Signed up for 2 hr Onsen+Massage treatment as my indulgent birthday present. Being a newbie I was really looking forward to a relaxing experience and I found soaking in the wooden tub with Kirei essence was marvelous. But the overall experience at the spa was a bit of a downer. The attendant in the Onsen changing room did not tell me about the bath towel which was dark blue and kept in the black-lined personal cupboard. So I ended dripping wet in the kimono-type wrap and had to ask for a dry replacement. And the towel for wiping off sweat when soaking in the tub was not provided. Furthermore I was supposed to shower for 5min, soak in tub for 10mins, then shower and then soak but she didn’t say what was the duration of the hour glass and the timer in the bathroom was faulty and ticking at a very very slow pace. So there I was soaking in the tub wondering whether my 10mins was up for shower. Naturally I overran my time. I’m still trying to figure out what the round wooden bowl which was placed on top of a wooden stool was for. And a point to note is that, toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, are provided and the actual Onsen experience was refreshing. I was thoroughly warmed up and flushed pink all over at the end of the session.

An adhoc trip to utilise a gift card turned to be an absolutely wonderful time for both me and my husband. I decided to try the 90 mins Essential Aromatherapy Massage while he did the 90 mins Intense Remedial Massage and we’re both very pleased with the experience. The front liners were attentive, helpful, and genuinely pleasant. The setup was very clean, comfortable, and comforting. The cost was reasonable too especially if you can take advantage of their weekday promotion. A special thanks to my therapist Ririn, who certainly has a gift in her hands. She did super well and way beyond my general expectations; gentle, yet sure, intuitive, and skilled at the same time. If you’re someone who can be wary about having a massage like me because of your subpar past experiences, do give this place a shot and you may come out of it a believer again

Visited the spa with my better half with her selecting a lymphatic massage and yours truly going for the aromatherapy, although I wished they had hot stones. The Mrs was quite satisfied with hers so no complaints there. For me, they initially asked me to use the room at next to the reception counter. From the reviews I read it appears that there were complaints of noise so I declined and selected a another. The masseuse, Nelly was good at her work. Her small frame belies her strength and she worked out the knots in my tired body. The time spent on me was almost on the dot so that was good although the Mrs wasn't too happy that we were not offered the usual beverage after the session as would most centres.

I went to Malaysia for a holiday with my boyfriend and we booked for osen+massage. We did aromatherapy massage and it was honestly so relaxing! It was the first time I fell asleep during a massage, so that's saying something! The place was exceptionally clean including the sheets, blankets, pillows, as well as towels. After the message, we went into separate rooms for individual onsen (they don't do couple onsen here!). Personally for me, the water was wayyyy to hot but still was a good experience. We had a bottle of water and a face mask as a complementary for our 45min session of onsen. We were so happy with the experience, we returned for a second massage few days after! Would definitely visit again!

Amazing experience. Picked the onsen bath with massage. You will get to choose the onsen salt before the bath, also the flavor of your body polish if u opt for body scrub session. They will serve lemongrass ice water or hot ginger tea before leading u to change for onsen. There’s a waterproof bracelet to lock the locker where u put your belongings. There’s a small bottle of water beside the onsen bath to keep u hydrated during the onsen session. Upon completion of onsen, they will serve u some drinks before proceeding to massage or body scrub. After whole treatment is completed, they will serve another round of drinks along with a small piece of cake. Really wonderful experience.

Came here for the first time to treat myself to a 60-min foot massage. A week before, I made an appointment because this place is jammed pack with appointments, especially during the weekends. Upon entering, I didn't have to wait long for the masseuse whose name is Lin to escort me into the treatment room which was dimly lit to provide a pleasant and serene ambience. Right before she start the session, she gave me two blankets and a blindfold to make my massage experience more comfortable. She was diligent and professional from start to finish. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time there and I will surely return to try out their other massage treatments.

