I'm a marketing consultant and video producer. I have been looking for an affordable office where I could really focus on my work and have enough room for several different workstations. I wanted privacy over collaboration or coffee talk. I wanted easy access and ability to drive to work because I have to jet over to client offices all the time. I wanted my own identity as a business and not just bring a laptop to a random desk. I looked at quite a few places including downtown co-working spaces, shared office spaces and even individual offices around town. Either the costs were crazy high, parking was non-existent, or the spaces were just too busy and distracting for me. I decided to get a space at Urban Worklofts. I moved in last week and I'm super happy with my choice. My office is coming together exactly the way I want it and I feel like I now have a home for my business. I selected a space in the new building with awesome views of downtown. Rental rates are rather affordable for the amount of space you get. And best of all, it's easy to get to and there is plenty of FREE parking.
I've been a tenant here going on 5 years and I love my space and all the cool things that come with it its the tallest building south of downtown and the out door deck to the east is always impressive but its just the warm up for the what west side has to offer. Everyone is always blown away of the view of the city and a great back drop to close a deal with a client. The lounge room is also a very cool space along with a separate lunch room with vending machines. I'm on the 10th floor and love the 2 conference rooms, shower next to my unit not to mention more conference rooms on other floors along with showers on each floor. Free Wifi saves me another $80 a month and the staff is on point for any assistance I've needed and I like being able to have my packages safely delivered to the building over the years i've brought in several tenants to the building and everyone has loved it.
I recently became a member of the Urban workloft community and I am so happy with the facilities and it’s management. The lofts are professional, clean, and pleasant to work in. The contemporary building gives my business that added edge when I meet with clients and associates I’m my field. Also, the management is friendly, professional and diligent about taking care of the building and the occupants needs. Just recently I needed to expand my space and they quickly addressed my needs and put me in a space I have always wanted... Shout out to staff member Alicia for making that happen.. I highly recommend this establishment and it’s staff to any interested parties “ if your looking for a place to do your businessTHIS IS IT!! “

The building is good for storage or renting a UHaul but as an incubator or site for small business the design is for storage lockers. No HVAC system, no AC and no airflow. If you want air movement open your office door and put a fan in it. But, remember this is the storage locker air, the furniture, boxes and stuff stored. Absolutely no air exchange, no fans, no vents. Whatever the temp is for the storage area is your office. Renting in the summer on the west side, afternoon sun 2-6 pm is not a comfortable experience, our employees usually leave at 2 pm. Open windows and the noise of I-5 or Airport Way. It is a good site for boxes and furniture storage, human productivity suffers.
Just an update about our Urban Worklofts. We are still here and expanding our company. Our expansion required more office space. Our leasing agent Alicia was so awesome to work with and was able to help us in acquiring the space right next to our existing office. Alicia and all the staff have been tremendous to work with. See below what we wrote 3 years ago. Impeccable service and care remains. Thx Alicia. Best move our business has made almost 4 years ago now. They understand the needs of a small business. I am still new to the work space but overall it has been a good experience. The building amenities such as the conference rooms, the break room and lounge ,make my small office function as a much larger space. That said, the property manager Trevor McNichols is the main reason I chose this location over several others. He has made the entire process so easy and has gone above and beyond to let me know my business can thrive here. He has also been receptive and kind regarding my few small concerns. Thank you Trevor for helping me get started!
Urban Worklofts offers a wide variety of office spaces for small businesses of all types. They also several community shared spaces like conference rooms, kitchen/break rooms and a lounge for hanging hangout. Their concierge service accepts package deliveries and they periodically distribute the packages to your office suite. Parking is also provided but it can sometimes be challenging depending on time of day, but really hasn’t been an issue. The staff are friendly and attentive to your needs creating a good sense of community.
I toured Urban WORKlofts and had a wonderful experience working with Jim who was delightful and provided excellent customer service. Their staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. They have two developments with great amenities including mail box services, wifi, parking, kitchen, and meeting space. I highly recommend the Urban WORKloft for small business owners looking for an office or studio space at a reasonable price. Jump start your venture at Urban WORKloft!
The Urban Work Loft facility is extremely well run. The set-up is ideal for small businesses in that leases are reasonable and it's very central. It's 5 minutes from downtown without downtown parking and price issues. It also enjoys the advantage of being at the cross-roads of both I-90 and I-5...so access for East-siders and the airport are great. The facility manager is very responsive as are the folks associated with the self-storage portion of the building.
I come here to get my nails done in one the place. Really nice and theres a small snack room on the 1st floor. The only thing here is one time I parked at the garage and I was there for almost 3hrs and I got a parking ticket which is weird cause I have been going there for a few times and this is the first time! So annoying. I don't want to pay for it cause the place I go to said that they never check the garages and anyone parks there.
Trevor at Urban Workloft office space is the best property manager I have ever dealt with. He is right there when ever we have needed him and ready with a smile. When we moved out of the office space after being there for a year, he was the best at getting a new tenant in and taking care of all of the details. He has never complained or said anything other than positive comments. We will miss you Trevor!!! Keep up the great work there!!
WARNING!!! The building has few guest parking spots and do not issue warnings before ticketing. I didn’t see the signs for the guest vs permitted parking and the staff ticketed me when I came to an appointment here. I was here for less than an hour. When I came in to ask for a warning, or for them to take the ticket away, they refused. On top of all that they play Muzak throughout the building so that just adds insult to injury.
Perfect location for me. Ample free parking. Building is cool to look at and everyone knows what and where you are talking about when you say The old Rainer brewery. The door/elevator situation needs approvment. I just hope the property management treats their tenants well and reasonable. I know a lot of needed businesses in the building.

I had a great experience through the process of finding the space, the lease process, and the move-in process. The management here is very helpful. I rented furniture from them and they delivered it to my space very promptly. The space is very nice and modern. A great value!
Nice area of town. However, finding the stairs in the parking garage proved to be unfruitful. We ended up walking through the garage, out onto the street & entering through the front entrance. This building is like a giant maze haha a building map would've been nice lol
We really enjoyed my experience with this property! Lera is property manager . She is the best of helping us from beginning of moving in to transferring to different Unit. The management was great to work with. We have recommended the building to many people!

Great people!!! Set up my office within less than an hour. Jim and Ronnie were really nice and thier Boss as well but I forgot her name lol. Clean building, nice people great prices and great services. Totally recommended it!!!
The best storage costumer service I ever known I'm Seattle for 33 yrs & you can get the first month free & monthly rent discount and they wait for your late payment always plus sometimes reducing all harhs rude policies .

6 months in the Urban WorkLofts building has been a pleasant experience. Common areas are regularly cleaned (and regularly clean!), management and staff are friendly and helpful. Very pleasant experience!
Moved into two units in July and August during the pandemic and Alicia has been incredibly helpful! Easy to reach and has responded to questions/issues promptly. Feeling grateful to be in this space. :)

Very safe storage,peacefull when julian or peter are there walking the hallways looking after costumers but personally I feel better knowing these friends are there securing the storage

Security is dumb, can't even sit in the lobby and elevators do not work properly even though my host let me in.
