Exceptional service!!! Doug was very responsive, he nominated contact and arrival times which he met without exception. Upon arrival Doug assessed the situation and discussed his proposed course of action and associated costs. It took some time to locate our particular problem but Doug persisted until he worked out the problem. It took Doug nearly 3 1/2 hours to fix the problem but from my perspective it was somewhat difficult given the situation. After undertaking the necessary work Doug made sure everything was working properly. Overall, I felt I got great service from Doug, he solved the problem and I considered the subsequent charge to be very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Doug again and would willing recommend him to anyone.

Doug came highly recommended after we had 2 previous failed attempts from other electricians at resolving electrical issues. Doug turned up on time, spent the time and effort to actually figure it out. He physically showed us the causes of our constantly tripping fuse box and put forward a plan of action. The work was completed efficiently under harsh weather conditions, was cheaper than other electricians, took his shoes off upon entry and he cleaned up afterwards! We found Doug to be very responsive, honest and a true master of his trade. So glad we found a genuinely good electrician. I agree with all the good reviews on Doug's excellent service. We also found Doug to be exceptionally professional, reliable and most pleasant to deal with. We had power outage to the main part of the house, Doug assessed the situation and provided a cost effective solution with great result. He is always friendly, attentive and finding the best outcome for the customer especially on safety. He was very tidy with his work and even taking his shoes off when inside the house. He also helped me re-installed some of the floor boards at the end. We will certainly use Doug's service again in the future

Doug is absolutely marvellous. He arrives on time, explains the process of what needs to be done, gives you a quick tutorial on the fault that has occurred and how he will fix it and then fixes it! I met Doug because he lives locally, and when I found out he was an electrician, I was happy because it's hard to find a tradie that's reliable and cost effective. Doug has not only come to the rescue when I've had an electrical emergencies, he has also done two renovations with me. Doug assesses the situation and gives the best options.
