Staff here are not so bright or rude. I came this morning to exchange cotton shirts and short set for the resort shirts for my husband. He fit a POP man XL perfectly so I was looking for more xl. But when I looked at larges they seemed really big, measuring 50” circumference. He tried the three I got him on two were massive. Same brand. Same size. One for like his XL. So I brought back the two larges that measured 50” to exchange for mediums, but the mediums were 12 inches smaller than the larges. So the larges were actually double XXL. I’m digging through all these shirts and they all measure different in the same cut, same brand, same fabric. A staff member who couldn’t understand what I was saying got me the manager who couldn’t be Effed. She was Rude, obviously annoyed that I need help finding the right MEASUREMENTS, because the size labels are inconsistent and don’t apply to the actual measurements of the garments in that brand. If a large can be 50” and 48” and 46” and a medium can be between 42”-46” using the SIZE LABEL (S M L XL) is pointless. Don’t be rude your customers, because whoever makes the clothing in your store is inconsistent. She crept demanding what size I needed based on the tags despite me explaining the issue to her more than once. Also, when the clothing is out of reach, you should have somebody in that area of the store, especially when it’s so popular as you kept pointing out to me, instead of leaving people to try and fend for themselves, and then causing a mess. (I found her earlier in the day to get the shirts I initially purchased in the first place, and she acted put out then too). If you don’t like being the manager there, if you don’t like people, if you don’t want to be polite, but people need your assistance, find a different job.

If I could give five zero stars I would…. Worse experience ever!!!!! Urban Planet at Kildonan Mall customer service sucks and the fact that they thought I was stealing because another store left a security tag on an item and the security sensor went off when I walked in the first place and no-one came up to me to check with me about it until I decided to leave… I felt so embarrassed how I was treated. Will definitely not be shopping here anymore…. To be completely honest the fact that she said to chased down a possible shoplifter is policy is scary and not a good idea… because you have no idea if that person will harm you in anyway… I can’t get over the fact that she said it was there policy! She was a lady with long blonde hair wearing a purple tube top and black denim. I couldn’t tell if that was the manager of the store or a part time sales associate but they need to train their staff better on how to deal with people!

very bad customer service. I went to checkout First Lady told me to move to another lady to get help. When I approached second staff member she told me I can’t help as I am doing something. we were standing right there but she started to help white lady. I asked her we were first in line and we just asked you for help but you declined, she was very rude.It is disgusting, disrespectful and discriminatory. I will never visit this store again.

Was good until our cashier forgot to take off the one tax for a child and we were sent to cashier 128306 which I think was some kind of a key holder or supervisor because she had to do the refund and then redo it. She made us feel like it was our fault, that it was such a bother to her, and it was a big inconvenience to her. I know they were busy but it was not our fault we told the first cashier that there is only one tax.

today i came to shop i was at checkout and my thing rang up as a different sale then what i thought it was cause it was on a different rack i tried to tell them and the one i presume was the manager was extremely rude and acted as if i was a dumb teenager while i was just genuinely telling them to move the thing i was buying off of the rack if it’s not included in the sale i’m beyond shocked of the mistreatment.

Sadly I had a very bad experience at this store during my last visit due to very poor customer service as the staff are very rude and expressed a lot of attitude when talking to myself and other customers which is very frustrating and unnecessary. Good deals and nice clothes but poor treatment of customers.

I’m from out of town and don’t shop in Winnipeg often but after the service I’ve received at the regent location I’ll definitely be making this store part of my regular shopping! Karmon in particular went above and beyond what she’s hired to do to make my shopping easier and enjoyable. Thanks again!!

This store is great, they always have good deals. But sometimes they are a little overpriced. One time I bought a three pack scrunchie for $3 and I would use them mostly for hair ties, and a couple days later, two of them broke! would recommend for you guys to use better and stronger garter.

I really like this store to buy cloth. I mostly buy their shirts and hoodies but they also sell dresses,pants and athletic wear. They have a small children and also man section but the majority of the store is more for women. The store is very big and specious and things are well organized

cashier take forever to take payment. There was staff and they can see how much it was lined up but still no one come forward to help. Only one person was taking payment and they take forever. overall , store and price is good but they really need to work on cashiers.
