"Without a doubt my favourite shop in the world and in Liverpool"
I ordered a playsuit online with click and collect in the Liverpool store, went in and tried it on, and returned it 15 minutes later. The employee said they couldn't refund me in cash as I paid for it via PayPal. So he said they would refund it to my PayPal account in 3-5 working days. After 5 working days still no refund I go into the Liverpool shop and tell another employee what's happened. He said it has been refunded and it should be in within the next couple of days. I wait a few days still no refund. I call up customer services number he gave me for if it didn't come through. She's just told me that the system says I HAVE been refunded (which I 100% haven't) but that she's going to check which could take yet another 3 working days. I am never coming to this store again, I have not been refunded and that is £80 that I have lost. I will continue to call customer services in the meantime, but overall this has been a horrible experience and I recommend you make sure you get cash refunds only.
I never leave reviews for places but I was shocked by the attitude of the staff at this branch. I went into the store at the weekend. The staff were incredibly rude. I am Asian myself so it is not meant with malicious intent, but the Asian male employee was incredibly rude and even bumped into my friend and didn't say anything. He refused to serve people and just stood at the back of the till, saying he was 'going on his lunch break anyway' to the other staff member but not actually leaving, while the queue continued to build. I won't return again honestly.
Brought my 2 niece's here, quite the variety of clothing, & small homeware item's, very expensive in my opinion though. Queuing at the till to pay was awful, with no other option but a receipt via email for your purchase, the screening's in place for Covid made it almost impossible to hear/ be heard, my niece having to repeat herself/ her email address atleast half a dozen times before we were able to complete our transaction & leave.
Broad range of clothes for women, hardly any clothes for men. Sizes are mainly small sizes in store, you’d think clothes sizes would be more inclusive now. The clothes are good quality and look nice but very over priced. Staff are alright. Store is usually messy and not that clean. Overall, somewhere to treat yourself to something you’ve been saving up for, not for a casual shop.
Without a doubt my favourite shop in the world and in Liverpool. The clothes suit the tastes of everyone and are well priced for what they are. There is also a wide range of choice, for both men and women. The shop assistants are helpful without being pushy and the shop has an all round good vibe to it. Would absolutely recommend to everyone.
Some gorgeous clothes, but The store , especially the changing rooms thick with dust, on walls and floors. Tried some dresses on but had to leave as Set my allergies off. Also found out how the animals have been treated in the past for the clothes so I will not be buying from these now.
Urban outfitters is amazing for clothes they have such a good range and although its a bit specific on its audience its good for quality, range and its environmental awareness and support. The different sizes of clothes are a bit of a let down if you dont fit in Medium or above.
Ordered a shirt way back in April. Item arrived and top was completly the wrong size I ordered. Returned the item via track delivery. Been over 5 weeks and still no refund. Chased customer service numerous times and they have been absoluetly useless. Absolute joke of a service
Visited today 11th November, was on my small mobility scooter, could not get around, could not reverse out of the lift due to furniture being to close, could not get to the till as no room for a turning circle. Disabled people still need to buy clothes, SORT IT OUT
Store is not accessible. It's very difficult to get around if you use a mobility device, honestly why even have a working lift in your shop if those with wheelchairs and other mobility devices can't fit through the tiny spaces you create.
Spotted 4 cactus without soil (two in broken pots ) that were behind the counter. I offered to pay for the plants without the pots so I could rescue them as I had been told they were going to be wasted off and put in the bin. The staff
Disappointing. Liverpool used to be my favourite store...men's dept minimised. Racks of ladies sales pushes into mens dept. Then gifts filling yet another space. Obviously the male side being reduced and run down. Shame
Interesting shop, liked visiting here for my first time. An interesting range of styles within for men and women. Nice layout, friendly staff and larger lower and upper level with a variety of clothing styles all over.
Great clothing available here. Can be a little difficult to enlist the help of staff, who are hard to identify and unusually leave you to browse without approaching. Would like to see a larger range of options.
Each time I go they reduce the amount of clothing in the men’s section with women’s clothes and I’ve been today, there’s practically 2 men sweaters and is filled with women’s clothes now. Like??
Lovely clothes and the staff are always kind, some items can be found somewhere else often for a lot cheaper but the range of styles and aesthetics just can't be beat!
My daughter loves it here. I just have to stand around and wait for her to choose something. Would benefit from a few chairs here and there for tired parents!
Had a lot of hassle when I bought a Xmas present for my granddaughter took several emails to eventually get my order. Would not buy anything else from them.
They are super nice and helpful, they went to the stock room for me after i couldn't find a shirt I'd fell in love with and even offered me a discount!
My Daughter absolutely loves this shop !! Great place with lots to choose from and very covid safe even had to queue to get in …
They have changed the layout of their store, so the men’s section is almost non existent, giving me zero reason to even enter the store
My credit card took a huge hit when my daughter came to see me in Liverpool. She loves this place. Not my bag, but she loves it
Service is fantastic, especially from fizz (sorry if I spelt your name wrong!) she was very kind and helpful. ☺️
felt sorry for the till assistants as the tills/card payments were playing up, otherwise would go again.
My teenage daughters love this place. Great for teen/early 20s fashion, but more expensive than Topshop.
very helpful staff, pets are allowed, lovely aesthetic and trendy clothes, but just a bit too pricey
Shop was unbearably hot and cramped. Generally, the clothes are expensive and not of great quality.
Gets a bit busy and the sale is extremely disorganised. The photo booth is a good feature though.
Helpful staff. Checked the stock room and display windows to get me my size
From what I can remember it was good. It's a shop and what I would expect.
Love this shop my new fav shop bought so much I need a new wardrobe haha
Overpriced and not size inclusive at all. The XL fits snug for a size 14
Really cool store, a bit over-priced but definitely worth it
Love this shop. It's rather expensive but I still love it.
Lots of amazing styles, affordable with student discount.
Staff are constantly judging you and extremely overpriced
Great location with many brands at good prices
Alright clothing selection very large shop.
