My daughter has amazing taste and style and she loves clothes and building her own aesthetic (cottage core all the way) My daughter also suffers from major depressive disorder and social anxiety disorder. We went to urban outfitters on a Thursday last week around 5 thinking it may not be too busy. It was kind of busy. My poor girl wanted to leave ASAP. We grabbed the items we needed. Patiently waited in line. And then when it was finally our turn the cashier began to tell my daughter how great she looked. How much she loved her dress. Plus how it coordinated with her mask. How it gave her pretty in pink vibes. This girl was so sweet toward my daughter and it totally changed the vibe and mood my kiddo was feeling. Thank you. Thank you very much.

I love Urban Outfitters though the style has changed a bit I stay loyal. I visited the Fort Worth location and was horrified at the bad treatment. No customer service what so ever! like I was a bother to them while they do the "store task" "online something" what I was told once by the cashier. I felt very unwanted. The WHOLE staff was this way I needed help with jeans and basically was told to look and find them myself. The only cheerful fake-ness came when the associate wanted to "take my clothes in the fitting room for me" (rolling my eyes) as she ask for can she take the sweater I wore in the store and count it too. geez thanks! Will not be back and probably will not buy UO again Thanks!

Our first time to visit this place and it was such a great place with so much clothing and unique items to choose from. We were not greeted upon entry since the employees were busy checking customers out. At one point, to my disappointment, the dressing rooms were closed without notice, due to being shorthanded. But thankfully reopened so that we could try on clothes. I really didn't want to purchase everything we had in our hands to try on and then have to come back and return it as what was suggested to us. Despite that temporary awkward disappointment, it passed. We made our purchases. The employee checking us out was pleasant. We'll be back.

Normally U.O. would recieve 5 stars from us. But, this last week we made a special trip to this location. We arrived around 5pm knowing we had an hour & half to shop till closing. We found the doors locked. All the lights were on. The signage on the door was specific to store hours and Covid-19. We called the store directly. No answers. I understand emergencies arise. At least update phone messages, Google maps or even a note for the door. We were not alone. Several other customers pulled up as well. A CUSTOMER WITHOUT A NAME IS A SALE DOWN THE DRAIN!

This location of Urban Outfitters is right off a main street, which is nice for ease of finding it but not so good if you get jammed into their microscopic parking lot with a less than adequate driver. The store is super cute, the outside has a kind of industrial feel with its exposed brick and faded painting on the exterior. Inside there are 2 floors, fitting rooms upstairs. Typical Urban inside, good selection, big clearance in the back, kinds steep prices but if you're shopping there you already know that.

Like vinyl records, fake moustaches, and pseudo-retro signs? This is the place for you! They have some really cool, trendy, hipster clothes and stuff, but the problem is the prices. A quick check online will find you must of what they sell at a much, much lower price. I realize brick and mortar retail has a higher overhead, but these markups are excessive. But they also provide the service of telling you what's hip, so that's got to be worth something!

Cute little store with cute clothes but the quality is TERRIBLE. I always try on the garments before purchasing and I'm glad I do because it never fails for something to come undone. Sequins or glitter coming off in tons. A zipper breaking. Stitching just generally unraveling. For how expensive the prices of everything are, I'd expect the garment to at least survive me trying it on. Cannot imagine washing anything bought from here.

I’ll be back! This location is so easy to pop in and browse around. I parked at the front door and was greeted with smiles and friendly staff. Small shop, but great selection and layout. The dressing rooms were roomy and clean, no wait. So happy to find a neighborhood spot and skip the crazy mall parking and crowd! Thanks UO!!!

This place has pretty good clothes for age of 15 to 35 maybe i realky didnt see anything that i would wear very reasonable some staff were polite no one ask me if I needed help or anything but that was ok. I really didn't buy anything but they do have a neat record player with blue tooth that I was interested in.

Recently visited the Ft Worth location and purchased some over priced items and asked to use bathroom and they said they didn't have one. When your charging what they charge they should have a really nice bathroom... if they had not been gifts I would have not bought anything there... Will not visit again...

The store on 7th St in Fort Worth is the only one we have gone to but won't be back. The staff was pretentious and after purchasing a gift card one of our party needed to use the restroom. We were told they didn't have a restroom. Guess I should have spent more money then they could make up a better lie.

The staff makes rude remarks about customer. Especially the African American guy that was greeting customers 4/17/2022 and the end of the day. Thats so unprofessional. If you hate your job just quit. Worse retail store I ever been too

I have been to many UOs around the country and this one is probably my favorite. Everything you come to expect at Urban: quality clothes, popular records, great books, games, and home goods, but in a very industrial style. Super cool

This store is always kept clean and organized, even their sale section. Not only that, but the employees here are extremely well trained and kind. They always go above and beyond to be a sweet person :) I love shopping here

Super friendly and helpful workers, always somebody around to help you. Make sure you check out the sale room in the back left of the store, you can usually find some super good deals there.

Aj was such a sweetheart, so helpful and patient with me while I was trying to figure out a payment method!! The other employees are really friendly as well overall 10/10 experience :)

Love their clothes they last a while and are trendy. Little on the pricey side but that’s ok I guess. Watch the poll in the parking lot almost everyone has hit it. No reflection tape.

Great staff and selection. This is an excellent albeit slightly small location, and love having one in Fort Worth. Five stars for UO and all of the friendly welcoming employees here.

Their selection at this store was smaller than the Dallas store and obliviously online. The people were nice but not so outgoing. The design was nice and it was a cool location.

The selection is not as wide as I am used to in Urban Outfitters. I thought the customer service was lacking too. Maybe I am a bit spoiled by the Urban Outfitters in Manhattan!

Only a bum would wear these clothes if only they could afford it. If you like micro shorts and tops or clothes ripped to shreds and worn out t-shirts this place may be for you.

It's ok. In a vintage looking building. Lots of helpful people. Not to par with what I expected for an Urban Outfitters. No public restrooms, advised closest is 2 blocks down.

2023 update: still a women’s clothing store with an exhibit on uninspired over priced men’s clothing. UO is such a disappointment compared to what it was a decade ago.

Looking for Xtra lrg ladies clothes and it gives me the option but brings up ugly clothes no one would wear and the models really need to eat something. FEED THEM

Great big store with tons of choices. The staff was very helpful. I only have it 4 stars because for the quality of the clothing the prices are very high.

First visit, really was digging the clothes, then asked to use the bathroom. You cannot have a retail store and not have a bathroom end of the story.