Had such a good deep tissue massage with Ah Char while i was there. A good amount of pressure and paid attention to areas to focus on/not which I appreciated. The space itself was comfortable and very clean. I liked that it was quiet and sound proofed well. The best part of the massage, apart from the massage was the heated massage beds. Truly added to the experience. The ginger tea that came after was the perfect amount of ginger + sweet. Overall very very pleasant experience. Do be on time for appointments as the place seems like a pretty busy one and they may shorten or cancel your appointment if you’re late.

Worst prenatal massage I have ever been. Masseuse was definitely inexperience and used point massage instead of long strokes despite my continuous feedback. Thankfully they allow for change in therapist and the second one was slightly better. I also changed to 1h from 90mins halfway given the quality. I booked this place given it’s good reviews but was utterly disappointed and do not recommend anyone to go there for the pregnancy massage. I went to Hammam at Publika and their pregnancy massage was MUCH better.

Love love this place! Went there twice. First time with hubby for our anniversary and we had the onsen + massage. We were given options of the kind of bath salts in the onsen. The massage was soo good with the right amount of pressure. After that we were served with hot ginger tea and dessert. Second time was signature body scrub which was surprisingly pleasant. I chose jasmine rice as my scrub and it was very very moisturizing on my skin. I feel comfy and pampered here. Will be back again!

Came for pre-natal massage for my wife and foot massage for myself. From my experience this is one of the best massage place I’ve ever been in my entire life. Would like to compliment masseur Ah Char for great massage technique, very polite and humble. Always looking out for our comfortable. Will come here again. I booked the massage due to my body muscles being really tensed and tight but it loosened after just one session My aunt also got the aromatherapy massage and she gave her experience high ratings as well

It was my first time getting a massage at this parlour. The place is very nice and clean… The interior is cozy. The prices are reasonable. Had a two-hour aromatherapy massage with Ririn as my masseuse… She provided such a good service. She applied the perfect pressure and worked on my knots very well. Overall, it was a great experience. I went for 90mins of prenatal massage but it definitely was not enough. Wish I had booked for two hours instead. My masseuse, Misha, who looks tiny, surprised me with her firm , strong touch and she took her time to massage me and went over the same area a few times having all my sores and aches of pregnancy be relieved. Do ask for her if you’re planning on getting a massage!

Kak Inin was the one who attended to me for today's 2-hour aromatherapy massage. She has years of experience with this and was very attentive and polite. I made a few requests due to some injuries I had and she paid attention to them very well. Hand strength is there. Would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to give their massage a try. Very satisfied customer here!

Amazing and much needed! Scheduled in a quick one in the morning as I desperately needed a deep tissue massage. Ave has been absolutely amazing. She was very attentive, always ensuring that I’m comfortable. She’s also very considerate to ask if there’s anywhere I’d like her to focus on. Definitely recommend and will certainly come back!

Had my one-hour body scrub + one-hour aromatherapy at 1 Mont Kiara branch a few weeks ago. It was an enjoyable and satisfying experience throughout the treatment. Staff really amazing and very welcoming. The hygiene of the place is good, the masseuse was skillful and the smell is soothing. I can't wait for my next visit!

Was just ok. Went for a prenatal massage (I'm 7 months pregnant) cos my back has been hurting so bad. Didn't know it was a dry massage and need to pay RM 69 if want to add the body butter. It didn't really help with the pain I'm having on my side even after the massage. But the masseuse Ave was gentle so it was ok.

I always have a wonderful, relaxing, comfortable and enjoy moment everytime i go there. Pinky is my therapist. She have a great experience, skill and she did a good job relieving my tightened muscles and my hurt area with proper pressure point and care. I feel awesome and loosen up after each massage session.

Went for 90-min aromatherapy massage. My masseuse Ave was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable the whole time - made sure I was OK with the pressure and made sure I was not too cold nor too warm. She did a great job, had a good experience!
