Was looking for a gym in fedha and utawala and couldn't find for a long time. This gym is a hidden gem! It's right behind Naivas. Very affordable and the quality of the gym is amazing. Alot of machines and free weights. Alot of machines for cardio. I was extremely impressed by this hidden gem. Cannot recommend this gym highly enough to anyone looking for a well equipt gym at a reasonable price. What you mostly find in fedha / embakasi is an over priced gym but the owners haven't invested in the gym. That is certainly not the case with this gym. I however noticed that it is not well advertised on Instagram. I hope the owners can post more photos there because I'm sure we are many people who are looking for a gym of this quality but we are not able to know.

From my experience, this is the only decent gym around. They keep improving all the time. The cleaning lady does a good job. If u want a calm work out ,train between 9 a.m and 5 pm, then u wont be surprised to finish the world out with no one else in that gym.
