was awesome with answering many questions from my daughter. Nice to see employees that know and understand how to interact with kids! Thank you for a wonderful day. More

Great place for the kids to have some out of thebsun fun in a cooled environment. The only down side is they need more seating for parents, especially during high party times when all tables are reserved. More

Best place for kids and teens. I went for a birthday party with my kid and believe me my son never want to get our of this place. They have best of trampoline, rock climbing and so many fun rides. More

Great!!!!! So much fun! They have trampolines, gladiator stations, basketball, bumper carts that flip you 360° around, an indoor ziplining, a mosh pit obstacle course, rock climbing, slides and more.

Love going here... if your kids have alot of energy this is the place to be. Not a fan of their pizza but their wings are awesome. The membership is worth it, pays itself in 1 time.

  • GG Young

Urban Air trampoline adventure Park is an amazing place. The kids did not want to leave. They had so much fun I will be taking them there again.

  • Manoj Pal

My 5-year-old daughter loved the place. Ball pit and the play area are good to engage the child for at least a couple of hours.

  • Jay

Pizza isn't the best. Good place for a birthday celebration.
